The pizza was cold. This Little Cesar's is located in Rexburg Idaho. I don't like this restaurant anymore because they have changed. I used to be able to call in and get to order my pizza making sure they would have some but they've refused me. Using the app doesn't work anymore. Even their prices have gone up. I'm disappointed.

I don’t normally leave reviews but todays encounter really upset me. T-Mobile usually has their perks on Tuesday and this day it was $3.19 pizza with pick up. I tried to do an order through their website and through the app and nothing was working. I showed the manager exactly what it said on their website how “pickup was not available at this location yet” I had the code for the discounted pizza and asked if they could enter the code they didn’t even try to help. I ended up paying full price as I was just getting frustrated but you would think they would try to figure out a way to help. Very disappointed in the customer service

Ordered a pizza that looked like it had been sitting out all day, looked like feet wrapped leathery burnt bacon, so I asked for a fresh one and the lady looked annoyed, very unfriendly for a simple request. Do not recommend

They close at 8pm. Yes, 8pm for a pizza place in a college town. Called at 7:45 on a Saturday and was told sorry we are closing in 15 minutes and not taking any new phone orders. Asked if we could walk in and order and they responded yes, as long as get there before they in 15 minutes. We live next door. Hung up the phone and walked in less than a minute later. They told us they could only sell us what was left in the hot box and would not make us anything new "ie" take and prepare our order. What a waste of time. Why not just close at 7pm and not have to deal with actual diners? Would make things easier for employees to leave as early as possible. Just because you close at 8pm does not mean the employees leave directly at 8pm. What a waste of time.

I’m not one to give 1 star reviews, but this place has major issues with consistency. Every time I get a cheese pizza from here, which is almost weekly, the center of pizza is paper thin. I end up throwing out almost half a pizza. I will take my business elsewhere. It appears they just care about food cost and not about quality.

I was born and raised in Rexburg, and I've never had any trouble with this location. 90% of the time I use the app and walk past 30 people to grab my freshly made pizza out of the pizza portal and leave. It's perfect! :)

You can’t beat them for a cheap meal. Not really something I’ll eat but if you have to feed a lot of people on a budget nobody else comes close. The service in Rexburg was better than any I’ve been to in awhile. Too bad their pizza gives me a stomach ache. I’d give them 5 stars if it didn’t. You get what you pay for🤔

It’s always a nice experience here. The pizza is good 9/10 times, the staff is always accommodating, and when the pizza isn’t hot and ready the cashiers’ wait times are always accurate.

I've eaten here a lot (more than I would like to admit). Your experience will depend entirely on how busy they are. Frequently you'll get your food within 2 minutes, but it could be as long as 20 minutes.

For the price, it’s hard to pass on the pizza. However, the employees are often grumpy and slow. A woman came in after me with a pickup order, which was already behind, and asked about her order. They explained that it was almost ready. When it came out, instead of handing it to her, since she was standing there, they ignored her and put the order in the pickup cabinet. Seemed odd to see that. Examples like that attest to the overall lack of customer service.

The cashiers are kind, but the hours are constantly changing and I don't think we've had a positive experience here in a long time. Mobile orders are particularly difficult at this location, and many of the items are only available for purchase online, even when they have the products in house. Service is slow. I would say that price helps out, but it's gotten much more expensive. Doesn't feel worth it anymore.

Rigby’s little Caesar’s food tastes 5 times better. They overcook frequently here. Customer service is usually average, and so slow.

A goto treat of mine. Walk in, ask for classic pepperoni, walk out. Easy and staff is friendly. Pick-up options are great as well.

Clark was rude to me during my order. He wouldn’t look at me. He took an hour to give me my pizza when I could just get a hot and ready. I also got pepperoni instead of Hawaiian. Can he get 0 stars please?
