Astounding
bike
park.
The
trails
are
impeccably
well
maintained
and
take
you
to
see
some
brilliant
views.
There's
a
good
combination
of
single
track,
some
technical
sections,
or
if
you
simply
want
to
roll
around,
the
access
roads
are
well
kept
too!
I
went
in
mid
February
after
weeks
of
storms
and
heavy
rain,
the
trails
are
built
so
well
that
there
was
barely
any
water
on
them.
Everything
had
drained
off
perfectly.
Absolutely
passable
even
in
the
wettest
weather.
There's
a
cafe
at
the
trailhead
which
serves
food
and
drinks
-
much
needed
post
ride.
Prices
are
pretty
reasonable
to
be
fair.
£2.50
for
a
cappuccino.
They
have
some
bike
parking/storage
outside,
sadly
you
can't
keep
an
eye
on
the
bikes
from
the
cafe.
I
decided
mine
was
too
expensive
to
risk
leaving
so
put
it
back
in
the
car.
There's
also
a
hose
to
give
the
bike
a
quick
rinse
-
pretty
essential
given
the
Northwest's
interesting
weather
choices.
I'd
recommend
anyone
in
the
area
has
a
go.
The
classic
'The
8'
is
a
must!
I'm
already
planning
my
next
visit
this
weekend!
-
PS.
Parking
is
£3
for
the
whole
day,
or
£1.50
for
an
hour.
I
wish
there
was
a
third
option
somewhere
but
heyho.
It's
quite
an
old
parking
machine
so
you'll
need
change
with
you.
Non
of
this
contactless
magic!
