I
was
there
on
New
Year
to
start
of
the
year
with
my
partner
in
a
relaxed
way.
It
was
a
present
for
my
recent
birthday.
Although
the
location
and
spa
is
really
nice
-
it
was
not
exactly
what
we
expected
in
terms
of
service.
Especially,
the
restaurant
experience
was
horrible.
Our
quiche
was
burned
and
when
we
asked
about
it
-
we
got
the
answer
that
it
is
supposed
to
look
like
this
because
it
gets
reheated
in
the
oven.
Later,
when
we
went
back
to
have
dinner
the
story
continued.
The
potato
soup
was
burned,
too.
As
we
had
to
wait
for
the
replacement
of
the
soup,
our
appetize
was
gone.
Our
main
courses
took
forever
and
when
we
decided
to
cancel
the
order,
they
were
served.
The
sides
of
the
fish
(Wirsing)
inedible
because
of
too
much
salt
and
the
salad
was
swimming
in
the
salad
sauce.
We
like
to
go
out
and
eat
and
we
understand
that
things
can
happen,
however
the
way
they
treated
our
complain
(30%
discount
on
the
mains
we
hadn’t
eaten)
was
ridiculous.
It
is
actually
a
pity,
because
the
spa
itself
is
nice
and
there
are
not
many
alternatives
around,
but
if
you
go
there
to
relax
and
enjoy
and
pay
a
pretty
high
price
-
you
expect
to
be
served
and
treated
better.
But
judge
for
yourself!
