Terrible service. I couldn’t believe how rude the woman at the front was to my partner and I. We pulled in the disability parking (my partner is disabled) and she told us to never park there again, without even asking if we had a plate or pass first. Didn’t even apologize when he explained that he was disabled. Who does that? Their food and coffee is always so inconsistent too, not worth it. I recommend supporting one of the many coffee shops around here instead.

Doesn't offer enough sugar free flavors. Discontinued SF Toasted Almond, the only one I really liked. Online menu shows ZERO SF flavors. Regular coffee is crazy expensive and doesn't taste that great. Ordered a latte once and got half a cup of coffee with a little froth on top. Stopped going. Sad face. I loved the toasted almond frozen coffee in the Summer.

I'm allergic to dairy.... I asked for cream cheese on the side. I can have a little bit but not that mound of cream cheese. I'm so tired of this dunkin not listening to what the customers ask for. Is it that hard?

Went to get a DoorDash order employee told me “Next time can you park anywhere but the handicap spot” and I said I had a disabled veteran plate. She said “K”. Super disrespectful.

I love coming to my local Dunkin! They’re always so friendly, and make my drinks with cute little designs! Makes my day every time I come through!!

Dropped by both days I was in town. My Brown sugar cream cold brew and caramel frozen coffee were a treat. Flavor profiles & consistency on point.

Donuts were delicious as always and the girl that waited on us was absolutely outstanding. Very friendly and professional And did a great job begging up the ice for us.

The staff were all really friendly! The chorizo and egg wrap was spicy deliciousness. The donuts were all on point with frosting and freshness. Definitely recommend this location!

I’ve been in the area for 5 months training.. came here almost every single day. Not only is the staff friendly & inviting.. they are professional, polite, fast. Never got my order wrong. Always told me to have a good day & even started making convo with me because I came so often🤣 best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been too. I travel a ton & no dunkin knows how to make my coffee the way Rhinelander does. Dunkin should be proud of the staff they have at this location. I wish I got all the names of the employees I met while in town but I only saved a few receipts. Saman, Danielle & Faith.. keep being awesome people❤️

I had a sip refresher and I wasn't aware that it was different flavors and I ordered a mango peach strawberry pink dragon and Thaylen, the cashier told me that it was different flavors but said if I wanted he could make it all together. He was very friendly and professional. I also ordered a pumpkin donut which was very good. The drink was very good also. They have a relaxed dining setting with 2 leather chairs.

This has been the third time I have had issues ordering on the app and submit a ticket and nobody reaches out. I've requested refunds twice and all I get is points that don't add up to the money I spent on products. I tried to give Dunkin another chance and never again. If management would like to reach out to explain why I'm not getting refunded for items I never received that would be great! Don't waste your time and money on this establishment, unless you are okay giving money out and not receiving anything!!

Very short staffed at our visit today. My latte was not hot, waited a long time for it. The donuts did not taste fresh. There was one person working the drive through and counter..he was doing his best and I give home props for working!

Picked up some donuts for a small celebration. I tried some stuffed biscuits And chocolate chip crescent rolls and was not impressed with either of them. Donuts are always good.

French vanilla ice coffee never taste the same. It's awful. I used to be a regular. Now I am just throwing money away when I do go there which isn't often. Very disappointed

I purchased a 12 pack variety of donuts for my staff. I picked them up around 6:30 p.m. I was told they were fresh. Definitely three-day-old donuts! Hard as a rock!

I love Dunkin, but Rhinelander’s Dunkin is lacking so bad lately. I don’t know what has changed, but the espresso always tastes burnt now & if you order a frosted long john, there is only a tiny bit of frosting across the center & they always seem like they have been sitting out & are hard even when you go early in the morning. I went to Dunkin in Wausau last week & it was the complete opposite, the espresso was delicious & the donut had frosting all the way to the edges & was so soft. Whoever runs the Dunkin in Wausau should really come help get this one back into shape because currently it is really disappointing.

Not a Dunkin person at all, but needed a quick caffeine infusion during shift. Ordered a hot chai tea latte which was just warm, and also tastes awful. Maybe I'm just used to the Starbucks one? Regardless, not returning. Also, a $1 charge for non-dairy milk is insane considering the tiny amount that goes in a drink.

I’m not one to complain, but this place is horrible! My drink never tastes like what I actually order. I finally found a decent thing I like there- a simple hot latte. Ordered that today and big surprise, I’m driving along and take a sip of what tastes like watered down coffee with a splash of vanilla. My breakfast sandwich came squished, I’ve gotten donuts in a bag upside down so the frosting all sticks to the bag (the little amount of frosting that’s even on them). I won’t be back. Bring on Starbucks.

Sam is an outstanding manager and needs a raise! My Dad and I came by in the afternoon for donuts and coffee on a cold day. She was extremely courteous, kind, and gracious when we were having gift card issues. Highly recommend this place for having excellent staff and service.

the employees are the worst they get super impatient and are short tempered, they alway run out of some drink, the food is always disappointing, and the donuts taste they are depressed

Dirty.... place needs a thorough cleaning, one staffer in the AM gives drive up customers priority..wait for 10 min @ walk in counter.. while dining watched other walk- ins wait Was a frequent customer don't think I'll be going back for awhile... Management needs to look at the staffing situation with a closer eye.. I understand the shortage of help but when you are looking for a quick breakfast and have to get to work you don't want to be waiting that long...This has been a problem for a while... hence my poor review...
