Excellent service. Food fresh, and cooked perfectly. Just don't show-up trashed otherwise they won't serve you (dranks). All in all a good time.

When you are open for dine-in they have some of the best customer service than most places. I have been coming here for 2+ years for that reason. Recommended for lobster, shrimps, Alfredo pasta and filet mignon steak. They serve generous portion and including salad. 🍝🥗🥙

What we had ordered the waitress had to come back with menus after appetizers and have us reorder due to the restaurant running out of the food we had ordered, so we had to order something else. We were offered two sides with our meal and then charged for the sides offered. The meals were still very good. The cocktails were very good and the customer service was very nice.

Our Food Experience was terrific, our waitress was impeccable, she engaged with my Mom of 92 years young and Daughter from Gardnerville. We were seated 6ft. Of Social Distancing, beverages were taken, Supervisor stopped by and took our order by helping our Waitress who was distributing food to other tables, it was a delightful day of good food, conversation and Great Service.

T-Mobile Tuesday had a coupon for 2 free appetizers so took the SO to try for the first time. Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - everything is really salty! Steak and Lobster Wednesday with mashed potatoes and broccoli. We asked for medium rare on the steak but it's closer to well done as it's a bit tough and we had difficulty cutting it with the plastic knife. Lobster was seasoned well but extremely salty. The mashed potatoes was very smooth and can't really go wrong with broccoli. White wine and roasted garlic mussels was also seasoned well but very salty as well. Some of the mussels weren't cleaned well and had "beards" on them still or were grainy inside Hand-breaded calamari was deep fried nicely and the peppers are actually really good contrast to give a sharpness/freshness so it doesn't get too queasy Ambience: N/A - got the food to go. There's a little tank with lobsters inside by the door Service: 3/5 - we got there about an hour before closing to pick up our food. The hostess seems ready to leave and was very short with us Value for price: 5/5 - reasonable price for the entree but the appetizers at $12 each is a bit on the pricier side.

Amazing service! The server was on point the manager even came over to make sure we were having a great time... I even overherd a supervisor praising a new employee on how well she was doing! The food came out hot an delicious! My salmon was cooked to perfection! Hot on the inside but not overdone.. perfectly cooked! Very satisfied with our dinner!

First off we have been here many times, being a restaurant owner I understand the labor market. But we were seated and waited over 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. She took are drinks, and told are server Brian we were waiting. He walk by us 2 more times and never said a word. So after 25 minutes of nothing we walk out. Told the manager as we walk, he was like O sorry. Not much manager . training there.

The best food n drinks. Went for my grandsons birthday. We had great customer service. Fantastic lobster as well as salmon and shrimp. They sang happy birthday to my grandson with one of the waiters made it extra special. Kudos to Red Lobster n the crew that blessed us.

Had the best customer service experience. The waitress was fantastic. She was very helpful and very friendly, great smile, made my grandson feel special. Food was good.

Today's experience was much improved from the first time at this location. I came in for lunch and had to create your own feast. Good service. Food came out fast and was cooked well. If you like Cesar salad you should have them add bacon to it, it's really good! Overall a good experience today.

We had a nice meal here last week. Service was a little slow, however, our server was friendly and helpful. We would definitely go again. I had the shrimp and scallops with rice and a salad. Pricey but good.

It's been years since I've entered a Red Lobster. Why did I decide to go back? Well, it was the big sign that showed $20 AYCE shrimp. You get to mix and match never-ending plates from 7 different recipes. I went early to beat the dinner rush and was not dissappinted. If this deal lingers on, I will revisit every couple of weeks now!! Service was great, the atmosphere was good during pre rush, the shrimp was spot on...

The service we had was amazing. The food was really good, it came out on time and the server (I think Jessica) would check on us to make sure we didn't need other things. We had a good experience there, never short on their cheddar bay biscuits and she made good recommendations on the menu. The garlic shrimp scampi is a must.

I ordered this for lunch and it’s absolutely foul. Raw skin on the fish and it reeks like the ocean and I’m fairly certain this salmon went bad and is inedible. Almost Raw barely cooked vegetables completely unseasoned and dry as hell. An already squeezed lemon?? A bed of rice in water, sopping wet, bland as hell no seasoning. I genuinely believe an 8 year old could have cooked this better. I don’t care how bad at cooking you are you don’t want to eat here and you can do way better at home.

Love the they still showcase live lobsters food arrive quick and my server was training but she was patient while teaching the new server Lobster bisque a little too salty for my liking and chowder was good the best was coconut shrimp with a piña colada’s sauce

Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurant chains and I enjoy most items in their menu. But I do hope they'll reduce the amount of salt used in biscuits.

Our server made our visit the best experience for my son's birthday. I'm on a limited diet right now, and I was able to have the clam chowder creamy without any chunks of clams or potatoes. My son had a delicious meal with lobster, scallops, mussels, and shrimp on a bed of pasta with a wine sauce. My husband had steak and lobster, and my grandson had the mac and cheese . Everything was delicious, and I can't wait to come back when I can eat solid food 😋

Red Lobster is a top-notch seafood restaurant that consistently delivers high-quality and flavorful dishes. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming. If you're in the mood for seafood, Red Lobster is definitely worth a visit.

Food is honestly not that great for the price. It's a nice place, atmosphere is nice, service was good. Everyone had a good time. Maybe it was just my plate but it was a little bland.

I went for the endless shrimp. I took my granddaughter with me to kind of celebrate my birthday. My partner who used to take me here for my birthday is no longer with us so I felt like I needed to do what he liked for my birthday. I asked about childrens menu and was told that she could get shrimp with Mac and cheese and other items. When we arrived it was a long wait to see a waiter. When he arrived I asked for their Mac and cheese with shrimp dinner fit her and endless shrimp for me. I ordered the coconut shrimp and the Parmesan bacon scampi for me. Her shrimp was burnt and she wouldn’t eat it. I tried it and it had a burnt taste and no flavor. The bacon scampi was a lump of Parmesan with bacon on the bottom of very greasy shrimp. It took forever to get waited in and by the time the food came my granddaughter was tired. Luckily there was the game machine. The waiter only came back once and again when we finished and he said I could pay on the table machine. Turns out the Mac and cheese was separate from the shrimp and her meal was almost $20 since aside from the food we asked for chocolate milk thinking it came with the meal but was an additional $4. This brought our meal to over $50. Not a nice night out! The whole experience was horrible and I probably will not go back ever again.

We all enjoyed the dim lit environment. Food was amazing. Baked potato sooo soft. Waitress was considerate. Welcome environment made you want relax & stay awhile. Thank you! We shall return!

The wait staff was fun and helpful. The house was full and they were working their tails off with smiles on their faces. Because it was busy our salads came out with our meal instead of before but you know what? The food was good, the portions were huge. and I left full and happy.

Is there anything better than hot cheddar bay biscuits?! Haven’t been here for years, and it was even better than I remembered! We had an incredible meal here and outstanding service. Highly recommend the lobster mashed potatoes!

Pretty bummed about my experience. We went in at 230 on a Saturday, the restaurant was pretty dead and the host was very polite. We were sat with a server that made us feel as if we were making her go out of her way to take care of us. We thought, maybe it's a rough day or something but after at least 20mins of waiting without getting so much as a glass of water we gave up. Definitely don't want to go back to a place that treats you that way.

I always crave to visit Red Lobster 🦞 whenever I’m in a town where they are present. This was one of my best dinner as well at RL, I and my family had fun. Friendly staff and neat environment. Yes, I will sure recommend this place anytime any day. I wish you guys are in Elko 😉.

I was promptly greeting and was asked to take any seat in the bar to place my to-go-order. The bartender quickly came over, offered some recommendations and took my order. I was not paying attention to the time but it could not have been more than ten minutes when I received my order. I have never ordered to-go from Red Lobster before so I did not know what to expect when I got home. The order was correct, the food was warm and nicely displayed in each container. It was easy to serve on a plate or you could use the sturdy container it came in. I ordered two desserts to share and they were incredible; lemon cake and chocolate wave.
