Simply wonderful place to stop for the night on your journey. Food was delicious, and big portions, roasted of with mustard and schnitzel with fries were yum. My 2 dogs were also welcome and they felt like at home right away. Customer service was to notch, and hotel staff was super nice. I would definitely come back after lockdown when the pub is open. There are also beautiful views form the walking paths around the area, which is great for me and my doggos. I hope to come back soon, thank you

Gastronomy with heart and soul! A small jewel in the tradition of hearty and down-to-earth hospitality with a great landlord. A view like in Switzerland: mountains and forests. A very cosy beer garden like in Munich away from the meadows. Food that is plentiful and delicious. Very clean and lovingly decorated in many details. And a wonderful and friendly service round off this impression. Bielefeld has city marketing thanks to just such traditional innkeepers! It was lovely and we will certainly not have been there for the last time.

Dogs allowed. Good breakfast and dinner. Clean and nice bathroom. Forest for trekking closeby to walk the doggo. Wifi reaches well the rooms.

It was perfect. The rooms are not high standard but it is ok. Food perfect, staff very friendly. I definitely recommend to stay.

What a surprise it was, when we started our conversation, first in German, and owner started continued in Croatian shortly after😀. Since I am croatian, was glad to hear mother language in NRW german region. Really nice nature around hotel, warm and pleasant welcome, tasty dishes and friendly staff. Will definetely visit again, next year.

Excellent hotel and restaurant. Personal service like no other. Recommended the dish in the photo and it was superb. We had a very comfortable apartment with the kids and dog. It was perfect. Forest nearby too for walks. The complimentary brandy with the owner afterwards was the icing on the cake.
