    If I could rate this place a zero I would. I’m absolutely sick that a restaurant of any kind could stay this bad this long. This is like one of those gag restaurant’s where they are purposely disrespectful, mess up your order, and have no cleanliness standards. Stopped by at 9:05 to pick up my mobile order and their door sign says 10pm inside closes. Not sure if it’s nine or ten because I asked 5 employees all of which blatantly ignored me. As I then waited behind ten cars when I finally got to the window the girl handed me wrong order and had the gall to give me attitude when I said it wasn’t my order. If this was a one off situation I’d understand but the rule when going to this restaurant is you will receive awful customer service and mistakes on your order, the exception is receiving excellent service and a correct order. If this is a franchise the franchisee should be ordered to sell this location back to McDonald’s or to a franchisee who can run a good restaurant. If it is a corporate location then McDonald’s should be ashamed of a 13% approval rating and simply just an awful restaurant. UPDATE 8/24: So the issues of speed of service have not gotten any better but the employees, even the ones who had attitude issues before have been much better as of late. But I’m order to mask still awful drive times they are pulling 4-6 cars at a time past the drive thru and having their food walked out to them.

    They messed my order they gave small fries instead of a small sprite I clearly said a small sprite but I guess whoever was taking orders didn’t listen currently and I also ordered 4 cheese burgers and the 4th burger didn’t come with a mf meat so I was stuck with a bun, pickles, ketchup and cheese

    So for my bday, I decided to get my reward from the app. I got a large iced coffee. No joke, getting coffee is a hit or miss. Yet, I was surprised with today’s brew which was near to perfection. I guess today I got lucky, and my order was so delicious.

    Don’t order from this location through food delivery apps. I’ve never received my complete order from here. Today they didn’t give us our McMuffin combo, and no syrup or utensils for our Deluxe Breakfasts. This is a persistent issue with this place, and it’s clear the management and employees have no desire to address it. I’ll just have to order from locations farther away, because I (and you) will always be guaranteed mediocre service here.

    This very short cashier with blondish hair is always yelling at my friend, we just try to order our meal and shes right there yelling when we’re trying to pay, very unprofessional. Not the first this has happened.

    PSA: If you enjoy paying full price for something and only receiving 50%, come get your fries here 🍟 I live close by and have never had the satisfaction of a full carton of fries at this location. Everything else seems to be okay. Every once in a while you'll see an unhoused person in the drive thru but you can give them cash or shoo them away. All depends on you. They're pretty chill. The staff is very friendly. I have a suspicion that the manager pays some overhead, and therefore, he/she is not letting me get my fries. I hope that's not the case.

    Worst, terrible cold food. very disappointed, Ordered curbside waited several minutes. No one came out, had to go through Drive thru to pick up order after that. Food was terrible, cold, hard and soda's watered down.

    There must be a bunch of ignorant people who don't know how to read or follow instructions. They put the bottom bread upside down on my quarter pounder with cheese. We asked for extra onion abd they don't put any onion, even though it's clearly marked special.

    Very un professional.. they messed up my order not once but twice .. so then I tried to resolve the problem by calling the number that’s on the receipt. But number is out of service . I’m a very big fan of McDonald’s and I have never had this problem . Staff is very unprofessional. These were the staff that were making the mistake a laughing matter .

    They close drive thru at 9pm and after that it’s really hard to get food the drive thru line always takes more than 30 mins . I’ve worked at Mcdonalds and this is unacceptable . There’s a time limit on how long you should have cars in the drive through !!!! I hope the night Mcdonalds shift gets fixed I’m always disappointed it should never take more than 20 mins to get just two mcchickens and fries

    It angers me that McDonald's workers are demanding high paying wages when they can't even do their job requirements. McDonald's on Riverside and Baseline is the worst when it comes to receiving your full order! Always forgetting my drinks, even condiments. They have absolutely zero work ethic and integrity! It's even worse when you order thru GrubHub, Doordash, etc.

    This is the absolute slowest McDonald's. I have been waiting in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes, and this is after I placed my order, and there are still 3 cars in front of me waiting on their order. This is absolutely ridiculous. The entire store, all managers, employees, franchise owner need to retrain on customer service, wait times, drive thru goals.
