My daughter loves this place however I am not the biggest fan as these portions do not fill my apetite. Today just reassured me that I should stay away. Waited about 40 minutes in the drive thru, drove home to realize that I didnt get any sauces nor any straws for my drinks and while taking a bite into my sandwich that was stacked with lettuce I found a bug crawling inside of my sandwich. Disgusting!! Ruined my whole family's apetitie as they had ordered salads for themselves. Needless to say they didnt finish their salads as you can imagine what they were thinking. All bad!!! I did take the sandwich back as I felt that I needed to bring to this to management attention. They refunded my meal however the damage was done. Dont believe me? check out my pictures. Makes me sick thinking about it. Smh 🤮🪲🗑

This place just opened and its the worse location I've been in. It's dirty, stuffy and the line was super long. Me and some folks in line counted ten....yes TEN!..workers just in the front cashier section (not including in the back or as the drive thru window) but only 2 registers open. The bathroom sink water is always scalding hot for some reason...and this location consistently gets our order wrong and leaves is with missing meals. I've entirely stopped going there at all!

Food is pretty good and the service was awesome when we went. The staff kept coming by to see if we needed anything even though this is a fast food restaurant. I thought that was awesome. The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is because of the kids' play area. Our kids went in to play, but it was extremely smelly and reeeeeeeally hot. I know that kids' play areas are normally smelly (especially when they take off their shoes), but it was just too much.

I’ve met the owner a few times and has great customer service. The problem is the staff doesn’t seem to care. Just now I walked in for a pick up and the employees were too busy having personal conversations with one another to even acknowledge I was there. Four employees standing at the entrance talking and three more packing bin boxes next to the pick up line talking to each other as well. My order was wrong for the second time in a row. I asked for the manager and she looked like she didn’t care and was annoyed that I was even bringing this up. The conversation ended with me telling the manager nevermind my complaint and me walking out. Walmart type of customer service.

The food was great as always, but the dining area was a mess. There was trash all over the floors, and all the tables were filthy. I walked past 4 tables that were dirty until I found the least dirtiest of them all. Even then, I had to clean the ketchup and sauce off with napkins. The food was great but it makes me curious on the cleanliness of the kitchen.

The best sandwich is in the chick fil A , normally I don’t like the fast food but in the chick fil a sandwich’s loved , in the location clean and all employees are friendly, the order so fast , don’t need wait , dining or drive through super fast …. Food is nice. The service depends on how busy they are. But for a faith based business. In and Out still has a better customer service. But again depending where you are. The atmosphere is also the same. The one in Rancho Cucamonga needs improvement with service and atmosphere but it's a safe and busy place. Love the salad.

Refused to fulfill my order I placed on the app because I arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes past breakfast. Every other place fulfills breakfast orders as long as they're placed before 10:30. I'm so used to them being kind that their flippant attitude about it was really disappointing. Don't let people order and pay if you're just gonna tell them no when they get there..

I visited the local Chick-fil-A located in Rialto across the street from the beautiful Renaissance Marketplace West Shopping Center. I was well prepared for a long wait in the Drive Thru line, so although it took considerable time to purchase my food, it was well worth the wait. The chicken was hot, and the distinct, light, crunchy batter was the perfect thickness, and density. I enjoyed my morning snack thoroughly. I also used my Gift Card to pay for my (2) Classic Chicken Sandwiches, the Spicy was delicious, and the regular Classic was simply THE BEST!!!

So a few months back I received a moldy gluten-free bun after ordering a grilled chicken club in the drive thru. Got home and realized the bread was moldy. I called and luckily they did reimburse me, but that was about it. I’m currently pregnant so if I would’ve ate it, I would’ve got extremely sick. Just warning people to check their food before eating it.

I had the most absolute best time here. First off, I came in around 3 and this worker, I think her name was Priscilla, and she was just the absolute nicest. She refilled my drink and complimented my hair. And then the other day, this other lovely worker named Bianca was very nice to me when taking my order in drive thru. I’m a regular customer so I’ve begun taking note of all the nice and amazing employees. I think the owner should definitely congratulate these two girls for having such amazing customer service and hospitality. Thank you i will def come back again.

I travel 6 months out of each year. I see a lot of different restaurants. (Sit down and fast food) This Chik-fil-A is an extremely well run place. Clean, friendly, and quick service. All the team members are where they need to be, friendly, work with a smile, and have low stress. Saw the manager or owner dressed in a suit working alongside his team and was impressed how he helped and personally made sure the parking lot/interior was clean and he made the rounds to meet the customers as well. I personally talked with him in the parking lot and told him how impressed I was. Very well run and managed place. Felt safe, and food was excellent, too. Well done, gang! 🏅 👏

Drive thru was relatively quick (and it was semi-busy) service was good and food was made as it should be. No complaints for this location! However, I did try the new peach lemonade smoothie drink? …I did not like it.

My skinless nuggets were cold. I've never had that happen before. I made the server aware, and he bought me another order, but they were only slightly warmer. When I order them, they're always hot. It was totally weird seeing that the place was packed with people inside and out.

Chick-Fil-A never disappoints! Always fast service and smiles! My recent visit I could tell a new employee was working when it came to pay with cash. She seemed a bit overwhelmed but had help with her. I told her, take your time, you'll get it! I made her laugh and feel at ease as she should. This is the closest one to me from APPLE VALLEY, my order was all wrong. I was very disappointed. I order the 12 piece chicken nugget meal which comes with fries and a drink. I then ordered a medium Mac and cheese on the side. I got my order and began to leave the window. I checked my bag it it was 2 fries and not Mac and cheese so I How to get out of my car go to the window informed them that they gave me extra fries instead of Mac and cheese. l was told I would have to get back in line to place an order. When clearly they messed up the order. SMH
