I have been to different bill’s locations mostly for brunch and every time it didn’t satisfy me . The price is quite not matched with what you eat. The pancake is good portion comes in 2 stacks of pancakes with some berries and banana. Can be better if has more fruits on top. The butternut squash breakfast is more bread than feta and butternut squash. But the taste is good. The calamari for the starter is very nice and crispy and a very good portion to share even the small one. Coffees are very small cups and not very good taste. Staff are very friendly and good but the kitchen is not very flexible in changing food options if you want to substitute anything.

Visited recently for brunch with my family. We were seated quite quickly, and the service was pretty good (depending on who you spoke to/were served by) but the food was disappointing and pretty average at best. I ordered the pancakes - which were good, but I would have preferred more fruit toppings and some extra maple syrup on the side. My son had Bill’s Big Brunch - which wasn’t as “big” as it sounded on the menu. The majority of the plate was filled with the rosemary potatoes (which were dry) and the toast. There was only one very tiny sausage, and they forgot the black pudding, which we had to ask for twice. My son commented that although his breakfast tasted okay, it wasn’t hot. I had quite high expectations and was really looking forward to eating here, but I don’t feel the quality of the food justifies the prices. Disappointing.

I am putting two stars only because the service was excellent and the place was nice. Food-wise if you are hungry, stay away. Everything was feeling so premade. We had with a friend Caesar's salad which I honestly believe was one of the worst I ever had. The chicken was so dry that it was impossible to chew. The two burgers we had were nothing but mediocre. The burger itself was premade, and the feeling was like someone heated them in a microwave. Even the potatoes had the same feeling.

Food was delicious!! Service was amazing! The branch manager is superb, true gentleman and very helpful. Thank you so much Mr George for the amazing experience!

I thought Bill’s were all awful… I was kinda wrong. The decor is really cool - almost 1920’s art Nouveau - but don’t look too close, the plants are plastic and it’s in a mall - but the food is quite good and the lighting is lovely. The service is very slow weekday 12-2pm, it took me 20minutes to get a drink… but it’s not so bad for good selection, good atmosphere and decent food.

We had a lovely experience here. It's my first time at a Bill's in London and it was definitely worth it. Feels miles away from the suffocating chaos of the Westfield's food court. Decoration is beautiful, food was delicious, and everything was made all the better by Amelia. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, checked in on us attentively and made the best recommendations. Will be going back!

The pancakes tasted nice but were stodgy and the maple syrup tasted weird. The cappuccino was nothing special.

I have been to Bills Westfield many times now for Breakfast. It is my favorite Bills (and I have been to 7 different ones). The ambience is really good. Clean and shining. Servers are fantastic- like in any other Bills. Food is great. I enjoy my garden plate breakfast. Coffee is good. I'll certainly come here many time in the future as well.

I was excited to go to bills for breakfast. The interior is so gorgeous. But was disappointed by the food. The Eggs & Avocado on toast tasted bitter. And the English Breakfast was cold, sausages were terrible and stale! The pot of tea also only had 1 tea bag inside which meant it was very weak. Every other place I’ve ordered a pot of tea it always comes with a minimum of two bags if not more. The Latte was quite a small cup. For a place like Bills they could do better for sure when it comes to the quality of their food.

The food is amazing I loved the meal and the waiter was very nice and accommodating, the fondue in bread is very nice. Will return again with friends next time.

I loved the ambience when I entered in the cafe ☺️ the staff were really good and friendly. I ordered sweet potato fries, chicken dumplings and chocolate brownie with ice cream , everything was good 👍 Sweet potato fries didn’t have rock salt but it had roasted rosemary leaves which tasted really nice. Still I would prefer some salt. Loved the dumplings 🥟 😍 I would have appreciated if they had got brownie at the end so it didn’t melt much. I will visit again for sure.

Food at Bill's is pretty mediocre for the price you are paying. Ordered the eggs Benedict Royale, at least the eggs were poached properly! Coffee here is just meh...I don't think they have a proper coffee barista as the cappuccino seemed to have come out from those instant coffee machines. We didn't have a reservation and thus were sat at the back of the restaurant - took a while for the waiter to come around. Assume you would get better seating if you booked!

Can’t fault the service, very friendly staff. I know it’s next to Westfield but I still think it’s overpriced for what it is. The fruit pancakes were filling but could have done with more maple syrup, perhaps in between layers or simply on the side for us to pour, as some brunch places do. They started to get very dry when you finish the top two layers. I asked for extra vegan sausage on the side expecting it in twos, again as a lot of brunch places i’ve been to do, but it came as one small sausage for 1.95. Slightly ridiculous in my opinion. Halloumi fries stated to come with spicy honey but came with some ricotta dip. I mainly wanted it for the honey. The ‘tropical’ smoothie I thought would be handmade tasted like it’d come out of a bottle. Payment was nice and easy though through a QR code, everywhere should have it like that.

Hundefreundlich noch dazu, mit Kleinigkeiten, wie Eis für den Hund (leider bei unserem Besuch nicht verfügbar 😔) Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Alexandra ;), die nach der Essensbestellung selbstständig in der Küche nachfragte und meiner Frau dann ein besseres Gericht empfohl, was alle Erwartungen übertraf. We were served by Asma on New Year's Eve and she was truly a delight! Great customer service, was very attentive and recommended a lot of good food choices! The food we had was really tasty and the drinks were good and strong - even the chairs were really comfortable! I had the BBQ bourbon burger and the brownie for dessert and would definitely have them again!

Asma was lovely! So helpful and attentive! Food came our so quickly and everything was delicious. We had the seafood linguine and a burger with a couple of mimosas. The cinnamon doughnuts are a must, so moreish!

Our experience today was really good. I was eating with a coeliac and the gluten free options were amazing and had lots of choice. Both of our dishes tasted amazing, the rosemary fries were also yummy. The staff who served us were very attentive and friendly making us feel welcome, they were also very helpful in assisting with gluten free options and further questions we had. Our main server was Iulia. The experience was great and we hope to come back soon.

One of the best typical brasserie cuisine restaurants

Staff were friendly and speedy. Food was average at best. Kids didnt like the MAC n Cheese - i tasted it was not great. Steak and Eggs was very average - but thats my fault as its a minute steak and i should have known that. Hallumi burger seemed to go down well. As my gran would say "as long as the little ones are fed quick and easy - thats the job"

Great location. Inside is very well air-conditioned during the heatwave. Burgers are great snd service was very friendly.

We had a lovely breakfast here. Loved the atmosphere inside the restaurant and the variety of meat, veggie and vegan breakfasts. They were also considerate of any allergies and the waitress was very helpful. The granola and yoghurt was very filling and delicious 🙂 I would definitely recommend.

Can’t fault the service or the food. The staff were friendly (especially with the little one) and food was decently portioned and fresh. The restaurant was generally clean and sanitised with sanitisers on every table. Tables had a good distance between them so accommodating those that may still be observing the social distancing (which I found very comforting). We will definitely be back for another early breakfast for a day out in Westfield.

Excellent service and beautiful decor. I ordered the fish and Chips with Calamari- served with feta and minty mushy peas. Tasted wonderful, not too greasy and overpowering. I also wanted to try the warm triple chocolate brownie which went down a treat! The actual brownie was soft and gooey and the chocolate sauce that accompanied it was not overpoweringly heavy and well balanced. I would definitely go again. They have a variety of vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast, lunch and dinner

We came here for a post-cinema meal. It was distinctly average. My buttermilk chicken burger had absolutely no flavour to it, unfortunately - some seasoning was sorely needed. Fries were nice though. Ultimately Bill's for me is fine for a last-min unplanned meal but not somewhere I would choose for a special occasion.

Came here with my girlfriend on Friday and was instantly welcomed and given a seat. The staff were friendly and gave great advice on food... We had an amazing fake chicken starter that was so tasty, and I was convinced was real chicken! Overall I would seriously recomend here for it's atmosphere, food and staff. Thanks!

Nice place for Lunch. Decor was nice n unique. We sat outside but had to move due to the breeze. Set menus available. Great range to choose from. Some staff miserable as if we forced them to work there. Who knows, maybe one of those days!!

Good as many of the restaurants from this chain. The food was delicious, the restaurant is clean and the service is very good and attentive. Totally recommend the eggs Benedict but also, avocado sordough or any burger. The fries are exceptional! Will be coming back.

Had a great catch up with some friends for lunch here. We didn't book in advance and had a little wait for a table of 3 which wasn't too bad but the waiting area isn't big so we were standing outside. We eventually were seated by a sofa table by the door, not the greatest of spots. Maybe this is the real waiting area but they were using it as a space, not sure. The sofas were stained and quite dirty so that was a bit gross. I had a cappuccino which was great, the fish pie was also very good. I would say that the Steak & Eggs were not the best, the waitress even asked me how i wanted my steak and i asked for Medium rare of which the steak came out as well done. The steak itself was super thin so i think they don't really have any control over how well its cooked , why ask then? That was a bit disappointing. Otherwise great atmosphere, took a while to get our bill as the waiters we asked were really busy and i think forgot twice about what we asked for.

Great food, great staff and great atmosphere. Portion sizes are decent, and it actually tastes as good as it looks. Desserts were heavenly. Great modern look to the restaurant, and the toilets were very clean too which tells you a great deal about the place. Definitely recommend.

Lovely service from the young guy ( didn’t get his name unfortunately) he recommended the strawberry margaritas and I could actually taste the tequila. I ordered the calamari and flatbread which was amazing loved every bit of it. Unfortunately my friend ordered the buttermilk chicken burger which had no flavour at all. We then ordered the triple chocolate brownie for desert which was a bit of a disappointment as the brownie was just very thick and rich but the ice cream was lovely that came with. Overall it was a nice evening and I will be returning.

Super friendly service from Valeria. Helped us with requests we made. The buttermilk chicken burger was fab and the fish goujons were super tasty! Loved the flower pot dessert and the maple crumble! Had a rosé spritz and could have had 10 more!

Bills is our go too restaurant for breakfast/brunch. They are yet to have a halal menu but there are plenty of options and alternatives to meet your expectations. Their customer service has improved a lot over the years and we couldn't be happier with the staff and decor they have now. On this particular visit We requested to sit in a section that hadn't opened yet (we didn't know this..we just assumed it was empty) they bent over backwards to get us the table we requested, it was heart-warming to see 😊. Everything from the food, the service, the vibes, was 10/10. We couldn't have been treated any better. I recommend the halumi & poached eggs breakfast and the pancakes 🥞. Enjoy

We had a lovely and fun breakfast at Bill’s! So many gluten-free and vegan options, too. My daughter had cream tea (tea, scones, clotted butter and jam) and I had the vegan yogurt and granola bowl. The service was excellent - friendly and attentive.

Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. But for 12.5% service charge service could have been better. Very small portion for £13.95 dish. It was looked like a child portion. 1 very small chicken breast+2 tablespoon mashroom souse, 3-4 brocolly+7 potato chips. In other Bill's restaurants you get nearly twice more food. Not impressed at all.

Lovely restaurant. Really good service, food was served promptly and tasted good. We stayed for ages and didn’t get rushed out.

I usually love Bills but the staff here weren't particularly on it. The food came very quickly but the lack of much service put me off a bit. Having said that I'm a massive fan of Bills the majority of the time.

Great place! Been here a few times and its always been good. The restaurant has a chilled cosy feel to it. Staff is friendly and food is excellent!!

Dessert was great but because of Help to Eat out scheme place was extremely busy and table I was given was really sticky, beautiful velvet sofa had unsightly stains on it my 8 yr old refused to sit on it. I understand staff were overwhelmed so didn't complain but really put me off. Not what I'm used to with Bills. Shame as I enjoy brunch there and I like the decor

Lovely place for brunch. Great english vibe and decoration. The menu seemed quite adequate. Food quality and recipes were normal (I definitely had better pancakes before) Staff seemed either a bit suppressed or cocky. My rating goes mostly for the place as an overall atmosphere which can be described as extraordinarily graphic and classy.

Staff were friendly, chicken burger was over cooked and had a burnt taste to it. Milkshake didn’t taste of much. Starters and pasta were nice. Bit overpriced for what it was to be honest.

Had a wonderful evening, lovely food, relaxing setting, exceptional service especially from Mikel. They currently still have the Mon-Wed menu offer, a win win situation all round, happy days!

*This is an edited review* Having previously visited and had poor service and issues with the food/drinks I visited again today and received brilliant service. The old manager had previously responded to my negative review in a really helpful manner and then staff today carried that on, responding in the best way possible and making the visit a good one. Birthday Treat went to Bills Restaurant in Westfield. Overall experience was very good and staffing was good , Restaurant followed Covid measures when we arrived . Food itself was good steak was done tk the standard I like and grilled chicken was well prepared, the dessert range was very good especially the flower pot desert, this was a medium flower pot that was edible 👌 perfect, next was rhubarb custard a pot of ice cream 🍦, nice and hot.so well done .
