    Food: Thin crust BBQ chicken pizza was delicious! And 1/2 price pizzas on Monday! Atmosphere: A bar area with high tops and TVs. Dining room is roomy with tables and booths. It’s a fun, chill spot. Service: Was greeted with friendliness immediately upon entering, and my take out order was ready on time.

    The food here was soooo bad, the lemonade was so sweet it was burning my throat. Then I ordered a vegetarian deep dish pizza and it was so oily and the crust was so thick it. I only ate one slice. Only the spinach and artichoke appetizer was good. The service was good otherwise, but I will not be returning here.

    UNO Pizzeria and Grill is conveniently located near the Four Points Hotel where I was staying during my trip. The restaurant was never super busy and every time I went there was no wait. There are tons of parking spaces available and the shopping center has tons of things to do. I had the X-Large Hawaiian pizza and it was enough to feed 4 hungry adults. My waitress was amazing and the food came super fast. The prices are reasonable especially if you plan on sharing food. The restaurant was clean and there were plenty of bathrooms. Highly recommend this location especially if you are staying at the hotel.

    After many years being a regular customer eating one of my favorite dishes the Chicken Spinoccoli,,, I have to share how bad it was my experience last night at the Revere location. Starting with the long wait to be seated almost 25 minutes. I have to clarify that I understand that many places are under staff and yes I work in one of those places that we still hiring so is completely understandable. Finally we got sat in one table near the bar. We had to wait around 15 more minutes for the drinks order so when the server arrived we decided to order everything at once, drinks, appetizer and dinner. After 20 more minutes the drinks arrived, then the appetizer with NO plates. The server disappear and then 20 minutes later the food arrived in the "manager hands". We asked him what was going on and he just flipped on us, giving excuses about being under staff and ask us to apply for a job there and tell people to come and apply for a job very nasty and rude. I told him that I am a Chef and I have to deal with working under staff every day and I never have to give excuses to our guest or customers so there is no reason for that and he never apologized and just walked away. I could just leave but I didn't because we were starving and almost passing out so we just finished our meals , paid and left the restaurant and thew manager never went back to the table even when we ask the server to call him back, so we just left. Now I understand why so many places are closing for good because of this kind of situation that makes business FAIL.... shame!!

    Was my first Chicago style pizza. I would say it was pretty good. I prefer it over the pan pizza. I did get the pizza with the 50 percent off individual size offer on Monday. This size is actually pretty small, about the size of your hand. Although, I guess it still fills you up because it's dense. The individual size isn't the best for topping since the size is so small. Next time I get it, I'll just get the 4 cheese. I think that would be the best.

    Love the large chocolate cake and cookie skillet. Update: First time going since the pandemic. They are doing a good job of following protocol. They use bleach wipes before seating you. Everyone has masks on unless eating. Elizabeth was a great waitress. Friendly, good conversation and she works hard.

    This review is solely based on the pickup experience thru Uber Eats. I ordered online after checking in at a nearby hotel after 10 pm—the restaurant closes at 11 pm. The food was delivered in appropriate time by the manager who was courteous as much as possible. Our order was ok. The chicken could have been more seasoned. Pasta was excellent though.

    It is very rare to have a fast food restaurant have such super service, great food and a good atmosphere. Me and my husband was served by the waiter Brandon B he was so attentive funny check back on us make sure we had everything we need and also anticipated our needs. We are very very satisfied with the service at Unos, and will be back, thank you so much Brendon B.

    Very nice place, food was served fast. The food tasted delicious perfectly cooked and well presented; the best part was the blueberry mojito.. highly recommended to those who likes a little bit citrus, sweet, and a hint of mint. Our attendant was very kind, attentive. The restaurant looks very nice and clean.

    Good UNO experience, but nothing special. Better use the website to place any order as it's way cheaper than going to dine in store as there's no promotion offered. The food was served in around 20-25 minutes when the restaurant is not packed. The staff were friendly. Clean restaurant and restroom, has a vintage feel to it! Lots of parking space.

    Normally I would not say anything bad about Unos but my last trip was so disappointing. I got a deep dish pizza and both me and my wife agreed it was over cooked. The crust was so hard and dry. It did not have that same taste.

    This is obviously a restaurant chain and so my expectation of the food is somewhat low. It’s not real Chicago deep dish, but it’s still tasty. However, as a native Michigander I can tell you the Detroit style isn’t even close. For $27 I got a teeny tiny rectangle that would probably amount to a 10” pizza if it were round. Detroit style is a thick, rectangular pizza baked in a type of pan that makes a caramelized crust on all edges. This was a rather flat pizza with barely any caramelization. It was edible, but it’s not Detroit style and it’s definitely not worth $27. Might as well just get a DiGiorno or Motor City Pizza Co version at the grocery store for $10.

    It's been about 20 years since I last went to Uno. This place had great service. We only got buffalo wings and a small pizza. The wings were awesome! Crispy without being overcooked and saucy with great flavor. We tried the new pizza, which wasn't spectacular but good. I asked management why the hostess seated people crammed next to each other instead of spreading us out in the near empty restaurant and was told its because the staff is all relatively new. A weak argument as far as I am concerned as it is not an overly large restaurant and seating simply across the aisle is still close but not on top off!

    Been going to this Uno for years. Such a great menu with different food options and desserts. You could take a romantic date here or come here casually with a large crowd and even has a bar. The food I've never had a problem with and find extremely mouth watering. Pricing, not cheap but not super expensive either. We spent $80 , me and the wife the other night and we ordered a ton. Steak , chicken wings, and 2 desserts

    Last Friday, the food at the restaurant was decent, but the customer service was disappointing. The servers were not very attentive and it took a long time to get our orders taken and for our food to arrive. There seemed to be a lack of organization and communication among the staff. Additionally, when we brought up a concern about one of our dishes, it was not handled efficiently. Overall, the food was satisfactory, but the customer service was not up to par.

    I want to thank Amelia, Armando, and the whole team! I'm in customer service, and I have to say this team is a team 100%. Great service from when you walk in until you walk out.     Had an excellent meal here recently and just wanted to take a moment and throw some praise their way. Everyone was fantastic from the host to the waitress and even the manager stopped by and said hello. Food was great too, had a burger that was cooked perfectly ‘medium’ as requested and the thin crust pizza we had was light and flavorful. Bravo UNO - highly recommended

    In this snowy day, my husband and I enjoyed the best food and drinks at this resturant. The server was very patient while we took our time to order and was very helpful with our food choices. We were very happy customers!!

    I tried calling the restaurant someone answered told me to hold on and hung up.( very poor customer service) when I got there there was orders backed up left & right. I got there made my order after waiting 5 mins. Sat at the bar for 1 hour waiting for my order. I drunk 3 tall glasses before the order was done. Then when the order was done the bartender brought the order. (she was nice) Then the host come over & says did you charge him for the lasagna like if I wanted to take a 20$ lasagna. I paid for everything & tipped the bartender very well. In my experience in this franchise this was very poor customer service from the host. He has no sense of customer service & timing. Never going into this place again. I would recommend ihop before this place.

    Terrible all around! Food atmosphere and especially service lacked any interest or invoked anything positive. It's a has been chain that should close it doors! If it weren't for the hotel traffic next door, it probably would have closed down. A bunch of teenagers running the place

    We have ordered their frozen pizzss before but never the restaurant. Big portions, staff a little slow, had to ask for refills, but moderate price, food arrived hot and plenty. Everyone took a box when we were finished. Ample parking but in Boston/Revere area there us MUCH BETTER PIZZA like Santarpio's.

    We went here last night. The food was decent but the service was AWFUL. The waitress got my daughters order wrong (missing fries) and never fixed it. She couldn’t be bothered to get her any BBQ sauce either (dry chicken tenders anyone?). She got my other daughters drink wrong as well. She did not check up on us at all & avoided eye contact whenever she would walk past our table. She purposely ignored us and then she just flat out disappeared. We had to wait 30+ minutes just to get our check and only got it because another server noticed we were being ignored. We also had to get the fries to go because my daughter never got them, and the new server had to put the order in for us. Supposedly, our original server, Shannon, wasn’t feeling well and that was the excuse they gave for her awful service. But I don’t accept that as a justification because, as I said, she actively ignored us when she was out and about & whenever she decided she had enough of her shift, she did not let anyone know so that someone else could cover her tables. The server who noticed we were being ignored had to go find her himself. The manager did not off us any discounts or gift cards to make up for the poor service, and didn’t even apologize, just gave the excuse that her server wasn’t feeling well. It was the first time my daughters had been to Unos and they hated the experience. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

    Tuesday's kid's eat free always a bonus. They now offer eat a meal and take one home! The $2 signature drinks are flavorful. Great staff and always one of my favorite location. Update: Different specials are out now. Lunch menu still has great options for under $15. New family meals at home takeout options too.

    I just wanted to say my family of four and I had an amazing lunch today at Unos in revere the service was amazing, but the most amazing part of it all was Samantha, the waitress. She was working by herself. She had all hands, and was so attentive to all of us. An amazing worker. She’s great at what she does. I continue going there because of her being part of that team thank you Samantha for such a great experience at UNO.Your amazing !!!🙌

    I’ve come here several times because the pizza and service are amazing. Tonight my order was late because it had been given to another person mistakenly. The assistant general manager and to go clerk both went above and beyond ensuring I was taken care of. Highly recommend this location! It’s not the closest pizza place but well worth it when you consider the delicious pizza and superb customer service.

    Avoid the deep dish pizza. Crust was flaky and bland. Sauce was very bitter, acidic with very little to offer for the price. Crab dip was good. Service was quick. Uno is exactly how many times I will go here for food.

    The 3 stars are for the good food. They would get more if the waitresses was doing her job. Waited 10 minutes before she came for the drink (at least 8 people in the area). Didn't remove appetizers plates when bringing main diner. She was smiling and was agreeable as a chicken ready to be killed. If you don't like your job, quit!

    I was there last week, our server Samantha was great. She recommended the new Lobster items on your new menu. So I had the lobster scampi and my husband had the lobster roll. It was absolutely delicious! The staff was truly so professional, even when I dropped my fork on the floor the bartender noticed it from across the restaurant to get me a new fork. The bartender introduced himself, he happened to be one of the managers. He asked us how was everything ? If we needed anything else, let him know. He made us feel like we were important , that he would go out of his way for us. I will be definitely returning, could not of asked for a nicer experience.
