Absolute rip off, staff competence and training invites potential negligence. I have raised an issue with trading standards. My daughter went here to get her ears pierced with my wife, the individual serving them only showed them expensive metals which are not hypoallergenic. No prices were given until asked for a few times. When my wife asked about surgical stainless steel she was advised that this was not a safe choice in spite of it being the recommended choice in the release they make you sign. They also include a bottle of what is essentially water retailing at over fifteen pounds without asking if you want it. Avoid at all costs and go to a professional piercing studio.

Very crowded. Not as good value as I remember - our local store closed years ago. Never bought anything as wasn't too impressed with the price for the quality.

I got my daughter's ear pierced today and they were very good. they maintained the hygiene and did it in a way that she didn't feel a thing and was happy afterwards.

Young girl who served and helped me with gift for grandaughter leaving school was really so helpful and told me of offers available. Great service thanks

Girls were helpful

Went to get my 2nd piercings done and was quite disappointed with one of the members of staff. Was really rude and laughed/said I looked 14 despite me being almost 20 so this was quite embarrassing. She also just continually generally spoke down to me for no apparent reason and I felt that it was more than once she pointed things out about me (looking young and said I really jumped when she did the piercing). It went well, good priced and didn’t hurt but I just wasn’t impressed by the staff. I left feeling a bit embarrassed and disappointed as it really does offend me when strangers tell me that I look like a child.

Just had my youngest's ears done today and the ladies were wonderful. Not a peep out of my baby (7 yo) tho a few tears were shed. Quick and clean. Thank you ladies!
