The tour through the small old mining house takes you back in time. A lot of things still seem familiar (from grandma). If you are interested in the history of what it was like back then, the small donation for the tour is quickly forgotten. I really enjoyed the tour and would like to do it again with my children. Just to show you how good they have it these days. The great thing about the tour is that the mine house is not too big and the tour is over after about 40 minutes. Also ideal for children.

Today we visited the miner's house. One half of the building describes the working methods underground. The other half shows the housing and life of a miner's family in the 1920s and 1930s. The club members described the exhibits with a lot of passion and gave us a vivid impression of life and work at that time. The basement has been converted into a tunnel to give an impression of working underground. We can only recommend the visit.

If you want to get an impression of the life of a miner's family, you should take a look at this house. Many exhibits from the middle of the last century.

A “must” for every Ruhrpottler. Deja vu is awakened here and the young generation should definitely get to know this cultural asset. It's good that there are still contemporary witnesses who spread their knowledge.

Very informative tour by Mr. Süper. It's a good thing we don't live like that anymore 🤣
