    The foods tasted good because the chicken was tender and juicy since it was well-made. Also, the vegetables were so fresh and natural as they were healthy. So, I enjoyed eating them because they were satisfying enough to eat.

    Every employee was courteous, friendly and super helpful and upbeat !!! The chicken was a big piece, really tender, fresh lettuce and tomato. A superb dinner

    I know it's blurry but those big fans there are blowing misted water. To cool the customers and the employees. It was a 100゚ outside and the drive-through was not horrible really. It is Nevada.... But to me that's caring. And the overhang is huge. They do that for the customers. Besides having the best chicken sandwich I've ever had I appreciate that.

    After coming here at least twice a week for the last year, it's time to take a break from Chick Fil A. After back to back bad experiences (ordered a large fry that was only half full, then today ordered a spicy chicken deluxe that was hard and chewy), it seems like the quality here is slipping. Typically if there was an issue in the past they'd act quickly and bend over backwards to make it right by offering a couple of items, which I thought was generous and fair. In the last two cases they've done the bare minimum by offering only a replacement item.

    I heard that they had gluten-free options, but my family has some Celiac in it, so I volunteered as the guinea pig, and there have been zero issues. Again, they really mean it. Multiple visits, not even any cross contamination symptoms. They really mean it. They went and added a fast food place I can actually take my son. I'm sincerely grateful.

    Another delightful lunch at Chick-Fil-A today! Sat down outside in the beautiful June sunshine, and ordered via the app. Within a few minutes my meal was delivered to my table, and it was fresh and tasty. Customer service was over the top, as usual. Great value as well. Thank you again for the wonderful dining experience!

    I was only going to buy one breakfast sandwhich but the lady told me I could get either biscuit or muffin, so I bought both. Then, I saw the lemonaid displayed with ingredients and that looked good too. She was helpful and took the time to chat with us. She thought we were traveling. Small thing but much better service than most places. For the record, the muffin was best.

    They never fill up the fries. This is a large. I go to chick fil a for lunch at least once a week. Since the pandemic, the raised their prices and give you less. I asked for more fries and was refused. Terrible service

    The line to the drive through was insanely long. Got up to the window and they forgot my fries... I really don't understand the hype. The food is great but for the insane lines I dont know if its that great... the staff were super friendly and efficient but definitely need a quality control or an extra person making sure they got everything...

    Tonight was teacher appreciation night and Danny the manager he truly made me feel appreciated. I had such an amazing dinner, and the customer service was exceptional. I am so grateful! Thank you!

    For this place to be so big you would think the food would come out warm with a straw and at least one napkin. Time to scale back the quantity over quality. Being a signature member, it’s pretty easy to say I have seen a few CFA’s. This one seems to care more about fresh food for the staff sitting in the old lobby than the customers coming in the front door. I’d love to think everyone walking in the front door or as an employee was treated like The Cathy’s just walked in.

    Terrible quality food. The original chicken sandwich uses what appears to be a breakfast size chicken fillet, smaller than the bun. Problem this was at 8 PM and the chicken was inedible and rubbery. For all I know, it was a leftover from breakfast 10 hours prior. Emailed the customer support to file a complaint, and also emailed the location with the photo, and received a generic apology message that is supposedly from from Ryan Smith, Location Operator, a form letter. The message did not even address or acknowledge what occurred here. No phone call or offer to replace the food. Amazing decline in standards for this chain.

    Always great service and food here. The staff is top notch. Very friendly. There is no better fast food place except in and out. The tie for #1. The kids play place was closed but besides that it was perfect.

    While still better than most restaurants, this place doesn’t hold up to other Chik-Fil’a locations. Numerous times the tables have been sticky in the morning. The burritos come out loosely wrapped, and standard condiments (jalapeño jelly) missing. Overall, a pretty good experience but the culture is lacking for dine-in.

    I always like chick-fil-a but we all know the wait can be crazy. This location just re-did their drive through and it's 2 lanes so It went fast. Very friendly order takers waiting outside in the cold with their iPads. Think about that next time your impatiently waiting for your order.

    I was excited to try the chick-fil-a here but was very disappointed. The fries came out very pale and undercooked. I wasn’t going to write a review but when I returned home me and all my friends felt very sick for the rest of the night.

    I’d like to see this location fix their curbside pickup. Why is it unavailable since at least February? Service doesn’t hold up to the reputation. Always pretty lackluster.

    That Chayton guy was so professional and helpful when ordering, It's been so long since I came here and now I'm leaving with a great feeling and want to come back. I hope all the employees are as good as he is and take care of their people. GREAT service.

    Ok. I love coming here. But man. The only thing that chaps my a$$ is why do they have to say "my pleasure" rather than you're welcome? Because let's get real. It's absolutely not their pleasure to serve me my food. It's their job. They're there for a paycheck. Nothing more. That's all. 😊😊😊

    The food is great but this Reno location is a madhouse. It is so hard to get into and there is not enough parking. I hope the construction I saw was an indication of the parking being addressed. As always, the employees are a delight. Always so friendly and are working as speedily as they can. Keep up the great work!

    Chic-fil-a is a favorite and a rare stop for us since we live out in Cold Springs. Our food was good this trip. I almost always order off the app, but this visit it wasn't busy yet, so we went thru the drive thru. I think that was our mistake. I asked if we were getting a receipt (so I could scan for rewards), but we didn't get a receipt. Then, we were asked to pull ahead and out of the drive-thru while they finished our order. Mass chaos immediately erupted as noon hit on a Saturday, and the parking lot suddenly got crazy. Workers were trying to find cars, cars trying to leave, and many trying to find a spot to park. We did get our food, but once we got home, we realized one of our orders (mine specifically) wasn't accurate. We will be back, and they can likely redeem themselves. Oh, and I called this store as a representative of our school PTO last week and was told someone would call me back that day, I still haven't heard back over 5 days later.

    Best chicken every! The chicken nuggets are nothing like I've ever had at a fast food joint. Almost looks like realllll chicken. (Of course it is) the chicken sandwiches are what keep me in that mile long pile up though, It is worth the wait. How ever the pile up is what I do not like about this atmosphere two lanes but jammed all the way out to main road and couldn't even get out of parking lot once we got our food.

    While traveling through, we needed a place to get food for the family before heading back to our hotel. The line was nearly out to the road for the drive through. We didn't know how long it would take and were pleasantly surprised when the line went quickly, service was helpful and courteous, and the order was correct!

    After several visits to this location I find my experience in terms quality and customer service was extremely lacking compared with other Chick-fil-A locations of which I am typically a big fan. Unfortunate to see such a thing with a restaurant chain I've otherwise had good to great experiences at. Update for 07/25 - I gave this location the last month to get the opening kinks out but unfortunately they did not. Same issues as before + inaccurate order and stale fries this time Update March 2023 - pics are a sandwhich I got from this location - I threw it away rather than eat it

    While the politics of Chick-fil-A change almost weekly at the HQ level, the food and service are always great. They have always gotten our order correct and the food is always fresh and delicious. They would be better off to just treat all of their applicants, employees, and customers equally and quit choosing to push a prejudicial narrative.

    1st time I've tried Chick-fil-A. Got a spicy chicken- good. Chicken club- great flavor juicy. 4 piece chicken strips- little small but tender and delicious. Love the dipping sauce. Will definitely be going back.

    The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because the managers are always willing to help correct the issues we have... but it's beginning to get ridiculous. My girlfriend and I have a weekly tradition of eating here on Mondays after work, and we always order the same thing, yet every time except for once, it has been wrong. I order a sandwich as is, so they haven't messed that up, but for my girlfriend, I always order a "southwest salad with grilled nuggets, instead of the spicy ones" which is exactly how I say it, and every time they mess it up somehow. Last time it was the crispy nuggets instead of grilled, more than once it's been the standard spicy nuggets which she does not like, one time they did not give her any of the toppings that were supposed to come with it, and one time it was even both spicy and grilled nuggets mixed together. It's just starting to get ridiculous that they can't get it right, and how regularly they mess it up considering it is one simple substitution. I appreciate the management for how the work to fix the issue, but they should train their crew members better because the errors are seemingly a habit at this point.

    This was my 1st time trying Chick-fil-A. My daughter suggested the spicy chicken. The gentleman who took our orders was very polite however I had asked for a large fry and a large drink with my meal. After the young lady handed me my drink I was hoping a receipt would be in the bag showing that I ordered a large drink. So I pulled up to go over to the side and there was no receipt. So I just let it go I get home to double check for my receipt and no receipt in the bag. My fries were cold too. Personally I'm not a fan of their chicken sandwich at all. Being my first time at Chick-fil-A it will also be my last.

    I went through the drive thru & only received some of what I ordered so I had to park and go in the restaurant. When I got home both my chicken sandwich meals didn't have the lettuce or tomatoes on them, the fries were gross and I spent over $50. Very disappointed. Too busy rushing to get customers through the line then actually paying attention to getting the orders correct.

    We took my Mom here for the first time ever for lunch after a somewhat sad morning for the family. But our visit to Chick-fil-A Reno brightened our entire day! We ordered the grilled and regular chicken sandwich meals along with their new Autumn Spice milkshakes (tastes just like a pumpkin cheesecake and delicious!) Overall the food at the Reno Chick-Fil-A was great!! Very tasty and well prepared even during their lunch rush. We loved the service and the staff was SO friendly…from Letty greeting us outside in the parking lot, to Tre who came and helped us at our table, Halee was a sweetheart who handmade and delivered our shakes with love, and Bobbie came and complimented my mom which really cheered her up. I have to say that this Chick-Fil-A went above and beyond, providing amazing service with a smile. My mom’s first experience at 67 years old at Chick-fil-A was awesome thanks to them. They treated their guests like family and it seems they take great care to offer the best quality. We highly recommend this place and my Mom can’t wait to stop by again and try other menu items! :) Thank you for making it such a good day.

    We come here a ton and always use the mobile order in the drive thru. There is usually always one thing missing in the order and two times ago I asked if that was everything and the woman said yes then I drove off and our yogurt was missing. So I went in to get it and they didn’t even bother to ask me what kind then gave me the wrong one and I had to go in a second time. The ladies body language and tone towards me was rude like I did something wrong. Then last time they forgot our 4.49 cent frozen cloud berry and I just said let’s just mention it next time. Next time was just now. They didn’t believe me (so I’m basically a liar) they wanted proof. My son is down in Las Vegas so in the drive through I literally had to call my kid wake him up to send a screen shot of that mobile order. Then this time she also forgot our sauces. Learn better customer service and maybe you should make sure our order is complete instead of treating us like we did something wrong. Probably taking a major break from this place. We come here at least twice a week.

    As always the food is pretty good, but it's not as amazing as it used to be. Still decent but not piping hot and fresh as they normally were. Their condiments are great and the food is still top notch in comparison to many other offerings in the area.

    Always fast and always delicious. We have been to this Chick-fil-A a few times and the service is always great. Even with cars backed up 20-30 deep, it takes less than 10 minutes from time of order to window pick-up in the drive-thru. Prices have remained affordable, even with pay increases and inflation.

    My brother recommends them. I have tried them twice and don't really care for there sandwiches. I think that's because they don't have any sauces on the sandwiches? 😕 It's just me. The food is fine and the staff was busy and jovial as they worked.

    I love chick fil a. I went quite a bit in Alabama during the 18 years I lived there. The food is still good. I just don't understand why I'm pulled around front to park and end up having to wait 15 to 20 minutes for chicken biscuits. Ordered 4 last visit and sat for way to long. The service is horrible here. I shouldn't have to pull around for that small of an order. It all starts with management.
