Amazing and very big shop with a selection I haven't seen before. The staff was very knowledgeable and had amazing patience with all my questions which they actually could answer😃 all of them.... Go there and you won't be disappointed. I wish I lived closer to this shop.

Great hiking store spread over a few floors. The place is huge and much larger compared to the downtown branch. Great selection, reasonable prices and nice and helpful staff. If you need some outdoors gear, definitely check this place out.

This place has a great range of trekking supplies! I received an amazing consultation for my backpack here. Sometimes, I want to by something that is supposed to last for several decades. I am very glad that places like these still exist to help me take the best decision. Buying online cannot provide a similar service.

My go-to place for anything in relation of travel and outdoor. Globetrotter has always been special to me. I do love the staff. The store manager is great and his team is making every visit special. The selection in Hamburg however is too small - also compared to the other big 7 stores in other locations.

Product quality looks very good but the prices are way too high... Sometimes 60€ for a t-shirt to go for a run this T-shirt better gives you superpower. But if you dont have budget restrictions or if you dont really mind buying a raincoat for 200€ then maybe you could find what you want.

Great store for any kind of outdoor equipment. High quality products and usually a variety of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and always had an answer to my questions. However you need to be careful that they are not convincing you to buy something you actually don't need. Would definitely recommend going to this place before you start your next big trip! Trust me, you will get inspired! Also a nice place to meet other people who share the same Hobby as you, maybe you even meet your next travel buddy? :)

Solid outdoor store with a wide range of products.

Definitely the best outdoor shop in Hamburg. Everything from shoes to tents with some specialities like a cold room where you can test winter clothes. Competent staff with real advise. Easy to reach with public transport, opposite of the Barmbek U and S-Bahn.

Personnel is knowledgeable and mostly friendly and professional enough. Prices vary, but if you're looking for something specific, a good comparison, or for just shopping around this store has a laid back enough atmosphere to even enjoy the brick and mortar shopping experience. Huge selection of brands of shoes, rucksacks and clothing (e.g. Fjällräven, Hanwag, Meindl, Osprey; they even carry a couple of Gregory models), less so in EDC and accessories.

Great selection for outdoor adventure. I needed a saddle bag for my touring bike and they had a perfect piece.

Has been my go to place for anything outdoor related in the past years. There’s no better place than Globetrotter to buy tents, boots, backpacks and more. Was always given good advice and never regretted a single purchase. Very friendly staff as well! Would recommend for anything from buying a travel mug to preparing for an arctic expedition.
