Update1: People STEAL your packages if Amazon place it anywhere in this apartment because the leasing office is closed. Such great neighbors! **sarcasm**. The leasing office has gotten better but not the owner, of course Update2: Mice and cockroaches are still present and I do enjoy their company after getting home from work. **sarcasm** Update3: People love to yell out their dramas at night when you're about to sleep. Such wonderful place to take up residence! **more sarcasm** I have the displeasure of living here because of school. If I have another choice, then this place would be way down at the bottom of my list. Cockroaches infestation, mice infestation, contacting maintenance is a nightmare, management turnover is a nightmare (the last guy was here when I moved in left after 5 months), elevators don't work (and never fixed on time), a/c doesn't work (even though it's included in the rent), neighbors are inconsiderate to others (they'd party until 1-2am in the morning while I study), they said they'd fix the pool but it's been sitting there in filth, owner is not responsible, and there's been multiple litigation against them. In other words, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The only 2 perks are that it's close to the Blue Line and close proximity to the beach. Otherwise, you'd be better off somewhere else. if you think this place is "luxury", then you've not lived the Ghetto's Edge experience. Please do yourself and your sanity a favor and look somewhere else.

If I could rate this place as zero stars, I would. Management is terrible, buildings are poorly maintained, and living here was extremely unsafe. The door to the front lobby is always left open; frequently saw homeless people sleeping on the couches in the morning. About half of our packages were stolen, my husband was assaulted on one occasion while leaving the wonderland T station, and when I had my family over for Easter we took a walk in the park next to the ocean and it was filled with used heroin needles. Needless to say, not a great place for families. Disgusting apartment buildings in general: trash left in stairwells, pool and gym never opened, plus we noticed cockroaches started appearing in our apartment shortly before squatters were forcibly evicted. Not to mention, the elevators never worked, which was especially inconvenient when you live on the 14th floor. Fun times. The only thing this place has going for it is the price, which is not worth the frustration, especially when the front office conveniently forgets to send you back your security deposit because "most people don't pay their last month's rent". Stay far away, very far away.

Never have maintance. Elevator only runs one of them, sometime neither works. Top floor in each section will get flood in heavy rain season. Laundry room may only have one or two floors can work. But, the sightseeing is greet, that’s why I still here.

I lived here years ago. The management is the worst. They never returned my security deposit and lied about me “burning” the carpet. They didn’t even send me photos to proof that. Make sure you take photos and videos of your apartment before handing in the keys. I had to learn this the hard way. Also, nearby luxurious apartments are so much nicer and cost about the same, if not cheaper in some cases, and they have two-way shuttles to the T station. I honestly do not recommend this place.

All those 5 star reviews you see, from the names A C to AJ C, were from the previous management in an attempt to entice people to come rent here. They did a huge social media marketing push when they took over. As previous legit reviewers have said, the management and maintenance is terrible. The only 2 elevators in the 16-floor apartment have been broke for over a month. Maintenance does nothing unless you threaten to withhold rent, and sometimes even then, nothing. Pool and fitness center have never been open. Hallways and common areas are littered with trash and smell of urine. Cockroaches are abundant. The management is so abysmal the mayor of Revere and the attorney general have gotten involved. Before you even look at this place, educate yourself on tenant rights and the sanitary code for the basis of legal action and withholding of rent. Get ahold of the Revere Department of Health so you can demand a health inspection and force management to fix the problem. Find a good lawyer. You will need it.

Stay away from me his management company, they are worst. They lie when they advertise the apartment complex. Their common lie is that the pool is in the building, gym, place to receive packages, cleanliness. Don't fall into this scam, the pool has never been opened, gym was shut down, the elevators don't work. Yes, they don't work, figure to take stairs to 16th gl. The laundry doesn't work. If something needs repairs, forget about it. What's worse, they hired a lawyer who sent us an eviction letter, saying we didn't pay. We always paid on time and sent them all the records. They wouldn't reply now. All the nice reviews are fake, no one is happy in His building. Avoid them and run from this place as fastest as you can.

When you first come everything looks great. Than.... Managment is horrible, they just don't care. Homeless people sleeping in lobby My mail got stolen on every single order until we have now delivery to another place. Elevators always broken Garage flooded on every rain. No snow removal as the neighbor say... we just moved 3 month ago. Washing and dryer broken, just too old. No doorman ever even though there is a doorman desk and chair, keys to front door sucks... sometimes they just keep the door opened. Random kids running around the stairs and floors Police always on scene for some kind of problem Fire department at the building at least 3 times a week. Dog poop in elevator or lobby. lots of trash around.. people leaving here just don't help either. This is 100% accurate and if somebody dont agree please do tell. Garage door broken since we moved here... no security at all. Someone just put a knife and ripped our convertible top of the car and no charges were made and cameras don't work. Should be a nice place to leave if owners put just a little afford to improve the overall condition.

If i can put i zero, I’ll do without any hesitation, Worst experience ever, trash everywhere, laundry machine broken, rats scrolling between the ceiling, mises, cockroaches, homeless sleeping in the lobby, stolen packages, horrible assistance, management office closed, no phone answers, harassing stuff who are supposed to do maintenance and cleaning. The funny part is that the building next door is the total opposite,who knows who’s living there to have them take care of it compared to the others??!!! You can guess if you’re smart.

Is it true that they don't pay back tenants' security deposit? Is it true that some such tenants have been able to sue and get tripple of their security deposit back?

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible management. My mom lived there for one year and hated every second of it. She had problems with roaches, mice, poor maintenance of the common areas, and so on. Elevators don’t work. Pool was never open for the time she was there. Multiple stolen packages. We had to help her move out carrying everything down the stairs from the 9th floor. Plus, to top it all off, she hasn’t got her $2260 security deposit check back so we’re suing. Stay away from this place at all costs.
