I used to love Doorzza, but waiting an hour to get a pizza with half cheesy bread, and the cheesy bread portion is only like 25% cheese is ridiculous. Called and said something about it and they made a new pizza, so customer service is pretty ok. Included the bad one and good one in pics. When Doorzza gets it right, their pizza is great. But they are getting worse and worse. Still probably going to order from them again because it’s a great price and is great when they actually make it right, but just disappointed in how inconsistent their pizzas are.

I order from this place a lot. Love the pizza. I've never been disappointed, and it's always a good day when I get the pizza before the estimated arrival time.

A little hard to find if you’ve never been (back door of Fresco’s) but service and quality for the price has never let me down! I actually love this place I love there was one back home too! This most recent time pushed me to leave a review. I ordered on their website and opted to pick up (it says you can’t but to do so you must choose the free brownie option). I took a while getting there and when I arrived they had me wait an extra couple minutes which for some would be horrible (what a minor inconvenience😕). When they finally came out I was given an apology and told they wanted to make sure I had a fresh pizza! What a surprise haha. It was literally fresh out of the oven straight into the box! Great customer service and quality pizzas at a very affordable price! The brownies aren’t bad either haha. I recommend the Ariana, the Ron Swanson, or the Burg (if you wanna try something new). I also really like the curry one if they have it!

We were staying in the hotel next door and the folks at Doorzza were great. A large pepperoni pizza with fresh Jalapenos, delivery to our room and a free brownie thrown in for under $10 is a heck of a deal. The pizza with garlic crust was solid, but at least 50% of the satisfaction was for the staff being so easy and accommodating. Cheers and keep it up. 🙌

Usually my Go To for pizza in rexburg. Very disappointed today. Ordered at 8:30. Called at 9:30 to find out if food was coming or not. It showed up half an hour later. Food was cold and the they gave us a medium pepperoni instead of a large. I paid for a large. When I called them and told them the situation, they said "we ran out of dough"... not so much as an apology. Very dissapointed.

I used to order several times, me and my friends really like the pizza but lately it has disappointed us. On a small town like Rexburg, It takes more than 1 hour to be delivered, it gets cold, and it happenned to simply come with a missing slice... We call there to ask where the pizza is and they never have an answer besides "The driver will be there soon", and it takes 20 minutes

The Pizza is just bad. The sauce is way too sweet. The quality and quantity of cheese are subpar. The dough tends to be very soft, wimpy, and occasionally raw. Just very low quality. It is cheap and affordable for college students and they have friendly delivery drivers, but they need to step up their game when it comes to making a pizza.

For the price the pizza is great and it's nice to have it delivered. I've only ever had one not so great experience with the pizza quality, and I have ordered many times.Usually the pizza is just what I would expect and even better when you add a few of the options.
