I've lived in 2 apartments here and have enjoyed it. The managers are awesome and very helpful! They often plan activities throughout the semester for the tenants or drop of treats. The price is pretty good too.

Living at Avonlea is great. Close to campus, nicely sized rooms. Great place, would recommend!

Been a great place to stay for the price. Homie, just enough to be comfortable, managers are always willing to help out.

Our manager was the best, prices were reasonable, and the apartments had the best culture I've seen at a college complex.

The apartment is super comfy and the managers are super chill. Overall not a bad setup at all. One small quirk is that it's a little weird figuring which light switches go to which lights, so just be careful to try them all out before concluding one of the lights isn't working and complaining to management about it (like I did), but it's not bad once you get used to that.

Very livable. Seem small with 6 but big with 4 guys. Management has changed, but is just as good, if not better. Clean, rennovated, air conditioning and you can't beat the price. Very practical all around. These are the best apartments I've ever stayed at, Period. Hats off to these people.

Managers are superb and very friendly, have fun events, and are welcoming. Also, probably the best place to stay at for this price point, I did tons of research before choosing here and so far have not regretted it.

Fantastic place to live. Management (Mya and Katie) are phenomenal! They do their best to make sure everyone is happy here! Great location and great people.
