Even 1 star is way too much! A few weeks ago I ordered 2 vouchers, which never arrived. There was never a response when I asked. For me it's not just bold but also an absolute impudence. I can only recommend that everyone never buy any vouchers there, as you will never receive any benefit. Instead of the owner contacting the customer and clarifying the matter objectively or apologizing, everything is simply kept quiet. So all I can say is: stay away from this company!

Closed without cancellation! No one opened the door for me after ringing the bell several times, I couldn't even reach the sign's stated cell phone number and, according to the internet, the store is suddenly temporarily closed. I wanted to redeem a voucher, which obviously can no longer be redeemed. The least it would have done would have been to cancel the appointment.

It is highly recommended. We went there for a couples massage and found it really relaxing. Both masseuses had a lot of strength, knew great techniques and were also friendly. It's easy to forget what's going on outside. We will be back. :)

Yesterday we had a massage with Helene for the first time. It was just great. You can tell that she really enjoys her job. She explained it very well and carried it out fantastically. A really great atmosphere that really invites you to linger. I would definitely like to come back.

I had the stress reliever massage with Jane and went home satisfied and extremely relaxed. The massage was powerful yet relaxing.
