If
I
could
rate
this
place
a
zero
I
would.
I’m
absolutely
sick
that
a
restaurant
of
any
kind
could
stay
this
bad
this
long.
This
is
like
one
of
those
gag
restaurant’s
where
they
are
purposely
disrespectful,
mess
up
your
order,
and
have
no
cleanliness
standards.
Stopped
by
at
9:05
to
pick
up
my
mobile
order
and
their
door
sign
says
10pm
inside
closes.
Not
sure
if
it’s
nine
or
ten
because
I
asked
5
employees
all
of
which
blatantly
ignored
me.
As
I
then
waited
behind
ten
cars
when
I
finally
got
to
the
window
the
girl
handed
me
wrong
order
and
had
the
gall
to
give
me
attitude
when
I
said
it
wasn’t
my
order.
If
this
was
a
one
off
situation
I’d
understand
but
the
rule
when
going
to
this
restaurant
is
you
will
receive
awful
customer
service
and
mistakes
on
your
order,
the
exception
is
receiving
excellent
service
and
a
correct
order.
If
this
is
a
franchise
the
franchisee
should
be
ordered
to
sell
this
location
back
to
McDonald’s
or
to
a
franchisee
who
can
run
a
good
restaurant.
If
it
is
a
corporate
location
then
McDonald’s
should
be
ashamed
of
a
13%
approval
rating
and
simply
just
an
awful
restaurant.
UPDATE
8/24:
So
the
issues
of
speed
of
service
have
not
gotten
any
better
but
the
employees,
even
the
ones
who
had
attitude
issues
before
have
been
much
better
as
of
late.
But
I’m
order
to
mask
still
awful
drive
times
they
are
pulling
4-6
cars
at
a
time
past
the
drive
thru
and
having
their
food
walked
out
to
them.
