DANGER!!! This hairdresser is currently trying to have bad reviews deleted by claiming after 5 or 6 years that I was never a customer there. I still stand by my rating and, thanks to the card payment at the time, I can also prove that I was a customer there. My assessment corresponds to what I experienced back then. Of course I can't judge the current quality. But taking action against legitimate criticism in this way seems, at least to me, extremely dubious. Hairstyle OK, but not worth the price. In the hope of getting a few suggestions and perhaps trying out a new hairstyle, I chose a more expensive hairdresser, partly because of the promise that they would take 30 minutes more time than usual to advise new customers. (according to the website) The first negative point was that my hairdresser seemed very insecure herself. In my opinion, for the price (27€ men's hairstyle) you can expect that the person knows what they are doing and conveys it. When asked what she would recommend me to do with my hair, the recommendation came: shape it. When further questions were asked about certain things (e.g. undercut, with transition or without) and whether it had any effect if you had very thin hair that lay pretty flat without gel, the standard answer was: A matter of taste. In my opinion, real advice looks different. In the end we agreed that she would cut my hair the way I usually have it (i.e. shape it). That worked well! (Not every hairdresser can do it) That's why the two stars. It may be that there are better hairdressers in the store, but anyone who advertises quality and advice on their website should make sure that all employees can implement this.

I always received great advice during my visits to this salon and also felt very safe in these uncertain times. The hygiene concept practically starts at the door and is strictly adhered to throughout. Both hairdressers I have work really well and are extremely nice and accommodating. You also quickly notice whether I feel like having small talk today or whether I need some peace and quiet and a bit of a feeling of wellness. You can just tell that they have had great training and that they have mastered their craft. I finally have the feeling that I am being well advised with my - sometimes not very simple - wishes and that the result is convincing. Yes, it's not exactly cheap, but for this good service and this result I'm happy to pay a few euros more and feel good afterwards.

I have never been as happy after a visit to the hairdresser as I was after this one. I received great advice and Lisa took enough time to explain everything to me. I got a new appointment straight away. I can only recommend.

I have been going to the Rottmann Salon for more than 20 years, and always to Ms. Gövert. I'm absolutely thrilled with the haircut she always gives me, and I always enjoy having a good chat with her. I will continue to go there forever, I can't imagine a better hairdresser.

Both the employees and the salon exude a feel-good atmosphere. Good advice and even better service (balayage and cutting) definitely speak for a repeat. Ms. Bianca Hanke was very friendly and mastered her craft. I would love to come back.

I went to Bianca's on Frauenstrasse and I'm sooo happy with my hair! I finally have a beautiful, cool blonde, exactly the way I always wanted it, no more yellow tint and my hair is also well cared for! Plus a great calligraphy cut, so my hair falls really nicely. The service is great, Bianca gave me good advice and was very friendly :-)

A huge thank you to Bianca Hanke, who created a really beautiful new hairstyle for me with the Calligraphy Cut. I showed her a photo of how I imagined my hair to be and it actually turned out exactly the same. I have natural curls that are really difficult to manage. I felt very comfortable!
