I LOVE Sundance Apartments. Management is so helpful and quick to respond to our issues. The assistant manager, Abby, really stands out in her profession. The apartments are clean, have good lighting, and look very modern. The apartments look exactly like the pictures. I'm very satisfied and plan on staying here for the foreseeable future.

This is my first semester living at sundance and it has honestly been amazing. It’s brand new so it is very modern, good quality furniture, very spacious and a ton of room for storage. I love the people that live here, everyone is super chill and nice. I also LOVE the managers, they have been the best to work with and genuinely care about the residents here, I always feel comfortable and am never afraid to ask them questions or go to them when I need something. I’ve lived in multiple different apartment complexes over the past 3 years up here in Rexburg and this is truly my favorite place. My friends and I plan on living here until we graduate it really is fantastic

I thought this was a great place to live until I left and got stuck with tons of charges. I’ve tried reaching out to Tanner the manager because he didn’t make sure my roommate registered her ESA and I got stuck with damage charges. He will not respond to calls or texts, I’m extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism. Also, our trash didn’t get picked up for the last five weeks of the semester without any explanation. Gross.

I’ve been at this apartment for a year and it’s my favorite. I don’t think I’ll ever leave it.The layout is so comfortable and the management is so easy to get along with and understands you and wants to get to know you. They really do help out with all the can and do such a good job at it. my favorite place to be :)

The apartments are very clean and modern. I love the feel and brightness of the kitchen and living room. The 8-man is large yet provides enough individual room for you and your roommates. Very social and friendly "small feel" ward!

Sundance apartments are as close to heaven as its gets. The managements is so good it is otherworldly. The apartments are cleaner than a Buc ee's bathroom. It smells nice. Best apartment complex in the western hemisphere, and it's not even close.

I love love it here! The managers have all been great! The assistant manager Abby is amazing and goes above and beyond! It’s a beautiful apartment with very functionable and open layout! It’s in a great location close to the park and campus but isn’t a crazy busy spot that it’s chaotic! I highly recommend :)

Management here is amazing. They are always super helpful, quick at communicating with residents here, and are always trying to create a fun and safe environment. The apartments are super pretty and updated, and everyone living here is super friendly and chill. 10/10 great living experience. :)
