Reserved 2 rooms here for a weekend in Reno. After our first night here, we woke up the next day to management forcing us to leave the premises claiming we had a party in one of our rooms. This was a blatant lie as we were not even in our room until we returned to go to bed. We were threatened by security if we didn't leave so we said ok well stay somewhere more professional. They refused to refund us despite not providing the service we paid for. This was actually a cool place to stay but management was not on site to talk to and yet somehow could throw us out for claiming we had a nonexistent party. I would actively avoid this place unless you would like your money stolen by property management.

We were really excited to stay at Kramers Midtown with it’s convenient location since we had an early morning flight. However, some how our room number and the key code to our door was also given to another guest. My husband and I were sound asleep and a stranger found his way into our room stating that he had also been assigned to that room and given the code. This was extremely startling for me and concerning on many levels. What if we had been out? What if our stuff had been stolen? I’m very concerned about the organization of the facility if they can’t even get room assignments correct. Giving 2 stars for the convenience of location to the airport and seemingly clean room.

We never even had the chance to stay there. We booked on Trip.com, and arrived a little before check in. Only to find out check in was all done remotely. They have no one there to help you check in, answer any questions etc. We waited till check in time in hopes to receive a email with check in information, however that never came. I called the number listed over 6 times, before my fiance tried and got through. The manager claimed she tried reaching me, however couldn't confirm my phone number or E-mail. At this point it was 5pm and we booked another room elsewhere and they would not cancel my booking. Had to dispute it with my credit card company. If you are looking for good customer service, look elsewhere. Can't speak of the property itself, but felt taken advantage of and over all was a hassle.

Worst hotel experience EVER. We didn't received check-in instructions for our stay, and despite calling Kramer's during their business hours, calling the after-hours hotline, trying our luck at the hotel, and emailing, we weren't able to check in until just under 24 hours AFTER we were supposed to. We received no response from management; the only person we could reach was the on-site attendant who didn't know what was going on. The room are great but the customer service was laughable. This is a cool place but needs better systems! Don't waste your time.

My family and I stayed here for 1 week and we loved it. Close to everything, easy access and the place is clean and has everything you need. The employees are friendly and welcoming. One of the employees I think his name was Andre was very accommodating and more than willing to help whenever we needed something. 10/10 recommend. Cant beat the price either.

Very bad experience! Never received check in instructions. Arrived to find no one there, not one single car in the parking lot except another person having check in problems. No one in the office. I called the number on the door, no answer. I called Priceline from the parking lot and they were not able to reach anyone by phone or email and canceled the stay but said the property would have to process the refund. I had to find another place to stay and can not get a response from the owner for a refund.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Kramer's. Self check-in was easy, reserved directly with the property. Thank you, Elizabeth! The room was light & bright. Our studio suite had a full kitchen although we did not use the luxury. Locale was good. The only down was the shower lacked running hot water. As we were in late at night & out early, we didn't contact management. We made it work.

I stayed at Kramers Midtown a few months ago and just booked a second stay. I really enjoyed the stay and have been looking forward to a return trip. Kramers is not a typical hotel so do your homework on their website ahead of time as it might not be the best fit for everyone. I would call it a self service stay like a mix of a hotel stay and a stay at an airbnb. I think it's a great concept and very comfortable in a good location for visiting Reno. The rooms are well planned out and the clubhouse is a nice plus. When we ran into the staff they were super helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to the next stay!

Do not stay at any Kramer property. They will not send you the door codes and leave you high and dry to find alternate accomodation. The place is rip off and do not process refunds.

NEVER, NEVER assume that their great pictures will give you great service, because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! We never received a confirmation email nor did we receive a call back after calling hourly. We are still working on a refund for our 2 night stay.

Terrible customer service. Booked and paid for a room day-of. Arrived (1pm) and called the number on their website/door multiple times because we had questions and no one answered. Check-in time came (3pm) and went and we were never emailed a room or entry code. The person who made the reservation called numerous times with no answer, but a minute after their last call, I tried calling from a different number and they answered immediately (very suspicious). They argued with us about cancellation. At this point it was 5pm and we never received check-in information and had NO WAY TO ACTUALLY STAY THERE, and they still were not accommodating to us at all. They will blame the third party site that people book through instead of taking responsibility for their poor customer service and the fact that they are unreachable 99% of the time and literally have no one to help on-site. Stop blaming other websites that are helping you get reservations and start being helpful to your customers.

Tried to book a room here, but got no confirmation... no email, no entry code, no response whatsoever. ended up booking a room elsewhere... then looked at my statement a few days later was charged 3 TIMES by "Kramers midtown". I called to get charges reversed, no answer, no reply to messages, nothing. SCAMMERS. I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BOOK A ROOM HERE, this hotel scams people and has ZERO customer service. there is NO onsight staff, lots of sketchy people hanging out around here too. So many good hotels and motels in Reno, this is the worst of the worst, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I made a reservation for this hotel from December 11-18th after a long drive I show up and they say I do not have a reservation. The women who spoke with me was extremely rude and would not answer my calls after she hung up. Meanwhile I am trying to scramble and fine different accommodations. Awful service. I am so disappointed.

I work swing shift and can never do my laundry because they lock it. they say u can use the free washer and dryer before you move in, but in reality you can't. I don't like liers and I was lied to by management. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. There's better rooms in the same area of Reno.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend staycation, and we loved it! The check in and check out process was so easy and hands off. I loved only having a code for our room instead of having to carry a key around all the time. It was nice to have the clubhouse available to hang out in and play pool. The room was clean, and the bed was more comfortable than I thought it would be. All staff were so helpful and kind. It was wonderful to stay in a motel in Midtown and be able to walk to our favorite restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying at Kramer’s!

😠 I’ve never stayed here but these employees/owner of this place not only doesn’t support our constitution, I saw her make a false report to law enforcement. 😐 Plumbing old and gets backed up alot. The prices for a kitchenett are sky high @ $1000 a month. They restrict your visitors to certain hours. The maintenance of the rooms are unprofessional and not qualified.
