The
wife
and
I
ate
at
The
Grille
twice
on
a
3
night
trip
to
Reno.
Wanted
to
try
the
$12.99
prime
rib
and
eat
where
the
locals
eat.
First
night
was
fine,
25
-
30
minute
wait,
not
full,
tables
spread
out,
not
sure
if
wait
had
to
to
with
staffing,
or
wanting
you
to
gamble.
Service
was
good,
dinner
was
good,
salad,
baked
potato,
veggies
and
prime
rib.
Free
slice
of
pie,
not
the
greatest.
Went
back
2
nights
later,
and
this
time
had
a
45
minute
wait,
but
it
was
senior
day.
Sat
for
15
minutes
before
waitress
acknowledged
us
and
took
our
order,
luckily
someone
else
at
least
brought
us
water.
Almost
30
minutes
before
dinner
came
out,
and
another
30
minutes
before
she
gave
us
our
check.
No
offer
to
refill
empty
water
glasses,
and
after
first
night,
skipped
the
offer
of
pie.
We
hope
it
was
a
one
off,
and
they
were
just
short
of
staff,
they
seemed
to
be
training
2
hostesses
or
waitresses.
Our
waitress,
seemed
to
punch
in
her
orders
at
front
register,
and
since
we
were
closest
table
to
register,
seemed
to
be
doing
something
besides
waiting
on
customers.
The
locals
seem
to
like
it,
they
were
busy,
so
this
may
have
been
a
bad
night.
First
night,
staff
was
friendly,
second
night
too
busy
trying
to
keep
up.
Food
was
fine,
except
pie,
like
everywhere
else,
just
needed
more
help.
