I’m
so
tired
of
the
poor
service
here.
Every
single
time
I
come
here
late
at
night
there
are
problems
with
the
staff.
I
placed
a
mobile
order
and
went
through
the
drive
thru
and
was
told
they
are
only
accepting
cash.
I
asked
if
that
meant
I
wouldn’t
be
able
to
place
it
using
the
app
and
they
had
to
go
check
with
someone.
They
asked
what
our
order
was
and
I
read
off
our
sandwiches
thinking
they
might
have
pulled
up
our
order
and
then
I
mentioned
that
all
the
sandwiches
had
customizations
and
they
said
to
t
them
what
those
were
and
we
kept
getting
frustrated
because
they
were
not
communicating
that
they
could
not
take
mobile
orders
at
all
until
after
5
minutes.
They
then
turned
their
headset
off
and
ignored
us
while
we
were
stuck
waiting
in
the
drive
thru
for
30
minutes
before
even
making
it
to
the
pickup
window
to
place
our
order
and
when
we
finally
got
to
it
they
said
that
we
couldn’t
place
our
order
at
the
window
that
we
needed
to
go
back
in
line
if
we
wanted
to
order.
We
had
already
waited
our
turn,
it
wasn’t
our
fault
the
staff
was
rude
negligent
and
incompetent
at
their
jobs.
Staff
ALWAYS
has
the
worst
attitude
I’ve
ever
received
from
customer
service/fast
food.
Left
there
and
went
to
the
McDonald’s
on
Keystone
and
got
great
service.
I
highly
recommend
you
go
to
a
different
location
if
it’s
an
option.
