I would like to give 5 star for the service i got ,, i had very good hospilaty during my stay in istanbul ,, i stay in lemx hotel ,, i enjoy a lot in hotel,, a very good care , a very good food ,, but i was there for my hair transplantation which is very important for me ,, i have paid around 2000 euro approx might be more ,, I have paid for 4000 graph ,, thats mean i have paid for around 4000 hair to transplant ,, but i did not find all hair ,, it might be maistake or because of unprofessional doctors or transplanters ,, i have very few hairs been transplanted ,, they said i got 25 years garanty ,, i write them and mention all my problems ,, i got hair in some place and not in some ,, They told me that i need to go back again in istanbul for recheck ,, i can see other friends who transplant hair only 2000 graf ,, is more better than me ,, and i have 4000 graf ,,, i am very unhappy with their service,, first i blem to beauty care 24 ,, because they are the real agents to deal with the patient or customer ,, they need to care and handel with care ,, if some thing goes wrong , need to take care ,, happens sometimes out of 10 ,, 1 or 2 might be wrong but do not neglet them ,, in my opening you should get what you paid for ,, but i havenot ,, It seems like i loose my money without geting nothing ,,, i must say the hospilaty from limax hotel was very good ,, My experience in transplanting hair with beauty care was not worth ,,, Thanks

I have used Beauty Travels 24 for my Eye Laser Surgery. I was a little anxious getting surgery done abroad, in another country but I started my journey by reading reviews and testimonials of many companies. Beauty Travels 24 stood out to me and I convinced myself I would go ahead with the treatment. I done a consultation in the UK before I left to understand the type of tests I should be getting when I visit the clinic in Istanbul. All the tests were the same which put me at ease knowing I was in safe hands. I had filled out all my forms beforehand and off I went for my surgery. Muge was really helpful as she was my English translator and ensured everything went smoothly for me. My surgeon spoke English but more of Turkish therefore, Muge was really helpful. The experience was amazing, clean hospital, friendly staff and lots of Do's and Dont's after the surgery. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their eyes corrected or for any other service (hair transplant, teeth implants etc). My recovery was within 6 hours and its all down to you how you look after yourself post surgery. A big thank you to the team!

I underwent gynecomastia correction surgery on the 8th of September. The operators with whom I texted and talked to were great and very professional in organising my trip. The transfers from and to the airport, clinic and hotel were punctual. The surgeon and nurses were amazing, the surgery went very well. I highly recommend both the clinic and the agency, they treated me well and everything was perfectly planned out for me in every detail. The only downside was that the hotel staff didn’t speak English well, but they all made an effort to understand me. Super positive experience!

Had rhynoplasty done and found the treatment I got excellent. A girl named Muge was assisting me the whole time who spoke English and she was very nice. The surgeon did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results, more than what I expected!! The company is so helpful in answering your questions and the trip was stress free with accommodation and transfers arranged by them. Highly recommend 100%

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the team at Beauty Travels. For a woman travelling alone for surgery, I felt the whole experience was extremely smooth, safe, and very professional. Prior to my flight to Turkey, I received a call from Germany to confirm everything was prepared and ready for me, from day 1 arriving at the airport with a friendly face awaiting to pick me up, hotel staff in Raddison were friendly and helpful, being collected on time by the driver to take me to take me to my appointment the next day, where I was met outside the clinic and taken directly to an English translator who then took me to have chest X-rays, to see the surgeon, fill out paperwork etc. My surgery was planned at midday which also went smooth, then even after I was discharged the aftercare remained the same and my English translator continued to communicate with me through WhatsApp. I cannot fault the team! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. I would like to say an extra thank you to the driver, he was lovely, the first and last face I saw, he put me at ease, so polite, chatty, and professional.

I had a hair transplant back in 2015 and overall I am satisfied with the service and procedure. The only disappointing part is that I now have a visible line at the back of my had (donor area) and the implanted hair could have been thicker. It looks like I have to go for a second time to fix this. I would however, use Beaty Travels 24 again. Because of them I now have hair and more confidence. The only down side is the visible line from the donor area (where they have removed the hair). I understand that the quality of my donor (where implanted) depends on the quality. I do have light hair, fair enough. This company is geniune, people are friendly and there were no issues.

Having recently done ilasik, the team were very accomodating and the process was as it described on their website, very simple and straight forward. They could not made it any simpler if they could. I am quite satisfied with the outcome and the service I had received. Hotel rooms and translator included with the 3 night stay during the process were class.

The entire experience from the initial emails to the post op has been more than I could have expected. The staff were extremely communicative and when ever I had a question they were quick to answer. Hello! Iv'e been using your services for 3 times already and I must say that this absolutely top level! You clinic is perfect example of how to treat your costumers from very beginning of their journey till final result. I wish every company would follow your example! During the lockdown last year I could't get to your clinic due to travel restrictions so I had to use one of London clinic for hair transplantation and unfortunately they failed to do hair transplantation properly and left me with bald patches and unfinished crown area. So after a year I booked surgery with you to fix everything and you have delivered even more then I expected! You fixed my crown area, topped up whole head with more hair, faded all sharp edges from donor area and added more hair to the hairline. Couldn't be more happier! You have very nice team of professionals. Unfortunately I don't remember names, but first of all I want to say thank you to Dr. T. D. Bugce for taking care of me understanding my issue and acting accordingly. Big thank you to a doctor and his assistant who done actual surgery. Real professionals! I was looking for laser surgery treatments in the Netherlands and I had made an appointment, but the price was still a lot, so I was looking for alternatives. I stumbled on Beauty Travels 24 on Google when I was looking for surgery in Turkey. From the moment I have contacted Beauty Travels 24 I knew I was in safe hands. Everything went good, on the day of arrival there was a personal driver waiting for me to bring me to the hotel (included in price). The next day I went to the clinic and they had examined my eyes and told me that PRK is the best method for my eyes, in the Netherlands they agreed for Smile, this was not recommended by the doctors in Turkey. I was also helped through the process by a kind lady named Tutku, my compliments! The first day after PRK was very difficult for me, but after that everything was healing smoothly. I am already very satisfied with the result and can’t wait to get fully healed! I highly recommend Beauty Travels 24 :)

I have been in contact with Beauty Travels 24 since January and they have always been ready to answer every and any questions I had with patience. I had a gastric sleeve revision almost 2 weeks ago. The help I've gotten was impeccable. I only speak some words in Turkish as I learned them there (which was appreciated) but they hooked me up with a great, thoughtful, sweet, calm and very helpful translator - miss Tutku (who deserves a raise or a bonus!). She has helped me from the get-go and was there every step of the way! As well as Ebru who helped me since January to prepare me for my surgery and the staff in the clinic who helped me after my surgery. I did give 4 stars because some things went down the day before surgery that weren't mentioned/clarified upfront but I hope they will work on it so others wouldn't have to deal with it. All and all, I highly recommend doing your procedure in Instanbul and going with Beauty Travels 24. You will not regret it! They really take care good care of you from the moment you contact them to after care. I will be back for another procedure.

Great experience as a whole. The people are great. Highly recommend. Starting from my translator Busra which was amazing . She really made my experience a lot easier. She's great at what she is doing. The doctor and his assistant also great, explaining everything they do every second just to reassure you. The service was great.

Came for a hair transplant, staff were very friendly and professional, they helped through the whole process, interpreters were excellent. The clinic is so smart and clean and stylish. They have refreshments and everything you need. The whole experience was a little nerve racking been the first time but they look after you amazingly and keep you relaxed. 2 weeks into my recovery and the results are already amazing.

I had an amazing experience with Medibeauty from the day I arrived everything was seemless and perfect from the surgeon to my translator. I had a breast reduction and lipo i was made very comfortable and explained everything prior. I would recommend this clinic to anyone coming from abroad looking for plastic surgery.

Very smooth experience from start to finish. I live in Dublin, Ireland. Enquired about laser eye surgery on WhatsApp and received a response within hours. Was emailed a detailed information guide about the clinic, procedures and prices. The clinic had availabilties as soon as one week from the day I enquired! Just over a month later I flew over to Turkey. A driver collected me from the airport and brought me to my hotel where reception had all my details and my room ready. Driver picked me up from the hotel to the clinic the next day. There, I was greeted by a lovely translator who accompanied me through all my examinations and even the procedure itself. Preliminary exam was at 9am and the surgery was performed 2 hours later! Dr Melih was very honest and told me about potential side effects/drawbacks of LASIK I hadn’t even considered, so I felt I had made an informed decision about going ahead with the procedure. He was so excited when, the following day, I could read letters on the Snellen chart I was struggling to read the day before! So safe to say the procedure went very well. There were no hidden costs whatsoever, though you do only get one set of eye drops at the clinic (they give you a prescription to get more - I recommend buying more drops in a Turkish pharmacy because in Ireland, for example, the drops prescribed are unlicensed/not on the Irish market and would be much more expensive to get in Ireland!). The package I chose included the medical exams and the procedure for both eyes, plus hotel including breakfast and transport between hotel/airport/clinic. You could not get better value elsewhere! If you’re thinking about getting LASIK, definitely consider this place. Everything seemed too good to be true, price and efficiency-wise, but they followed through every step of the way and I couldn’t be happier with the service and care I received.

Excellent service. unlike some others we had no deposit to pay upfront and were not sold any extras as it was all included. I had 4200 grafts and they even guaranteed them all. The results so far look great and it was almost painless. I wish I had it done years ago.

I went for iLask eye surgery. I was met at the airport and taken to my hotel and picked up for every appointment. My English translator was with me for all the pre-op exams and was even in the room with me for my surgery. The doctor himself spoke English to me to tell me my eye surgery options and talked me through the surgery as it was happening. I got a sore throat a couple days after and they delivered cough drops right to my hotel door! They were so kind and helpful. I was nervous and my translator Tutku put my mind at ease by answering my questions and finding the answer for me when she didn’t know. I even got my teeth cleaned while I was there, it was in the same building. It was a good experience and I’d go again to use their other services.

I was very impressed with the level of service and care. I was able to make all the arrangements whilst still in the US. Aero is in Turkey and everything went as expected. Very clean modern facilities which easy rival and in most cases surpass western facilities. I had laser eye surgery and almost a year on still very happy with the results
