Hotels should state when they are section 8 housing also. Lots of people living there, drugs being done in the parking lot, cops were there when we arrived and the place was just rough and run down. I don't care that a place is maybe a bit run down since it was cheap but it did not feel safe.

I want to extend a thank you to one of the staff members at this establishment. I believe she manages the facility. When she saw me, on 4/11/2023, going around searching for my dog, she kindly came up to my car and asked how she could help. I really appreciate her compassion and I wish her all the joy and good fortune in the world. If you see this, sorry I don't have your name, THANK YOU!! He has been found!

The room was clean and nice. But looking at their site it says they have a pool (they did but it was not working), free continental breakfast and they do not, also says there is a casino ( and again, no they do not)! The water was shut off at 10pm on our last night and didn't get turned on until the AM. Staff was exceptionally friendly! This was a distinct case of false advertising! I will never stay here again!!!

They cancelled our reservation me and my husband 3 hours before arriving to that place without a notice , without a reason! I called the costumer service they said because the price went high, that doesn’t mean you cancel my reservation and asking me to pay more ! I reserved on the official website ! I asked to speak to a supervisor they keep hanging on my face ! I called the property asking for a proper reason for canceling my reservation ,she said you paid under $80 , we only accept reservation +$80 I told her respectfully that doesn’t make any sense , she keeps hanging up on my face and they blocked my number !

Easy to find. Right off the freeway. Some of the staff do not make you feel welcome. Room was ok. Just very dark and Dungeon feeling. Needs brightened up. The place was not clean either. Dropped a pen and saw qtips behind the Dresser, hutch thing.

Stayed there from July 3-5 2023. For starters the hotel did not even have a name board in front of it to help us find it. The room was a major disappointment in being first very poorly lit. The bathroom tub had cracks and damages in a few places and the shower barely had any pressure. In the morning the water was too cold and we had to go shower in a different room. Insufficient toilet paper rolls and towel were major surprises. Room service was not automatic the following morning and we were told we had to ask for it. Most fast food joints nearby were closed in the evening which made it very hard to get food. The juice machines in the breakfast room were out of order. Customer service and courtesy was at best average. Contrary to the nice advertised photo, the pool seemed to have not been working for quite some time. Even the link in the survey email they sent us after we checked out did not support HTTP. It seems they did not want us to send them our feed back. I had to do it on my iphone. No followup response emails regarding my review from them either. They are probably going out of of business soon. Overall a complete waste of our time and money,

You get what you pay for. I was looking for a hotel close to the airport that was in the cheaper side, but hopefully wasn’t disgusting. I went off the rating. At the time Travelocity, Google, and Expedia had it marked at 6.4 stars. Let me say - it’s an econolodge. The walls are paper thin (both side walls and ceiling). I could hear the tv from the wall next to me and a different tv from above me. I could hear talking above me and every foot step outside or above me. My room had not been cleaned. The floor had shoe marks on it, was sticky, and had residue on it. The counters, toilet and shower had not been cleaned. There were hairs on the shower wall, little hairs by toilet handle and the toilet seat had hair on it. The counter by the sink had soap in it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure there are a a waterproof mattress pad on the bed and you could hear it crinkle as well as there was a stain on the sheet.

For arriving late and having an early morning appointment the price was great for a place to sleep only. Glad there was no carpet. That's a bonus for cleanliness. You can tell the place is showing its age and in need of some repair and paint. The room looked clean except for cleaning in corners of the floor and behind the bathroom door. Also washing the doors (both bathroom and front) would help. Guess I'm a clean freak though. Always bring my own sanitizers to deal with any thing I think is necessary. Lol

our deposit was stolen and they are demanding again. they lie in the face that they gave it to us, although we did not go out to pick it up! and threatened by the police! and laugh behind your back! want every week a deposit ! I need my deposit back!

This property has BEDBUGS. After bringing to attention my rooms infestation of bedbugs, the hotel staff did not seem surprised. Only offered to change my room. However, all my belongings had already been exposed. Hotel management claimed they would reach out to help resolve this matter but never did, while also refusing to take my calls, even after multiple attempts to talk to someone regarding this issue. The room I stayed in that was infested was rented out less than 48 hours after I reported the infestation. The hotel did not use matress covers as a line of defense, and simply blamed third party housekeeping company for the neglect. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Sign says Econo Lodge so don't be fooled or feel like you're in the wrong place. Despite construction area was pretty. Received email before arriving thanking me for staying and hoping my stay was comfortable. Called just before 11 to verify my reservation, spoke with a guy I literally woke up. It was 11 am! All he could repeat was check in was at 3 and no the manager wasn't around. Needless to say I wasn't happy. When I did arrive the supervisor on duty was a lot nicer. Room was decent size, beds were comfortable, refrigeratir, microwave, no ice bucket or cups, clean, parking lot can be tricky. Nice little area outside the lobby where they are growing tomatoes, plants, flowers.

I found this place as the deal of the day on the hotel tonight app- very last minute. We checked in late and the gentleman helping was very nice and helpful, even loaning a wall plug to use with my phone charger. We had to change rooms because there was ash and cigarette burns in the sheets and stains on the floor. The second room was cleaned but very thin sheet and blanket and hard bed. But better than the airport floor! They let us stay an extra hour which was appreciated and were assuring someone with an early check in as we left- so clearly they’re great at being flexible with patrons which is a plus. The big pool clearly hadn’t been cleaned which was disappointing. There’s a market, a couple restaurants(McDonald’s Mexican and another option) as well as a couple other businesses right outside and easily walkable which was incredibly convenient!

Some girls from the front office where nice I’ll give you that other than that trash ! One of the managers I’m not sure whats her name but it’s the one takes her son to work is super rude and unprofessional! They tried to charge us more then what it was 2 weeks after thankfully we were able to dispute it and get the money back ! No room service , no breakfast , section 8 living , loud till 4 am , the pictures are from the old owners it’s completely different now

This hotel definitely seems like a place only designed for, shall we say, "brief and illicit encounters." We had a reservation and got to our room later at night than we'd planned and were tired. Which was fortunate because our room didn't have a TV. I thought this was incredibly strange, until my mom pointed out what the hotel was probably for. I took my glasses off and kept the lights low, so we didn't have to look around too much, and we just went to sleep as quick as we could. We left early in the morning. I don't know that it was not "clean" per se, but it's very, very run down and skeezy. I can't recommend this place, even as a quick cheap place to sleep on the road.

The check in staff Cici was very friendly. The room was clean and well maintained which far exceeded my expectation. The location is close to the airport which offer cheaper pricing than those airport hotels. The only downside is that the room must be occupied by smokers before.

We have been sitting here with two tired kids for hours because they over booked the rooms. They are now having section 8 housing from the hotel clean our room that we reserved over a week ago. It is almost 10pm. When I voiced to the manager that I was upset about this she went off on me, telling me that she was working for free. She refused to give me the number to corporate and gave me vague answers. We have seen several people turned away for this same reason. Seriously, run. Also, the pool is false advertising. It doesn’t look like it has been open all summer.

What a joke!! Dont go here!! Stayed there and no water for 2 days and no hot water for over 3 days after being told it was being fixed repeatedly. No offer to re-room or reimburse me so I could get another room somewhere else at the time!! Over a month and a half later and still fighting for my supposed reimbursement I was told I would have..get attitude and rude comments from management for demanding the refund I was promised weeks ago. Completing my complaint with the county and city agencies and will be screenshotting all the additional bad reviews from the last 2-3 months complaining about their water being shut off or other potential code violations that may be relevant. What a scam!! They are not up to code for guests if they cant keep the water running!!

They need to deal with their bug problems. No room service for 5days, had to drop the trash baskets at the door on the 4th day. No breakfast; there's Apple cider and coffee though. AC was noisy so I turned it off. Opened windows and was nauseated by smokes from cigarettes/weed even though the block is non-smoking.

The hotel desk staff are nice and friendly and made check-in a breeze. The room met my needs for a quick night’s stay, but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. I do recommend this location for a quick stay and easy access to shopping!

Their roomservice is terrible! Short of towels, no extra towels, no daily service! Bad, bad experience! Only price ok!

I will give 0 star if I can. Our car just got broken into last night. Took all our stuff in the car including all our clothes and everything. Its our last day of trip in US. Hotel put us with their long term tenants and on the road back on to the highway. It might not happen if we were parking in the other parts of the hotel. Hotel staff and management did not do anything to help but maybe it just the American way. The 24 hour camera can not identify anyone clearly so it's no point to have them. So if you want to stay in that hotel make sure you're not on the side back to the highway and take all your belongings with you

Latoya was awesome. She helped me tremendously with an annoying issue that was totally my fault during my stay. The room was also very clean and ac was great. I highly recommend this place very fair price.

I would love to thank the receptionist named Princess for making my long-term term a memorable one. She was very attentive, went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! The hotel room was in good condition considering the price. It's right by the freeway so easy to get around the city. I'd stay here again if I ever come back towards this area.

The staff here is wonderful. Checked in with CiCi and I felt great walking to my room from her positive vibes. During my stay every request I made was handle promptly and with care. The staff alone was enough to make me come back every time I need to get away. Great job guys!
