I am, or was, a regular customer at Fazoli's until today. This is what happened. Today 09/21/22 at 5:20pm I pulled into the drive through and ordered a Chicken Pesto Rotini. They thought I said Fettuccine so they charged me $8.99 for the Fettuccine then had to cancel it saying that the $8.99 should be back on my account in 3 days, but I doubt it'll be that easy to get my money back. They then charged me $9.99 for the Chicken Pesto Rotini. When I got it I noticed that the green Pesto sauce was missing so I brought it to their attention. One girl asked the cook if he had added it to the Chicken Pesto Rotini and he said yes. I then told her that I don't see it. She then assured me that they sometimes put it under the cheese. Another girl gave me a weird smile and I drove home. When I got home I put some black pepper on it and began digging into it only to find that the green Pesto sauce was in fact missing which made it taste bland. I included pictures of both the food and the recipes from both transactions as proof.

Nice restaurant clean. Friendly staff, very helpful! I like the new look and feel of the inside. Great price! Great food! Fast service! Love it!

I waited in a very long line, once at the window 3 people were there. The male was working, and the female at the window was busy working. I noticed another female laughing and texting on her cellphone, at the front counter( I TOOK A PICTURE)Long story short....I got the wrong order, well the window employee apologized. She stated that the person in front of me left, due to the long wait. So unfortunately I got their order. I was told the girl on the cellphone, was supposed to double check the orders and she passes them. Welp I guess her cellphone conversation, was more important than doing her job. Anyhow it's fast food, and the food was okay. But the service.....Hmmm not so okay. A little less texting and a little more working, and this Fazoli's location will be okay 👌

- food was really good, everything was fresh and had nice flavor. Honestly for Italian food in the area this is probably one of the best places to go. Better then Olive garden and other places. Cheaper as well. - staff were friendly and helpful. - service was quick. - place was clean and organized. - plenty of parking. - prices are good for sure. - overall a good first experience at this location, would definitely recommend this place.

I Reynoldsburg Fazolis to get the Thursday Special for my Wife and I. I waited a little extra in the drive-thru as it was busy, but the two girls at the window were delightful and reassured me my food was fresh and hot. Great job Fazolis!

Staff seem very unhelpful. Ordered spicy baked ziti with sausage, got chicken instead. Soda fountain not working, no carbonation on any drinks. No offer to resolve issues.

Food is usually great but this time we ordered pizza. Looked old, only got one slice and hardly had any cheese on it. Thrown in like an after thought. Kinda disappointed in this for $4.99.

The best location with the best customer service! I live in Blacklick and my food is still piping hot when I get back home!

We are from out of town looking for pizza, waited a little extra time for my son's mozzarella bites and when I asked Kim was so understanding and went above and beyond for us. She was the most professional employee that I witnessed here. She comped our children dessert for having to wait. So thank you Kim we from PA truly appreciate your professionalism and kindness so thank you Kim! Give her a raise!

What a great crew. We were greeted by Jackie A with a smile. The manager also took care of us and the food was fantastic. Thanks for a great time.

My primary complaint is that the food is filled with sodium. I ordered loaded fettuccine and had difficulty finishing it due to the saltiness. The breadsticks weren't edible for the same reason. I hadn't been to this restaurant in a few years. It was good before but not anymore.

Fazoli's is always a hit in our house!!! Prices are VERY reasonable. Especially considering the size and most importantly, the quality!!! We love the baked lasagna but can't say anything bad about everything else we've tried. Highly recommend for Italian that won't break the bank.

Everything was literally perfect. Went late afternoon, and the drive through and delivery was busy so it took a few extra minutes, but all food was fresh. There was a manager running the drive through and helping the front. A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

Great experience for a Favolis. Very clean and friendly staff. Good food for the price. Much better than a high priced Italian restaurant that claims to be family when you're there.

I ordered a Keto lunch meal which came with a Pepperoni Flat bread and a side salad. When I received my salad the lettuce was wilted. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he told me to come back to the store and he will replace it free if charge. When I came back to the store the Manager Tyson replaced my whole meal. That's customer service that we don't see anymore. Thank you Tyson and his team. They were very friendly and took care of my issue promptly.

Maybe you don't find Fazoli's that authentic. But I will say they are consistent. I can count on the taste being good. I like the lasagna and it is still just as tasty as the first time I had it years ago.
