Service
is
different.
I
feel
left
alone.
The
company
car
has
been
in
the
workshop
since
Tuesday.
The
exhaust
system
should
be
checked
(according
to
the
display).
The
oil
would
be
too
old
and
since
the
service
would
be
due
in
6000
km,
not
only
the
oil
change
but
also
the
service
would
be
ordered.
Called
on
Thursday.
The
car
is
not
finished.
Nail
in
the
tire.
But
they
don't
call
me,
they
call
my
boss,
even
though
I
had
provided
my
contact
details
so
that
I
could
order
the
repairs
quickly
and
have
them
done.
Now
it's
Friday
4
p.m.
and
the
tire
is
supposed
to
arrive
today.
Sorry,
the
tire
dealer
I
trust
got
the
black
round
one
within
one
working
day.
Since
the
warranty
and
extension
have
now
expired,
I
will
visit
the
competitor
for
future
services.
Basically,
I
feel
like
a
supplicant
in
this
car
dealership,
not
a
customer.

the

Unfortunately
the
car
had
problems.
Called
customer
service
and
had
a
very
friendly
phone
conversation.
The
vehicle
was
brought
in
for
service
and
received
very
nicely.
The
repair
acceptance
was
also
fantastic.
Our
foreign
minister
would
say
the
service
has
turned
360°...
but
since
I
paid
attention
at
school,
I'll
stick
with
180°.
The
repair
was
completed
quickly
and
I
am
extremely
satisfied.
I
would
be
very
happy
to
send
my
