I used to like coming here. The security guards, bartenders and pretty much everyone who works their were respectful and extremely helpful. As of the writing of this review I was recently harassed by the woman who is the lead on swing shift. And I am not the first. She comes into work with a chip on her shoulder and handles situations with extreme prejudice. When I respectfully asked why she was always so rude to me, why she was attacking me she proceeded to scream at me and cuss me out in the middle of the casino. When I pointed out that was not professional she used her power to tell me to leave. So they can pretty much do whatever they feel like doing whether it is deserved or not. I have never had a problem here before this either and have always gotten along with the other employees. I'll be spending a lot less money here now!

It's ok. Just watch your purse and don't come alone. The hamburgers are good. Bathrooms are dirty. It's just an old casino. I wouldn't do to much chit chat. And I wouldn't park my car to long.

A little different from your usual casinos but if you know what you you are looking for then this place can feel like home. Reminds me of a country song " I Love This Bar " well I love this casino.

The bar tender PETE is an awesome worker and very polite and nice and a friendly guy! It's people like him that make the work force because of gas honesty

I’m not sure where to start with this review….First, my Dad and I were approached by not 1 but 2 lot lizards (parking lot hookers) and 3 homeless folks asking for money…..dangerous and not acceptable. The place is a trashy dump by first sight. As we pulled into the parking lot, I noticed the very unclean hotel that is attached to this casino. I would never stay there for safety and hygienic reasons. Lord have mercy, that place was disgusting to look at. I am disabled. Blind in my right eye due to a domestic violence assault and epilepsy. I have a service dog that has his medallion stating as such. I was approached by security who told me I could not have a dog in there. I advised he is a service dog and showed the verification as such and said if there is a further problem to please have the manager come see me. I was approached by a casino manager Ken Dorough and was asked “what my problem was”…..I did not have a problem, at all, until this encounter. When the manager asked me what my dog was for, I again showed the verification and also told him my disabilities. He then responded with “well that is what you say is wrong with you”……since when does having a disability mean there is something “wrong” with me??? I was really hurt and disappointed with the language used. I did let him know how inappropriate and hurtful that was and he then gaslit me and said “he never said that”. I immediately left after getting his information and will be pushing this issue forward. I would NOT recommend this casino, hotel or restaurant and would actually recommend you driving the long way around this establishment. Super disappointing as a business and also as a human. Do better……

VOTED, "TOP CRΛČK SPOT" BY "STREET GREMLINS" & "3 TEETH IS ALL IT TAKES" OF RENO IN 2022. THERE PRICES ON CRΛČK CΦCAIΠΣ ARE ASTOUNDING, AND THEIR SELECTION IS SECOND TO NONE. THEY HAVE CRΛČΚ ROCKS FROM EVERY CITY IN THE CONTINENTAL US.

Bad area, bums bumming hookers hooking dealers dealing just out the door. Inside not so bad but that walk to and from the car is uncomfortable at best.

The machines are tight. The RTP return to player percentage is low. There are major security issues with this casino and the neighborhood. Exercise caution when visiting. This casino is a prime candidate for someone to purchase and completely remodel and restructure.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It's a decent place but in a bad area, lots of people just hanging around outside. Security was on top of their game tho. So it's not really unsafe. Police frequently drive thru and get out and walk around outside. There's lots of games new and outdated. I won a few hundred dollars. Hit 4 Aces for $200 but it was paid out in quarters! Lol. But no big deal, just been awhile. Prob a good spot to gamble during day. Cocktail servers were great! Again, i would recommend more in daylight hours. And lock your car!

Very high area for riff raff. Night clerk was rude. Manager was good friendly , helpful. Our 1st night there we left for dinner and got back and our room was open. The air conditioning was not great. Room was hot. Night security was helpful.

Very disappointing experience. They kicked us out because we brought our 2.5 lb dog in a carrier. He is an Emotional Support Animal but they didn't want to hear any of that. The place is a shady old hole in the wall with unsavory characters all over outside the place. You'd think they would have appreciated the business. Right next to a hotel that is pet friendly. Go figure.

The free play is pretty cool. Other than that... it feels like a "Great Value" version of the Nugget. For those unfamiliar, imagine the skate rink with the stains in the carpet and dankness in the air-- Almost foreclosed but the "macarena" popularity kept it alive long enough for one more life cycle. That's what Diamonds feels like. Also, you might get stabbed if you look someone in the eye wrong. Not that you will (maybe) but that's the vibe I sense.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! garbage on the floor, snotty staff, took over 45 mins to get a burger at the cafe, WITH ONE EMPLOYEE on a saturday night!!! Employee was totally overwhelmed about to have a breakdown. It's just totally gross, from the very very outdated machines to the old disgusting ball park like bathrooms with out of order crappers. Just stay away from this disgusting casino and EVEN WORSE ATTACHED HOTEL! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This casino was different. I went in to have a beer. Anyways... bathrooms were old and needed updating. The crowd was alittle off for me. I drank my beer and left. The bartender was cool. May go back to see what the nightlife is like.

The place has an old school appeal It isn't all bling bling like some fancy new places around but a lost aunt of defining characteristics of our past~ If is very tolerant and accepting of people in the area If your better - than thou probably find some other place to Kick it

Visited during a conference stay at the Ramada. Staff and service were excellent. Casino itself was average. Clientele (or those posing to be) get zero stars, especially at night. Food counter, while options were very limited, was a great value.

Not the cleanest or nicest casino in town, but the employees certainly help you with everything you might need. A diamond in the rough!

The cafe there has good food. The breakfast burger has a fried egg, sausage pattie, and cheese on a hamburger bun. It's full of cholesterol, but oh, so good. Not really the best casino in town, though.

You are given more privacy using the bathroom in prison. Only half of the stalls have doors, and they're half doors. Security came in and rushed us out of the toilet paperless toilet area, then told me that if I wanted to use a mirror to fix my hair that I need to do that at home.

I would give 0 stars if I could. There are a lot of shady people hanging around outside and Inside . It makes yo u feel very uncomfortable like you're gonna get robbed or hustled. Bad vibe

This casino is mostly for the homeless people to hang out in and get food seemed very stechy and should have more security around to kick certain people out they have the hotel doors lock cant walk through the hotel to the casino you have to go outside then go in that way they have homeless people laundering around and crack heads around the area too doesnt seem safe to even go outside at night needs to clean up the aera and take care of the rough looking people around the casino.

Small place where you can eat and win sometimes. Also a hotel that doesn't rent to locals yet they do serve breakfast for the guests. Kinda friendly staff. Drinks are watered down, lucky if you get one offered most the time

Definitely a rough customer base and it's probably one of the most run down casinos in Reno, BUT! If you like winning as I do this is the place. Seems if I can max bet on the machine I'll win. I've had a few 2-3 thousand dollar days/nights here. Also the employees are the friendliest I've met at any casino. I really enjoy Diamonds.

Very depressing place. Many homeless. Parking lot well lit but felt unsafe due to loitering. Inside of casino smoke occupied with homeless and bags of their belongings. Adjacent Ramada Inn just as bad.

The casino is ok, alot of tweakers like to hang out here. The diner though, has OUTSTANDING food and a great price. The club sandwich, burgers, steak sandwich and chicken strips are the favorites for me and it's always cooked fresh. Fries and always hot and seasoned just right.

I give it 3 stars only because the food at the little snack counter Cafe is still reasonably priced for the food received. Better than fast food for sure!

Slots are okay, I usually win here as long as no one bothers me... place is crawling with dirty men trying to hit on any female breathing. I never set foot in this place alone anymore, they need to update the building look/feel of it. It just has that outdated vibe to it, along with the creeps, it's not a safe place to hang around too long...
