    Graveyard staff were incredibly rude. Ordered two quarter pounders. They weren't cooked fresh at all. A drop of ketchup and mustard clearly put together sloppily on purpose. Never have a problem with McDonald's normally but the staff I dealt with on Aug 27th. Just look at the pictures? If they actually included a receipt I would go get a refund.

    Aww thank you McDonald's for letting me bite into a raw chicken nugget, fully pink on the inside. I just love salmonella. I'm really glad you take the time to make sure the quality is top notch for your customers. And I guess because it was my lucky night you guys decided to throw in the stale cold fries on top of it. Let me guess there was two cars in your drive-thru so you could not focus on cooking a chicken nugget fully at the same time.

    I came in for a single sandwich my total was $5.19 I handed the girl $6, received no change just a joke about only having Pennies. Before I hear a comment about a change shortage, this is the only place I’ve had trouble. It is also not my responsibility to carry around change. This is a business, change is a part of doing business.

    I’m so tired of the poor service here. Every single time I come here late at night there are problems with the staff. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru and was told they are only accepting cash. I asked if that meant I wouldn’t be able to place it using the app and they had to go check with someone. They asked what our order was and I read off our sandwiches thinking they might have pulled up our order and then I mentioned that all the sandwiches had customizations and they said to t them what those were and we kept getting frustrated because they were not communicating that they could not take mobile orders at all until after 5 minutes. They then turned their headset off and ignored us while we were stuck waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes before even making it to the pickup window to place our order and when we finally got to it they said that we couldn’t place our order at the window that we needed to go back in line if we wanted to order. We had already waited our turn, it wasn’t our fault the staff was rude negligent and incompetent at their jobs. Staff ALWAYS has the worst attitude I’ve ever received from customer service/fast food. Left there and went to the McDonald’s on Keystone and got great service. I highly recommend you go to a different location if it’s an option.

    This is after wiping a small part of their playground that little kids crawl on. I don't know the last time they wiped it down but I remember when I was younger it had to be done nightly. I promise you this isn't from today. The actually dining area was gross and I had to ask to have someone clean it because I would not allow my family to eat in it in that condition. Even after she wiped it down I had to do it over again. It's was not that busy. The regular dining area was bad too. Come on... I know it's just McDonald's but have some sliver of common decency for the people that spend their hard earned money there. I'm very disappointed with this visit to say the least. We are still in a pandemic! And now another is upon us. Can we try and care... just a little. If it's too much to ask for, then close the kids area down. Simple!

    I didn't want to give a star! Went thru drive thru and they had me and another car pull around to the front, the only way to get there was to cross a very busy street and re enter. The lady finally brings our food. We get back to room and the very expensive cheesy jalapeno bacon burger disappointed 😞 my husband. It barely had any cheese. The one he had elsewhere had just like the commercial. Won't go back to this one and recommend people to stay away from that one! T H A N K S !!!!!!

    Worst drive-through service ever. I ordered French fries that's all that's wrong just French fries. She puts her hand out for money but can't tell me how much I owe. I said I'm not giving you my credit card so you can charge me whatever the h*** you want. She then says I need to park on the corner to receive my small French fries. It's a drive-through not a drive-through and park and then get your food whenever. I left and will never ever ever be back.

    Female manager was extremely rude to employee who asked her for help at the drive through. She could have taken the opportunity to help this employee but instead she told him “ it’s not my till anymore ask Sonya, I’m not refunding anything”. All the poor kid asked her was what to do when he accidentally opens the drawer and how to fix it. Learn how to be a better manager or step down for someone who doesn’t yell at people in front of customers!

    Worst McDonald’s experience ever. Took over 20 minutes to get my food after they “lost my receipt” and they were not busy… I also noted that they consistently missed other people’s food while I waited for my own.

    The speaker/cashier in the drive thru was very helpful and had an awesome personality trying to keep everyone happy and lively! He double checked our order and gave some compliments along with side jokes. I love being able to order from somewhere that makes you feel welcome and not a nuisance and today, like most days at this location, we felt welcomed. They were a bit busy so we had to park and wait for the order to come out when it was ready. No biggie. Thank you!

    I rarely stop at McDonald's. But, the kids had friends over, so we went. It took an hour to get like 15$ worth of "food". I know something had to be going on. The kids were fine playing with the radio and doing kid stuff. The younger ones passed out waiting. I'm simply reviewing our trip that one time. Service was friendly, the store looked good. It just took forever.

    Order up immediately, but the hash browns weren't hot and the muffins was a little dry. My biscuit was OK, but not really fresh and fluffy. My husband said the diet Coke was good. We had to hunt for a clean table and found one in the playground area that was cooler than the main part.

    My husband and I went to this location at 3am april 28th 2023. It's supposedly open 24 hours and someone did answer the speaker. He asked if we would be using the app and we replied no. He then promptly stopped answering all together. We waited like 10 minutes periodically going "hello?" And got nothing. We eventually drove around again and saw no one inside so we went back through the drive through. Same interaction again. There is nothing on any sign that says we have to be using the app. I don't know what's going on. I'm sitting at the speaker right now waiting for something to happen.

    Food was nothing special, not bad, not phenomenal. Waiting at the order speaker for 10min with no one else in line was a bit aggravating. Would have just left but the order was already paid through the app.

    You could see in the photo there was no onions and I ordered extra the order was also for dining in and they made it to go. And the fries were cold.

    Go somewhere else! I pulled up to the drive thru and another car was in the other lane. The store took their order and that car pulled forward. I waited for about a minute and I heard them starting to take the order of the other lane before mine. I said "hello" and a few seconds later I was greeted with a rude "just a minute". Long story short - the woman was very rude, they didn't have the smoothie we came there for and it took 5-6 minutes for this horrible trip through the drive thru. Not sure if they are the same owner or not - but the store at 440 Keystone Ave, Reno, NV 89503 is much better. Better service and people who are nice. I 100% will not return to this location...and if I find out the other store is the same owner, I won't go there either.

    Waited about 5 min for someone to come take my order. The floor was dirty. Food was as expected but mcdonalds used to be somewhere I loved to go and it's just turned into a get in and get the hell out kind of place.

    Why do people always have to wait in the parking lot when going through the drive through. Why isn’t food ready when it’s dinner time. Terrible service every single time. Not only do you have to wait but the food is ALWAYS cold

    Food was hot, but it took a long time to get it since I ordered inside. They don't have a hamburger happy meal, so if that's what you want, you can only order a cheeseburger without cheese. Staff were nice about it. Play place on-site. Lots of parking, and there are a lot of people and cars in the parking lot. Drive-through is an option. No outside seating. Bathrooms were nice and clean. I usually stop here after I go to Costco.

    Made my order through the self order kiosk early in the morning. As 10 minutes went by, I was wondering why they hadn't called out my order. I only ordered 1 chicken biscuit & 1 breakfast burrito. While waiting, I watched the cashier helping multiple customers, I noticed that when she finished, she walked over to where they bagged the food. There's a monitor screen right above it. The cashier was clearing all the orders as she had already handed out the food. My order was erased from the screen and forgotten. I had to tell her what my order was. She looked like she didn't care and didn't apologize and handed me my order.

    The food is always too cooked or under cooked, dad got a big Mac and the patty wasn't cooked, saltless fries not only that the workers look like they hate life and it bums me out and it's like the only McDonald's with a playground too

    I have found this location, although a little more expensive than others, to be a better run store. They had my order quickly, and even better, they clarified the app was incorrect and prepared a Frappé for me in spite of the app saying they weren't available. I will definitely be returning!

    pulled up to the window and someone asked if i was using the mcdonald's app i said no and then after that they said nothing else for 10 minutes. no one else in the drive through at all. pulled up to the window and no one was there. either your employees can't be bothered to do their job or you need to change your hours.

    I'm just gonna say it the black dude here at 3AM january 26 the way he greets you- "what can I get you? " I shrugged it off but he then gave me my nugs with 0 sauce. Who does that? Spicy mc made me sick all day, but that's just fast food for you- or dude gave literally no fks probably dropping the meat on the ground.

    Sat in line for 20 mins the girl told my husband to hold on and never took our order the other line kept moving so we left. We will never be back and I'm letting everyone we know how we had to wait 20 mins and etc. But you guys lost our business.

    Sat in drive thru for an hour after the guy on headset said to give him a minute, never got back on the mic to say anything else. We waited and waited with cars piling up behind us so we couldn't back out, car in front of us so we couldn't pull forward. We didn't even get anything.

    Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. They said cash only breakfast only? After they told us "we will be with you in a minute" we waited at least 10 minutes with no response. After finally giving up we pulled forward to follow the person in front of us out of the drive thru. This person waited ANOTHER 10 minutes for what looked like to be a very small order. Even after waiting they hadn't even taken their cash. Once we FINALLY got up to the window we saw 2 employees just standing there on their phones with no concern about us being at the window. During this time we saw at least 4 people reverse out of the drive thru. If I were the GM I would definitely FIRE the night crew that worked on 7/24 at 2 a.m. You're sales are going to plummet and your store is going to get shut down because you have crew member who can care less about customer service.

    Great food, the order taker for the drive thru needs to slow down. I tried to order more food than just a mcchicken and I was cut off by the overzealous kiddo. Outside of that, this location is probably the most convenient, and accurate with orders. Im still going to this location for food, just please tell him to take a chill pill, it ain't a race.

    Stopped by during shift change, and when we got to the window to pay we're told cash only. Plus their system was down, so it was a longer wait time for everyone, it was a good thing that I had some enough cash on hand to pay for our meals. They couldn't even give us a receipt.

    Rude worker, I asked for hot sauce after she gave me my bag thru the drive thru and she couldn’t find any by the window so she had to look for some and when she gave them to me and was closing the window, she yelled “f***”.. highly unprofessional. If she doesn’t like her job or needs customer service training she should seek help. I was there 04/01/22 around 4:40 am, wish I got her name but I was in disbelief. I was nothing but nice to both of them but one decided to be super unprofessional. She should be held accountable for her actions. Cashier was nice, just not the one who handed me the food!

    When you order a Crispy Chicken with extra pickles, you expect them to add more of the crinkle cut ones. They added the standard ones that are terrible by comparison. This isn't a mistake, it's deliberate. They are in different containers on the line, I can't eat somewhere that purposely gets my order wrong.

    I ordered a double cheeseburger plain and they gave me my order I drove off. When I bit into the burger it tasted strange and I looked at it and blood was running out of it. I went back and they made me a new one and gave me a smoothie to compensate, but anyone should know the difference between a cooked burger from a burger that raw just by using the spatula.

    Completely screwed up my order. Didn't receive any of the condiments I requested and also left out half the food items. The food items they actually put in bag were not as I requested either. Get your head out of your " " people.

    Posted a review a while ago about the line in the drive thru during the evening hours (10 o'clock to around 4am).. I have to say that when I went last night I was pleasantly surprised! It only took about 15 minutes to get through the line, it wasn't cash only, and nothing was broken or down or unavailable! I hope this change isn't only temporary because I stopped coming here due to the hour plus wait times being stuck in line only to find out they're only accepting cash and you have to stay in the line because you're already at the ordering window.. 👏🏻 && I'm sure I'm not the only one who stopped coming. Just wanted to post a review and say that I'm grateful to see the change and hope it stays.

    We came to this McDonald's went to the drive through they have two spots to order we chose the pay no mind line cause the other line filled up with three or more cars they all got through before us we were 2nd in line on the other side we finally order the lady couldn't try harder to rush through us forgot to put in chicken sandwich pull up to drive through got told to pull ahead two cars go past and we have been out here for almost 15 minutes all for a 2 cheeseburger meal 2 Mc chicken and drinks
