It has a great selection of beautiful watches. A bit expensive but I believe it is worth the price. Very nice looking store, staff are friendly and when I went in to get a chain link in my fossil watch removed they did it quickly and for free.

Yesterday we bought total 7 ( 6+1) watches from Fossil store at Köln. We are really happy with our shopping experience. Very supportive sales team! Both Eddie and Ayse were so helpful. They showed us many options to choose. Very humble and friendly.

I came to this store to ask if they could repair my watch for the second time, because it came back after 8 weeks and it was still not repaired (all this happened in France). The enchanting man who worked at the store replaced my watch with an entirely new model of my old watch (I still had over a year of guarantee on this watch). This made my day! Thank you!

Convenient location. The store has a good selection of watches. Service is just friendly, professional and helpful. One of the best customer service I have had in Germany.

The lady who served us was very helpful, changed the battery in a smart watch while we waited even though normal procedure would mean waiting a couple of days. A big thank you.

I came to the store for a Christmas shopping. Stuff were very loudly chatting all the time with each other, laughing like at some bar. Nobody asked me if I need assistance so I left the store. I’ve never seen something like that before. I won’t come back 👎🏻
