Damn, I love this place. This is what an American chain steakhouse is supposed to be. The prime rib is super duper yummy and tender. Cheese fries is crazy good, onion blossom is awesome, steaks are good. The only downturn is they cooked my steak too well done. A quick say to the service had they replace my steak cooked to perfection. All the sides are simple but quite out of this world. Ambiance is very positive and happy, everyone seems really enjoying their food and company. Our service is very happy and bubbly but could be a bit faster. In overall, great food for very very reasonable price with great ambiance. Will return again when I'm around.

Nice spot, came here to get a few steaks since we were in the south reno area. Came in 30 min after opening got a table and we were served right away. Place packed in quick so happy we came in early. Our server Anthony took care of us quickly, steaks came out well. Overall good experience.

Food was fantastic ! Our server Jenn was also amazing. She was quick and efficient. Got our orders correct. Very friendly and sweet. It was super packed and busy in the restaurant and she made it possible to get us everything in a timely manner. Overall happy with our experience. It was also my first time at Texas roadhouse my boyfriend loves the food. !

Let me start off by saying Texas Roadhouse is absolutely my favorite place to come eat. From the food, the vibe and customer service; everything is on point!! We came here for my birthday dinner and everything was beyond expectations as always! My ribeye steak was cooked to perfection at medium rare, mashed potatoes loaded with cheese, bacon crumbs and sour cream, and the grilled shrimp was just very delicious!! Our waiter checked up on us frequently to make sure we were ok and token care up. Customer service A+!! And the best part was when the staff surrounded us and gave me a birthday YEE HAAA celebration along with ice cream for dessert! Fantastic!! If you have not tried Texas Roadhouse, you are for sure missing out!!

This is an easy going environment with good food. I personally love the loaded sweet potato! The restaurant does not have a waiting area so it gets uncomfortably crowded at the entrance/exit area.

Had an incredible experience here with my whole family and grandparents! Jenn was our waitress and she was so genuinely kind and obviously great at making connections with people! I would come back just to have her as our waitress again. Great service!

Be careful of this place. The entrées say they come with sides, but some of the sides cost extra. This is not well delineated on the menu. Didn’t recognize it until we got the bill. The food was not bad, but not great. I had a fried chicken and I have to say I’ve had better. The fried pickles were good but lots of grease and batter. Service was reliable and pleasant. We sat outside next to the river, so how could it possibly go wrong?

The reason I’m writing this review is because of the wait time waiting for our food. Little kids waiting for over an hr. for the food which came incomplete ..! I’m not sure if it’s cause it’s busy but please make tables with little kids a priority !! Manager was also walking around asking ppl how their food was and ignored our table completely . We’re hungry. ! Now we are full of eating bread and margaritas. Thinking about canceling our big butt order and walking out. Our waitress is also ignoring us . I had to call and make a phone call to the restaurant while we were here waiting and ask why it was taking sooo long !! Who ever answered said she couldn’t do anything about it and told me to ask our waitress , the waitress is no where to be found and ignored our table completely.. it’s now passed an hour. 2 adult food items came after an hr wait . Again.. no kid food , bummer we got this horrible experience

A very amazing restaurant it is usually packed and yet it does not take long to get seated and the customer service is absolutely amazing the waiters are always making sure you are doing the best. The bread appetizers were fresh and delicious the second we finished they refilled pit trays with more! and they are extremely nice and polite without being to much they made the experience so much better! I went with 4 friends and and 3 of us have never been there they they made us feel very welcomed! The food was so delicious and very juicy they prices are very fair for the amount of food you get. We did not wait long at all for 5 plates of food and there selection of drinks is very open and the different types of lemonades are very amazing and unique. For our first time here we felt so part of the experience and when we were finished with the food they even have us a bag of peanuts and a coupon for free food! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has time to taste some very juicy and almost unforgettable steaks!

Wonderful had a great experience as a first-timer.. they gave me a box of peanuts lol and a card for a free appetizer when I come and visit them again. That was really nice, all the servers were very friendly and the food was delicious. I didn't like the rice because of the seasonings but they were nice enough to switch it out for a caesar salad. It's nice to see a business that still cares about the customer experience. 👍👍 Also I wish I could load the video of them doing a square dance my daughter thought it was so much fun!

Great place to enjoy a meal. Everything I've had there was delicious!!! We went again yesterday for Date Night. Again a Great experience. Our server(Nicole) was a joy, and extremely down to earth. Very attentive and helpful..and always a Smile. Food was wonderful, and plently of it. Plently of help everywhere..short wait..and the Manager made his rounds quite often. We love this place!!

Disappointed to arrive at 4pm and be told there was a "20-30 minute wait" for a table and "go wait in your car". Almost left because you could clearly see the restaurant was practically empty and we chose to wait in the lobby. When I asked the Hostess "why the wait" she said servers called out. Ultimately the wait was only about 10 minutes and our server was terrific. A customer service lesson would be to quote a shorter wait time.

I had a great meal here today with friends. The most outstanding thing was our server Nick. Although he was really busy he still found time to work all of his tables and provided a fantastic service. I hope the managment here realises what an asset he is to the company. It is very rare to find such good service which appeared so genuine. Nick really did make sure our visit was perfect.

1st time there. Had to come into Reno for chemo treatment, so after that, the wife and I thought we'd give it a shot. Excellent meal. Outstanding service. Got another treatment on the 28th, so if we're held up overnight again for a follow-up. We'll be there for dinner. Enjoyed it greatly. Thank you.

Happy, a little loud! Service was awesome, food was great, sorry no pictures. We had a large group, the place was packed, still services were really good! Never been, would go back for sure! Even the bill was reasonable!

Steak was excellent, shrimp was amazing. Service was great! Only complaint was when we first walked in the girls behind the podium didn’t acknowledge the guests in line. I finally had to say something and she took out name and how many in our party. She apologized so they get 6 stars. Rolls were soooo delicious along with the whipped butter with cinnamon.

Good Texas Roadhouse. Probably the most lively one I’ve ever been to. The food is par. But environment from the staff is impressive.

Very busy texas style steak house. We waited for 25 minutes on Friday dinner. Reasonable price and staffs are friendly. Do not order a lot. Steak with two side is enough!

I asked for medium rare. lady told me it's pre-cooked the day before. so I couldn't get medium rare. so I asked for medium well nope I got super well done it was food I ate what I paid for just tought it would be better it was my first time. Maybe it was a bad day I don't know but overall great atmosphere good vibes

Today I went to Texas Roadhouse and was severely disappointed. The only good thing i had was the dinner rolls and cinnamon butter. My 8oz steak was under cooked and when I sent it back the chef’s overcooked the meal. My shrimp was cold and had an odd texture when I bit into it and honestly by the end I didn’t even want to eat anymore. One of the guests dining with me ended up feeling sick after their dinner as well. I would not recommend dinning at this restaurant your better off finding another establishment to spend money at. 10/10 would NEVER return.

Great Service, Amazing Food, and atmosphere. The Grilled Chicken was cooked perfectly! I'm not a huge sweet potato fan, but I'm trying to eat a little healthier and I was impressed.

Food was good. the server was OK. However, he didn't really look at what I tipped and what the total was and almost took a $21 tip on a $15 bill. Total after tip was well defined and couldn't have been mistaken for a $21 tip. Manager was great and corrected the mistake. If I hadn't lost my original receipt, I may never have known though....

I suppose if you plan on going here then you should be prepared for some loud noises. Couldn't hear conversation between myself and my guest so many times I lost count. Lots of birthdays = lots of loud yeehaws. Cactus blossom was great but my prime rib came out pretty dry. For a medium prime rib, it looked like well done.

Like everyone says the rolls and butter are the absolute best when they are warm. I came here last December and had a lovely time with my family and friends. The food was good and so were the drinks. I had a sangria margarita and it was yummy. We had a excellent server Katie she was so awesome and kind.

I received an email from Texas Roadhouse for a free appetizer (for my birthday). I arrived about 4 PM and was able to sit at the bar top where the service was very good. (The bartenders were very attentive even though I was only drinking water.) I had fried pickles as am appetizer, followed by a house salad, and then prime rib (medium rare, with creamy horseradish) and veggies. The meal was as good as I expected. (And I really enjoyed the bread rolls with honey butter.)

me and my husband came here for our anniversary and everything was so good! Frankie helped us and he is awesome. we was so kind the entire time and often checked on us making sure we didn't hesitate to ask for anything. he needs a raise! definitely coming back!
