The receptionist was an English, Turkish and German speaker. He guided me through the entire services and I would definitely rate 10/10 for the hospitality. Good Pool and Hamam experience. If you are an expat and looking for cheaper and sophisticated Hamam and relaxation experience this one is for you.

Booked this hamam (never been to one before) however was surprised! The receptionist was such a welcoming host. She didnt speak alot of english but she was extremely helpful. Everyone here spoke turkish/german and we spoke neither- but the receptionist made sure we was taken care of. We didnt realise the way hamams works, however, she explained everything thoroughly, showed us around the place and was just a very good host. The hamam was lovley and clean, spa was extremly nice, the steamroom was nice and hot. We did a package, got a peel and foam massage, ladies were very good at their jobs and felt welcomed! Would reccomend for women

First time having a hamam, really great and friendly service, it has me excited to do it again. Would definitely recommend while in Cologne for a few days !

It was great. Nothing to complain. My masseuse was a lady named Mine, she was very kind and gentle, and definitely was very good at her job. Perfect for a girls day activity.
