A great single store multi floor shopping experience. Clothing for the whole family, household goods. A nicely stocked toy store next to the restaurant upstairs. A good selection of jewellery and watches. General stationary or a high quality gift. The spaciousness and accessibility makes shopping non arduous.

Perhaps one of my worst reviews. I just left this location and will NEVER return! My husband and I tried desperately to get assistance from in-store staff to be scarfed at by two individuals that were standing around chatting. They acted very nasty and refused to assist. The funny thing is that I was really only trying to ask where to EXIT the store. One of them backed up so quickly she almost fell down as though I had a disease. I know its Corona Virus times but she was wearing a mask and so were we. We were also several feet away from her and speaking clear enough that all she had to do was point our way to the door. Wow! What nasty attitudes. Sorry but they forever lost my business and furthermore, the parking to get to this location is horrible. No need to try to get to this site only to experience such poor customer service. No, I do NOT recommend this location.

Large, clean, organized departments. Unfortunately very unfriendly store personal and that makes a difference between future visits or purchasing on-line!

No wonder they are going bankrupt. I saw something in the store that was 50% more expensive than galeria website itself which is already overpriced compared to the rest of places. No the item was not on sale and this is not the first time that it is happening in this store. The nice employee already offered to come to the Kasse with me. But no thank you.

Schon sehr ausgesuchte Ware. Hinken meistens dem Trend etwas hinterher. Angeblich darf das Personal den Kunden nicht ein kleines Stück im Preis entgegen kommen. Auch bei nicht so hochwertiger Ware kein entgegen kommen.

In die Jahre gekommen. Leider kann ich nicht viel mehr dazu sagen. Unten am Eingang bekommt man einen schwall heißer Luft ins Gesicht, gemischt mit dem dicken Parfümgeruch sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten ist die Auswahl gut und die Preise sind in ordnung.sn kann zum Teil ordentlich Schnäppchen bekommen. Die Toiletten sind uralt geworden aber die Reinigungskraft ist sehr freundlich und nett. Generell ist das Personal höflich und gut ausgebildet.

You can find many things here, cloths for men und women, stationary, toys for children, shoes, bags and so many others, I would say every things one would need could be found here.

Zeichnen die Ware falsch aus und geben sie Ware dann zu dem neuen Preis nicht raus, weil die Kasse das nicht buchen kann. Geht garnicht. Der Laden wird immer schlimmer.

Ich möchte wirklich dort einkaufen, aber es geht leider nicht. Beispiel Kinder-/Teenagerkleidung. Ein einziges Durcheinander. Qualität, Struktur und Auswahl eine Katastrophe. Bei C&A oder H&M läufts besser. Waren schon so oft da und immer wieder flott geflüchtet. Ihr habt doch Platz, Name und Lage, warum macht Ihr es Euch kaputt?

Einfach Alles ist viel zu teuer. Selbst beim Spielzeug für Kinder wird hier draufgeschlagen. Man kann vieles um einiges Günstiger in anderen Geschäften oder Online kaufen. Das meiste an Personal( vor allem das weibliche) schaut die Kundschaft sehr arrogant und von oben herab an.

Ja es geht dem Ende entgegen.Das haben die Bosse sich selbst zuzuschreiben. Diese System passt halt nicht mehr.Die Mitarbeiter, die sehr lange dort gearbeitet haben, tun mir leid.So was haben sie nicht verdient .Habe auch mal dort gearbeitet.Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in meinem Berufsleben. Macht's gut Kollegen.
