Changing for the better ever day! Family friendly atmosphere, low-med budget priced rooms and easy access to all downtown's fun. Blocks away from the majestic Truckee River Walk, gaming and local pubs.

The managers are nice people and they are trying to live the american dream and doing well. The Castaway is not for the skirmish for the housekeeping leave slot to be desired. Not a bad place but just barely making the grade.

Horrible. There are bugs everywhere if you're not careful they end up in your food and drinks, and the bathroom door didn't close. Strange men would also wonder around at night trying to talk to people when they saw someone in the room was awake.

This place is a dump! Once it was a fine motor in. But now, it is a weekly motel filled by people who cannot afford the exorbitant rent of even a studio apartment. This means the owner(s) cannot afford upkeep, improvements or even fumigation. This place is NOT for the tourist.

If you're visiting Reno, don't come to this place. This is a last resort roof over your head type of location that should be ashamed to charge what it does. 250 per week to live like you found an abandoned building with a mattress and the electric company forgot to shut off the power. Cockroaches everywhere and homeless people sleeping on the property are the norm. Nasty neighbors or homeless people also added bed bugs to the mix. since all the hallways have rugs, Its easy for these things to infest you.

It's run ⬇️ down, they sold the property to a high-rise developer. Soon to be expensive apartments. Reno used to be affordable for the just getting by class, not anymore.

Awful, this place needs to be demolished by the city. Its roach infested and just plain trashy. It's an eye sore inside and out. Never stayed there, but seeing it is more than enough.

The bed bugs and roaches are enormous. . For 250.00 a week or 75.00 a night sleep at st Vincent's. I was maintenance there and thus place should be consumed. I need not say more if u need a good safe place go to parr .
