Great tasty fresh and big meals @ Roetgen. The staff members spoke English and German and were very friendly. It's a place nearby a eifel hike and walk nature park where you can get your relaxation. But after that big hour long walk I recommend this restaurant, They have a very cosy interior with a part of the Cafe on the outside and one inside, a big wide parking for enough people, And very decent and nice prices for local clean and a lot serious fresh meat salads beers etc.. If I could give it a 10, I would.

The food was tasty and well presented. The service was slow but the staaf were friendly. Can get quite crowded so Plan ahead and possibly go early for your lunch or dinner.

Great food and service. The very friendly staff showed us pictures of the food to help us make our choice, that's really great! They adviced us Schweinhaxe (pork knuckle), saying that it's the best and... it really was. It's the best Schweinhaxe that we've eaten. Very tasty with very crispy skin and completed with tasty sauce, potato and salad. We will go back here for sure, the only thing that's not perfect is that it's a few hours drive from our home.

Have visited on three occasions, and each time the food was delicious. The Goulash is a personal favorite, prepared the right way (Bavarian?). The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is charming.

We stopped in here for dinner on a weekend away, and were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, which is very treaditional and cosy. The food was very good, and great beers as well. Service was very attentive and pleasant. Worth visiting if you are in the area.

Rustikal mit zahlreichen Antiquitäten eingerichtetes Restaurant, an dem jeder Tisch anderes Mobiliar hat. Ein Kamin zaubert in der kalten Jahreszeit eine heimelige Gemütlichkeit in den Raum. Die Speisekarte hat zahlreiche bayrische Speisen zur Auswahl. Das Essen war köstlich, die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sogar ein Kaiserschmarrn zum Mitnehmen hat am nächsten Tag noch köstlich geschmeckt. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.
