Fitness
studios
are
a
bit
like
hairdressers
and
doctors:
you
go
there
on
the
recommendation
of
friends
and
if
everything
meets
your
needs,
then
you
stay.
For
me
it
was
the
same.
Friends
told
me
very
enthusiastically
that
they
had
been
with
Aprosports
for
some
time
and
that
it
would
also
be
a
great
opportunity
for
me
to
do
something
for
my
body.
Two
things
convinced
me
about
the
Aprosports
concept:
(1)
the
effectiveness
of
the
trianing.
I'm
there
twice
a
week,
train
for
20
minutes
each
time
and
then
I'm
done.
And
(2)
the
individual
support
and
approach.
I
have
a
gym
basically
on
the
way
home,
but
I
never
went
because
I
couldn't
motivate
myself
to
work
out.
At
Aprosports
I
arrange
the
appointment
for
the
next
training
straight
after
the
training.
And
if
that
doesn't
work,
I
get
a
call
and
ask
very
politely
when
I'll
be
back.
This
light
“pressure”
to
do
something
regularly
is
exactly
what
I
need.
The
trainers
know
me
and
know
them,
so
it's
always
a
very
pleasant
and
relaxed
atmosphere.
The
training
is
effective,
varied
and
you
receive
individual
support
before
and
during
the
training.
I
can
recommend
it.
