I bought a voucher from Groupon for 2 people in the salt cave including tea and pastries and I really imagined a lot of nice things to come out of it. I gave this to my girlfriend and we went there yesterday with great joy. Unfortunately the arrival wasn't anything special, there was a lot of disorder because a lady had obviously changed her range of jewelry from Christmas to Easter. And that everywhere. The greeting was also rather cold and hectic. The voucher was accepted without many words and it said: you can take off your shoes there and there will be fresh socks. Then you can go in there. “there” was the salt cave, where it was very cool. More guests arrived and when it was full, the lady in question came in and pulled on all the blankets, including mine, in which I had already wrapped my feet nicely. She was rather short anyway and just did things without asking or explaining anything. Then she stood in the door and threw some brief information into the room and said goodbye: I'll wake you up in 40 minutes. That's what she did, again rather briefly than friendly. When I came out, almost everyone was already gone. That's when I also discovered the (bag of) tea and a few (cheap-looking ready-made) cookies. Everything is very loveless! We won't be coming back. A pity!

Located in the middle of Lindenthal and easy to find. The first impression when you come into the house is a bit sobering. A somewhat sober hallway and at the end of the counter - a little more atmosphere would be desirable (music, colored light, scent). There was free tea and water on offer while waiting for the grotto to open next. The “grotto” is on the ground floor behind the counter behind a simple pine door. But once you sit down on the comfortable lounger with a blanket and look at the walls, which are covered all over with salt, and listen to the quiet music, you suddenly feel far away and ultimately relaxed!!

Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Price-performance ratio acceptable. Unfortunately there is hardly any parking space available. Overall, very beneficial and relaxing for your health. Vouchers are accepted.

Extremely unfriendly reception. Didn't bother to make an appointment (it said it was on a voucher, but I looked online and couldn't find anything). The lady was then very dismissive and made an appointment with another customer on the phone in 30 minutes. We were told very rudely that we would have to wait at least an hour. Sure, stores don't like Groupon, but then they shouldn't offer it. I even wanted to pay for another treatment, but there was no interest in attracting new customers. A pity...

The brine mist helps a lot with my children against coughs and colds. However, the floor in the brine fogging chamber is often rather dirty because you are allowed to go in with street shoes. This wouldn't be a problem without the toddler. But with a very small baby or child this is a bit uncomfortable. In addition, the chamber is often not as fogged up as I would like. Hence a star deduction. Otherwise great. There are many beautiful children's books on site.

I didn't find it very pleasant.👎 So the room is small and you are invited in and placed on a garden lounger, which is then simply tilted backwards without asking.↘️ So that you lie in a slightly head-down position. And then is asked to sleep.😴 Huh? So according to the motto, lie down.. Rest now. I'll wake you up in 45! In a small 10 square meter room I'm supposed to fall asleep with strangers on command. 😩 The employee wasn't really friendly and you feel totally out of place. In the end you don't even get to say goodbye. No THANKS, no nothing.🤷‍♀️ So it's all very strange. Another lady asked if it would get any warmer in this “fake” salt cave room. And the answer was: it's a grotto. It's cold in a grotto!🤦🏻‍♀️ So no recommendation from me. I expected something different. There was a bad mood or atmosphere and the other guests were also slightly confused as there was no instruction or explanation.

It was a nice experience and very relaxing! You can really switch off. The lady at reception was also very nice. We liked it. :)

Great, health-promoting location! Uncomplicated and quick appointment scheduling. Also a pleasant atmosphere! It's great that something like this exists! I will now treat myself regularly - it is really money well invested in my own health.

A very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The price-performance ratio is right and the voucher was accepted despite Corona. If you want to do something for your health, you should use it.

We felt very welcome. A nice atmosphere and 45 minutes to recharge your batteries. Needs repetition!
