Zu den Ärzten kann man nichts sagen. Sind sehr kompetent und freundlich. Meine negative Bewertung gilt ausschließlich den beiden Damen an der Rezeption. Sowas von unfreundlich !!!!!!! Das geht echt garnicht. Und das nicht zum ersten Mal. Gehe schon seit mindestens 2 Jahren jetzt dahin und immer wieder die selbe Erfahrung gemacht.

War am Freitag Nachmittag weil der Kinderarzt geschlossen war mit meinem kranken Kind dort. Es war spät aber wir wurden trotzdem dran genommen . Nach 5 Minuten warten waren wir dran . Die FRAU Dr. Platte Holten ist sehr sehr freundlich und liebevoll gewesen . Danke !!! Sie hat uns echt geholfen . Heute zur Tage ist es leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich……

Ich bin glücklicherweise sehr selten krank und habe noch viel seltener etwas wofür ich zum Arzt muss. Dementsprechend hatte ich nie einen "Hausarzt" und suchte bei jeder Gelegenheit schlichtweg den nächstbesten Mediziner auf. So bin ich auf die Praxis von Dr. Holten gestoßen und kann nun verkünden, dass ich einen Hausarzt habe. Noch nie hat sich ein Arzt so viel Zeit für mich genommen. Die Anamnese war entspannt und tiefgehend; jede mögliche Ursache, wie auch den weiteren Verlauf hat mir Herr Dr. Holten ausführlich erklärt. Die ersten Tests erfolgten direkt im Anschluss an das Gespräch und die Ergebnisse wurden mit Herrn Dr. Holten Jr. besprochen. Beide Doktoren wirken äußerst kompetent und nehmen sich Zeit um ein Problem von allen Seiten anzuschauen. Natürlich ist das mit ein wenig Wartezeit verbunden. Ich war zum ersten Mal in dieser Praxis und vom Hereintreten bis zum Stuhl im Sprechzimmer habe ich etwa 40 Minuten benötigt. Finde ich für wen wildfremden und unangemeldet auch noch echt in Ordnung. Das Praxisteam empfand ich ebenfalls als nett und zuvorkommend. Zugegeben, der Ton war etwas bestimmend, aber wenn ich mehrmals am Tag auf die gleichen Dinge hinweisen müsste und dazu auch noch gelegentlich Gegenwind erfahren, würde meine Stimmung deutlich anders aussehen. Mein Eindruck ist hier ganz klar: wie es in den Wald hineinruft, kommt es auch heraus. Alles in allem freue ich mich diesen Arzt gefunden zu haben und müsste eigentlich 1 Stern verteilen, damit dieser in Zukunft nicht überlaufen ist!

Great doctors, highly recommended! Everyone is very nice and patient. The reception and every attendant is great. Our family is in very good hands here.

I have been a patient of this practice for 15 years and I feel very welcomed by every doctor! Time is taken and the diagnosis and therapy are discussed in detail! The Dr. Junior Holten is super friendly and knows a lot about his subject! I immediately felt comfortable! He has a very empathetic manner and is really a great doctor! Bisher musste ich nicht oft zum Arzt, erst seit diesem Jahr werden die Besuche häufiger. Vor einem Jahr war ich das erste Mal dort. Die beiden Ärzte/innen sind sehr kompetent, freundlichund vertrauensvoll. Die Wartezeiten leider immer etwas lang ohne Termin, dafür nimmt man sich für den Patienten viel Zeit. Ich habe sehr viel Vertrauen und mir wird so gut es geht geholfen. Vielen Dank

I have been a patient at this family doctor's practice, which is run by a committed couple and their son, for 8 years now. The family atmosphere and the competence of the doctors have always impressed me. All three practitioners are not only extremely professionally competent, but also very empathetic. They take the time to listen and always respond sensitively to my concerns. This personal touch makes visiting the doctor a pleasant experience. Particularly worth mentioning is the extremely friendly and helpful staff at the counter. No matter whether it's about making appointments, administrative matters or just a smile - they make a significant contribution to a positive overall impression. Waiting times are usually short and well organized. I often feel like they really put effort into the timing, which makes the process run smoothly. I have been a patient for more than 20 years and always feel like I am in good hands and cared for, and recently I have also been with Junior. It doesn't really matter who you go to, all three are very friendly and competent and the medical assistants and the practice are also great!

Ich gehe seid Jahren zu Frau dr. Platte und bin immer zufrieden gewesen. Sie nimmt sich Zeit für einen und untersucht einen auch richtig. Das Personal ist auch immer freundlich gewesen.

Vorerst Erreichbarkeit ist okay. Die Arzthelferinnen sind freundlich. Was ich absolut aber nicht gutheißen kann sind die fehlenden Behandlungsansätze. Man schildert sein Problem und es wird überhaupt nicht drauf eingegangen. Z.b erwähnte ich das laut Blutdruckmessgerät , der Blutdruck zu hoch ist. Der Arzt keine Reaktion. Zudem habe ich Blutwerte bekommen, in denen hervorgeht das ich unterzuckert bin. Reaktion des Arztes, absolut keine. Blutwerte scheinen in Ordnung zu sein, so seine Aussage. Laut Labor ist das Blutzucker serum bei 41 und ein ! dahinter. Bedeutet für mich im Umkehrschluss, das sollte sich Mal angeschaut werden. Grundlegend ist zu sagen, reine Abfertigung. Keine genaue Betrachtung der Probleme und auch absolut kein Wille sich das aus ärztlicher Sicht genau anzuschauen. Wer gut behandelt werden will bzw auch ernst genommen werden möchte. Sollte diese Praxis meiden.

A very nice practice, no long waiting times. And the junior has always taken a lot of time for me. I also introduced the doctor to my family, first to my girlfriend and then to my mother. Conclusion: I am very happy with Doctor Hans Holten. 👍🏻🙂

It was my first time in the practice for a high-dose infusion of vitamin C. I think it's great that alternative medical treatments are also carried out here. I feel much more alive and my immune system also seems to benefit. I come regularly now
