Pro Tip: Portions are big enough to share. Try the mix and match Benedicts. Specious dining area with lively vibes and mellow tasteful decor. This is not the run of the mill menu, there plenty of novelty items to choose from. The alcohol menu has some creative drinks. We ordered mix and match bennies, biscuits and gravy, and the sausage omelette. All full of flavor.

First time here! Visited Reno with my family and we came upon this place in midtown Reno. We got some mimosas which were good and I ordered the biscuit and gravy combo. The waitress recommended it to me and it was pretty good. My family thought the food was good overall. My dad and brother-in-law ordered the soup of the day and it was a bit cold. Other than that we had a great experience. Maria helped us and she was super friendly and helpful. Definitely come back again when we come to visit.

Edit: We came back two more times over the course of three days to enjoy more amazing fresh food and say hi to Claudia. All of the staff were friendly and sweet, the service is fast and prices are low. Claudia is the absolute best server ever!!!!! GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!! She is SO sweet and within 10 minutes we were all wishing she could be our mom. She was so friendly!!! The food here is incredibly delicious, our poor stomachs were stuffed but we kept eating because it is so damn good. Thank you Claudia!

What a great spot to stop for breakfast! I was going thru town and met up with a friend and her puppy. We had a great experience. Food was good. Service was good. Everyone was so friendly. Might have been puppy but I also got the feeling this was a normal day here.

Fantastic customer service from Ken. I wish we had tons of money so we could tip way above and beyond. Interesting potato choice definitely worth trying. Loved the sausage. The kid’s food is large portions.

Really nice breakfast/brunch place in a cool Reno neighborhood. We had a bit of a wait when we walked in but it wasn’t annoying and the food was worth it. They have a big variety of cocktails which makes it a perfect place for brunch with friends. We ordered a mimosa, Bloody Mary, breakfast tacos and a Chile relleno omelet. They use freshly squeezed juices for their mimosas which makes them really good. Husband said the Bloody Mary was nice. Overall a great neighborhood place if you don’t mind a little wait :)

Loved Two Chicks! Their mimosas were delicious and they had a great menu with unique breakfast choices! Everything was very good and we will definitely come back. They had really good gluten free options...very impressed with that!

We Googled where to eat in Reno and Two Chicks was the winner. My husband ordered the Thanksgiving special. white sweet potato, stuffing and eggs and he loved it. I got the huevos ranchers (corn tortillas topped with black beans, eggs, pico, Cotija cheese and avocado and white sweet potato homefries. 🤤We got 2 cocktails, strawberry lemonade mimosa and gingerrita (margarita made with ginger beer) we absolutely loved everything here. We will definitely be coming back anytime we are in Reno.

Great food and light, lively, fun atmosphere. There is outside patio dining as well as inside dining. Choice of tables, bar stool seating and booths. The restaurant is inclusive and friendly. The employees were smiling, helpful, and were getting along so well. The chef was very busy and fast with the orders. In speaking to a couple of the employees they expressed that they felt happy to work there and felt free to be themselves and were treated well. The restaurant had a sign open from 7am to 2pm, seven days a week. The restaurant uses some locally sourced ingredients. They served coffee from wood smoked coffee beans—was a great flavor. Loved the overall experience and highly recommend!

I was looking forward to coming to eat here. My husband and I arrived and did not have to wait long to be seated. We visited their side chick bar. Yummy mimosas and Hawaiian bloody mary. Worth a try! Once we sat down we ordered. 30 minutes in and no food. Others around us were getting their food quickly. We decided to leave. My husband took his omlette to go, but I canceled my benedict. I knew once we got back home it would be no longer a runny eggs benidict and that would lose some of the charm. This is a very busy place and according to the food reviews worth it. I would like to try it out another time. The staff was super friendly and nice. The timing of food was off for us this time. Maybe we will have better luck next time.

We found this on google, and it was a great decision! The Eggs Benedict was delicious. The almond poppyseed French toast was just ok, but I am also not a fan of almond extract. Everything else was great, hence the five star rating. Coffee was good, and my cup never went empty.

We had been in town for a few days and were looking for something other than a chain restaurant for breakfast. A friend found this place so we decided to give it a try. Our friends were raving about the Chicken Fried Steak and Breakfast Burrito. My daughter got the burrito but the Chicken Fried Steak seemed a bit heavy for me...so I ordered the Chorizo Omelette and my wife got the Sicilian Omelette. They were all good - I thought I didn't get enough chorizo, but other than that everything was good. It comes with hashbrowns and toast so it is a lot of food!

A friend recommended this place, so we had to try it out. This is an asolutely must while in Reno! I had the Chile Rellano Omelet with the sweet potato home fries. Mi comida muy deliciosa!! All of the employees were smiling and pleasant! We sat at the bar and watched all of the cocktails being made...ALL of them looked amazing. I couldn't try all of them, but the Gingerita was refreshing, light, and well-balanced (similar to a Mexican Mule) Give this place a try! Trust me, you will not be disappointed! 🤗

When Rolling in to town (Reno) you want to stop here and get a good bite to eat. They have a delicious Breakfast and Lunch menu. Great service and they even have pleasant/nice people who greet you at the door. Service was fast and food was really good. When leaving stop by and have a good Bloody Mary after a night or partying. Will return to two chick's again when I'm in town.

Where do I begin? Food was fresh and hot! Ordered the salmon omelette with sweet potato hash. Gluten free bread was the best tasting I’ve ever had! Cream cheese spread was unique and delicious! Coffee was hot and delicious. Server was attentive too.

Ordered the Country Bene as-is, then ordered two extra poached "local" eggs. You can really tell a difference between their regular vs local eggs. Local eggs were larger and fresher taste. Sausage gravy was good, sausage patty was good as well (I had the choice between sausage or ham). My only issue, just a personal preference, was the buscuit was too big. I'm not much of a bread eater. But if you really like big biscuits, this is your thing! My wife ordered the 1/2 Order of Biscuits and Gravy. Het biscuit was also very large, but there was plenty of sausage gravy to offset it. She really liked her meal. My dad ordered the Salmon Omelet. It was a good size omelet. He enjoyed it and ate most of it, which is good for him! The staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. They have an open kitchen, five chefs in there seem to work very well together. I watched them for several minutes putting out great looking food, one after another, and nothing came back! The place was very busy, it was a Saturday morning, after all. My daughter lives here in Reno and she loves the place! It's her go-to place when hosting friends from out of town. Definitely would eat there again!

Wow! It's been years since we've been here in Reno. Came up for Hot August Nights. Googled breakfast/brunch spots. Decided on Two Chicks. Best breakfast we've had in awhile. Definitely a place to return to. We didn't even realize Midtown Reno was hot spot area! Lol

I’ve been wanting to try this spot for a while and finally did before going home this morning. i totally forgot to take a before picture lol but i got the farmhouse omelette(the asparagus caught my eye) and it was the best omelette i’ve ever had. got their famous coffee and topped it off with a mimosa. and i almost forgot about their homemade blueberry cinnamon butter, it’s so 😍😍😍 lol reservations are definitely recommended & if not, it’s worth the wait. they do have a mega jenga outside if you decide to wait for a table. all the staff were super friendly, quick, and attentive. place was cute, cozy & clean. definitely not my last time coming here, will probably be my go to. 😋

Whatever you do...you have to get the freshly squeezed orange juice. Whenever I have opportunity to come to Reno, we always come here. They are always giving great service, amazing food, and orange 🍊 juice that makes you crave it. I recommend you buying the big take home bottle they offer, so you don't have regret it later. And they also have half sizes of some of the favorites, just in case your eyes are bigger than your stomach, which always is the case for me!

The cafe serves breakfast items that seem to be mostly locally sourced and fresh. I got the french toast combo which was good. The drip coffee was okay but not spectacular.

In general I was expecting a little more, came in told me 30 minute wait or less it was about 45 min. Their waitlist system is pretty cool. Coffee was cold, food was cold. Silverware was dirty, had to order some plastic utensils. Burger but no bun, fries were raw. Food had not much flavor. I love the background of the restaurant. In general, it was okay. Was expecting a lot more.

I always have the best brunches at this spot! They are very efficient for how busy it usually is, and the food is excellent! There is also a great drink menu.

Great breakfast options. Great service. Very good food! Loves the breads and pastries. Slightly crowded for COVID times. Appears it has great outdoor options when not in midst of record snowfalls.

We were trying out new breakfast places. Discovered Two Chick's in midtown. Delightful! It's our new fave. Super fast and polite service. Clean restaurant. Food was very good. Biscuits and gravy were recommended and they did not disappoint. I also got a egg and spinach skillet with cream cheese skillet. Unique and delicious. We went around 1030am on a Sunday. Parking was limited by the time we left. There are two locations. We will try the other location as well. Totally worth it.

On Saturday morning we waited for 45 minutes. Coffee was very tasty. Fresh squeezed orange juice was good. We can order our own omelette. Tasty and price is not expensive not cheap.

Highly recommended. Food and service was good. Coffee was really primo! Definitely worth the wait to get in. Also check out their campaigns to support a charity and the really fun shirts for purchase.

The food was really good, i got the biscuits and gravy (it was delicious.) and my husband got the caprese bene he got the veggie fritter instead of the English muffin (only thing was a little too much sauce for the Hollandaise and balsamic) we also topped it off with mimosas with freshly squeezed orange juice. All in all really good

9/28/22 Visit: Unique breakfast joint and engaging decorations, logos/merchandise. Staff was helpful, food was similar to I-Hop (but more unique options). Open space and atmosphere makes it perfect for a brunch date.

The menu looked better than the food came out. The toast was ice cold and hair was found in the food. The services however was great overall. The server was very friendly.

I found Two Chicks while looking for a mix of healthy and rich American breakfast and it was perfect. Had a grain bowl with Peanut Butter and fruits which was awesome and two sourdough pancakes which was my first time. Really good!

Food was great, service was great. There's outdoor seating where dogs are allowed, but no dogs (except service dogs) allowed inside. We arrived at around 10am on a Monday morning and although the place seemed pretty full, we were able to be seated immediately. I'd come here again their menu is pretty decent and has something for everyone.

So we decided on Two Chicks for our trip.tl.Reno based on the reviews and boy they didn't let down. First off we had the friendliest waitress named Claudia. She was so accommodating and attentive. The food did not let down. The have so many options for people with special dietary needs. They use local supplies as well as the goody has flavor! Not like some restaurants they don't even add salt! I almost killed the whole plate of my omelette. Do I recommend? Yes!

  • 5/5 Tara R. 1 year ago on Google
Nothing negative to say about this establishment. Service was great, food was tasty, portion sizes were more than enough and the price point was doable. I will definitely return if in the area and definitely recommend. I had the vegan skillet while my friends had omelettes, waffles, french toast, grilled cheese with Parmesan fries and a slue of other items and no one complained. I ordered the butternut squash porridge and it was to sweet for my liking but it wasnt nasty.

I loved their food so much yesterday, that I came back again the morning after! Cute decor, friendly servers, and great food. The salmon omelette and veggie fritters were amazing! So far, this has been my favorite breakfast spot in Reno.

Lively brunch spot with great food and many vegan and vegetarian options. Be prepared to wait a bit if you get here during peak times. Ordered vegan breakfast bowl which was great. Friendly staff, good coffee.
