I love onlineorganics.ca. I mostly shop online for organic groceries and it was great to find something closer to Newfoundland so i can save on shipping costs besides comparable pricing. Dalia the owner, is a pleasure to work with. She also makes sure the shipping is the cheapest possible. I also love the vacuum packed for freshness of the items. All in all great experience.

We are so pleased to have found Online Organics and Dalia! We stocked up our organic pantry with a variety of flour products, gorgeous brown and white rice, pasta and beans and lentils a few months ago and we are soon going to place our second order. There is no going back to store-bought white rice for our family because once you give their organic brown basmati rice a try, you shall become a customer for always! I found the taste, quality, freshness and pricing on their products all very satisfying and I feel gratitude in my heart every time I cook our healthy, wholesome and delicious meals. Finally getting around to trying the rice after using up other from the local supermarket. It was fantastic. Often when I open up the bag of local rice it has an old, almost rancid smell. This had no old smell and tasted wonderful.

We have made several orders with Online Organics and I can confidently recommend both their products and excellent service. We placed an order in mid Nov. right around the time BC (where we live) had multiple atmospheric rivers events. Dalia was able to find a carrier to get our order to us even thought most couriers were not shipping to BC. Thank you for your work.

Insanely overpriced and one of the highest (if not the highest) priced stores I've come across. Retail prices at much smaller volumes turn out cheaper than prices offered here.

I have been shopping here for several years now and recommend it to anyone. They offer a huge variety, I love the big volumes, I can find special flour that I don't find anywhere else and most of all the customer service is exceptional. Every email get answered right away and every effort is made to meet individual requests or needs.

This is our first time buying from Online Organics. We purchased WW organic pasta in a bulk box. The quality of this Canadian pasta is excellent and the shipping from Online Organics couldn't have been better. We will definitely be regular customers from now on.

BEWARE: We were so excited to try this companies products. Our order arrived, we opened it up and lo and behold the bag of flour was open. We contacted the company and provided pictures of the opened product and were told by Felix Hart - "Just as when you always see some flour on the grocery store shelf in the flour section, flour bags are not sealed by design. They always leak to some degree and are easily ripped. Any flour spilled in the food grade liner is perfectly safe to consume. Let us know how much flour you lost and cannot recuperate and we will happily compensate you for it." My first reaction was shock and disbelief. Consume opened flour products! Or any food product for that matter! Were they serious? Later that evening when we disposed of the product, we removed the so called food grade liner (very thin plastic bag), and noticed it had also ripped in 3 different places. We had asked for a refund or preferably a replacement upon returning the bag that had arrived already opened. We were not seeking anything for free, just what we had paid for. An unopened bag of flour. No such luck. As per their reply, "they would only compensate us for whatever product we couldn't recuperate". It is truly hard to believe that this company believes it is perfectly alright and perfectly safe to consume ripped and opened bags of their product when it arrives at your doorstep. This truly makes me wonder about the hygienic processes in their facility. All I can say is "buyer beware".
