This place is by far the worst Noodles I have ever been to. Woman taking my order was rude and seemed like she had better things to do than take my order. Also, my food was disgusting. I ordered a japanese pan noodle and almost every single noodle was burnt, almost no sauce, broccoli was cold and hard, AND they forgot my steak. I went back to the restaurant after realizing there was no steak, and asked them if they would just give me my steak in a side bowl. Well, I open my side bowl of steak and of course the steak was burnt as well and it was very hard to chew. My food was not worth the almost $16 I spent on it and I’m never coming back to this location again.

2/9/23 7:15 PM TWICE in a row, paid for two meats and one was missing. There was even a check mark next to each item on the receipt. When I called the manager on staff literally said, “Maybe you should come in next time to verify accuracy.” I’m taking care of my pregnant wife while working more than 50 hours a week. There’s a reason why delivery is an option. I understand, as the manager said, “we get busy so things get missed”. I’ve worked food… this is your JOB DESCRIPTION. I’ve seen other poor reviews and the fact this has happened twice to me alone says it all: train your staff, hold them accountable, and adopt a better tone if you’re working with the public.

Ordered double meat. Chicken and shrimp. It only had the shrimp. Not enough sauce on any of the entrees. Dry common pasta with little flair or taste. For the price you'd expect to at least get bread with your " meal" of course salads are extra but if you can't get pasta right what's the point. I will never order again. Disappointing.

Multiple issues. Had to insert my card to pay three times because the cashier didn’t know what they were doing. While waiting, I had could see the spilled salt and other things on the floor of the kitchen that needed sweeping up. The soda machine wasn’t wiped down, we could smell food burning while waiting for our meals, the server brought our food to the table in a bag, turns out it was my noodles that had been burnt and still served, and the trash can was so full we ended up taking a few items with us to dispose of when we got home.

Changed my original “5 star” review because of malfunctions in the online/app ordering system. And poor knowledge of the employee. Never coming here again.

Corporate decided to take away the gluten free shells. My daughter and loved having that option. Hopefully they will bring it back soon

Unsanitary...1st thing I see when I walk in is a worker rubbing her face with bare hands, & then proceeded to work on our order. We received hardly a greeting.. Nobody was wearing gloves in the kitchen & all had long sleeves. Tables/floors were not very clean though there were hardly any other customers. Med salad was virtually flavorless/unseasoned. Bathroom was blocked off from customers and lemons near the drink stand looked out of date. Had to get a refund for one family member's meal because that same dish tasted nothing like what she's had before. Also what's up with the dangerously cheap utensils?

I have never had a good experience at this location. The restaurant is dirty, the service is extremely slow, and the food is very underwhelming. Mac and cheese is always dry, even with extra sauce, and has no flavor. The beef is chewy and fatty. The chicken is dry. Every time I think to give this location another chance, they find a way to underperform from last time.

My first time back at this restaurant since I was in collegeten years ago. Very tasty and healthy expanded menu. I had the zucchini noodle shrimp scampi. So much tastier and heartier than what I imagined it would be.

This was the worst experience I have had at a Noodles location. Noodles is not inexpensive to order Buttered Noodles with chicken and both to be brought to the table for a dine in experience with both the noodles and chicken cold is unacceptable for the price you are paying. We even got Rice Krispie treats that were stale. This was an over $40 meal. How difficult is it to serve warm/hot pasta? There was hardly any butter or seasoning on the noodles either. I will not go to this location again. I typically like the food here but very disappointed in my experience.

I have only tried the pad thi and Korean beef noodle dishes and they were very good. The service is good for this dining concept but I am not a fan of the concept. I would prefer to sit down and look at something with description and perhaps pictures of the offerings and then place my order rather than crowded into a check out line, in front of a menu board,, and feel rushed into a decision.

Ordered the impossible panko chicken and was given regular chicken. Vegans & Vegetarians beware! All I was offered was for me to drive all the way back to the restaurant to make it right. I asked for my order to be refunded! I also paid for mushrooms, there were none! How are you screwing up an order this bad? Makes no sense!

This place altogether was just fantastic! My all time favorite food is pasta and every dish I had was so good! The stuffed tortelloni pesto was my favorite! Not to mention the Mac n cheese was fire 🔥 the cheese pull was to die for!!!

The Mac and cheese is great! Nice menu variety. Some of their best dishes left the menu, but still a good place to eat or for take-out.

We get carryout from the Greene regularly. Order accurate 99/100 visits. Dined in Reynoldsburg recently. Order accurate. Food was hot and tasty. Restroom clean.

Great food and service. Not a fan of having to pay with a card online as soon as I order though...would rather pay at the store. I understand they probably do it so people HAVE to pick up their orders, but as someone who's had their card info stolen, it makes me uncomfortable.

Just too much cilantro for someone who doesn't care for it. Otherwise was fantastic

Mac and cheese is amazing! We had a couple of (understandable) hiccups with our order and the server (manager?) was right on top of things and took extra time and care to take care of us and make sure everything was hot and perfect. Would absolutely come back to this location if we lived closer, but we are visiting from out of town.

We ordered ahead on the application and we were only 5 minutes away. So we headed to the restaurant and we did the pickup window. And it wasn't ready yet. Wife's order was dry and no flavor. She called them and spoke with Jasime and she said come back the next day and she will give us another meal to make up for the flavorless meal.

One of my kids favorite places. Is not fancy gourmet but dependable good food.

Love the new Asian Apple salad. Also tried the Zucchini Grilled Orange chicken and passed that one around the table .. three thumbs up. Great service. Easy in and out.
