Been here the last 3 years regularly & never had much cared to make a review rather than doing a negative one. Finally this hotel owns a 5 star breakfast, yes not cheap but much worse to pay for & value for money. Great selection on breads & pastries(whole wheat still lacking a bit) but lovely tasty items & awesome set up. Loads of fresh fruits & juices. Eggs & pancakes are made to order the best poached eggs I had in a while. Rooms are still nice, pool is chill & overall like it here even more now. Must be a new chef or manager, fantastic. Sad to fly back to Moscow...Will back soon, even if for work.

An amazing hotel with a good service, comfortable and welcoming

If you just stay for a night or two, you might not notice that the staff is slow to respond, that there are frequent power outages, and other shortcomings.

My week-long stay at the Radisson Blu was quite good. The hotel is comfortable and sports a restaurant and outdoor space, which is a nice place to enjoy a drink or a small bite. I found the staff to be friendly and didn’t have any issues with internet or things like hot water. Recommended!

The best hotel I have ever been privileged to stay, the rooms were clean, comfortable, maintaining all the Covid guidelines and the staff was very helpful. The room amenities were good, they have a good choice of A la carte menu.

This property is 3 star at best. Reception was pleasant and helpful, the problem was with the dumpy room. The carpet is stained throughout and has a major tear where it meets the tile, the bathroom tub area has an issue with mold, and damage to the ceiling in entryway. No robe, hairdryer, iron-there is a board- or creamer is provided in the room. Basic items for a any property that is 4 star and up. Returned to the room at 4PM and room not made up. Not all towels replaced after cleaning. I paid over $300 a night for this place. Others in my tour group shared the same sentiment. I have to return in a week’s time. Ugh. This property needs an overhaul.

My stay at Radisson blu Brazzaville were amazing. I have nothing bad to say. The staff were super friendly and everything was how it should be. The food is really good with all different options for everyone. I can definitely recommend the hotel for everyone. Both business related but also as a family / vacation related. The spa, pool and gym is good as well!

We took the business class room. The room was really comfortable and clean. The lamp didn't work, though. It has coffee machines and a small refrigerator. It includes breakfast, breakfast wasn't really wow, very basic. Got a nice view of the city and the lake.. They have a restaurant Italian and grilled a regular restaurant. We ordered a chicken sandwich on the first day. That was actually the worst grilled chicken I had. It took them an hour to prepare but it was completely cold and it was completely bland. Even the chicken didn't have any seasoning, and it was not properly grilled. Service can be improved here. They have a swimming pool and atm inside the hotel. Also a money changer and travel agency. Safe parking. The 11th floor was unaccessible, which was ashamed as it has the panoramic view of the city and the lake. They accept cash and cards here.

Most likely the best hotel in town, but value for money is out of sync. The terrace restaurant overlooking the river is nice. The rooms are comfortable and internet is good.

No veg food choices. Asked for water 5 times, but they kept saying we are sending. You could die of thirst but they will not send you water. Rooms are clean, room service is terrible. For the price they charge, nothing is worth it.

I struggle to find anything negative to say about this hotel. From check in to check out the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. The rooms are excellently appointed and comfortable. A good selection of guest amenities including the best dressing gown I have ever used. Sitting at the pool, or the pool bar offers a fantastic view of the Congo river with attentive staff. The food at the restaurant is of a very high quality, which comes at a price. A high price, make no mistake. The one criticism I had was that the tv did not function efficiently and all channels listed did not work. And changing channels was a slow, tedious process. As a result I didn't watch much tv which is no terrible thing. I loved this place. One of my favourite hotels in the world.

I really enjoy the very good breakfast, and food at the restaurant Feu de Saveur is excellent by the way i say thank you to the Chef Mr David. I was on business trip for some weeks at Brazzaville at the hotel and it really was amazing. Also the service is not very good & need much improvements.

Great stay in this hotel the menu was fantastic, excellent seafood platter, great presentation and amazing club sandwich. the food was delicious specially the Sunday breakfast was great also very good timing until noon.

Each time I come back I have a unique experiance. Thanks a lot.

Very clean, the Gym facility is amazing, the only problem was veg options for breakfast , other than that it's in a great location, There is a restaurant next door Mami Wata , great location and good vibes Ober looking the congo river , just rember to take your mosquito repellant, Some advice do not exchange money at the hotel, theybare very expensive , rather withdraw from an ATM. The exchange rates are not accurate.

Nice hotel. Fast internet. Something is off about breakfast though; the staff doesn't seem interested in doing their jobs in a timely manner. They're also often not around to take your orders and often don't ask you if you want anything when you sit down. I find myself walking up the kitchen and placing my orders there
