Good, very helpful massage, also suitable for problem areas. Very pleasant and soothing and relaxing. Pleasant atmosphere and nice shop. The sugar peeling also leaves skin clear and soft. Therapist is very nice, very sensitive and friendly. Good music that is relaxed and very harmonious.

There's probably not much more to say... the treatment with the nail arrow was very painful, my finger kept getting cut. The result also leaves something to be desired. The work was done uncleanly, the structure of the nails is irregular, the shape is unsightly and totally uneven. Absolutely not recommended!!!

General appointment request via 11880 for a nail salon appointment and written that I would please not be contacted by an Asian nail salon as I have had bad experiences in the past. (as a note: I am cosmopolitan and not racist) The appointment was made with a German woman. ..when I arrived at the studio I was disabused. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes, then I got dressed again and left.

I bought a voucher through Groupon and redeemed it here. Attention: It's best to print out the voucher and take it with you to show! The face mask was very good for me and afterwards my skin was very fresh and super soft again. Plucking my eyebrows was also fine. Ms. Hien was super nice :-)

Very friendly and nice foot massage. However, nails were not cut, which surprised me a bit.

Unfortunately very unfriendly. Was there with a Groupon voucher. I understand that you don't make much money from it, but it's still a service. In any case, this is not how you attract new customers. The lady was overwhelmed with Groupon's online system for redeeming the voucher, which was passed on to the customer in terms of mood. The treatment only took 40 minutes instead of 60 minutes and was very rough, sometimes even painful (something I don't know from a court hearing). Hair removal is unpleasant (it's in the nature of things) but also ineffective. Half of the hair was still there at the end! I can't recommend it.

So I can't understand the bad reviews. I had eyelash extensions done and I am very satisfied with the result and the service. I immediately booked another treatment for the next visit. In my opinion I can only recommend it...

It started when we had to wait because she wrote down the wrong time. But when she asked by phone she came. Despite prior agreement regarding purchased Groupon vouchers, no preparation was made. The door was open the entire time during the treatment. The noise from the street kept attracting the lady's attention. Overall I found it very uncomfortable. And about the pedicure: a disaster. I've never seen anyone clip their nails so far. Three hours later I felt a really unpleasant feeling in my toes. Nail polish that peels off after two days also shows no quality. I can only hope that the nails will grow back soon without growing in.

The instruments are not disinfected, my fingernails look bad. Rotating files were used to remove cuticles, leaving deep notches in the nails. At the end, money was demanded for additional services without consultation. I am very disappointed.

I went to a Manicure which I had never done before and I was a bit nervous but I got great information and good service for a very reasonable price. I would definitely come back

I was there with my wife and it was far too much money for the service that would be provided. The work would be done uncleanly. The nails were uneven and crooked. She even cut her finger while filing and it became infected. Then something would be told to us when it wasn't even told beforehand that she would be charged €30 for the weighing alone. I am more than disappointed that I would be charged €80 for this poor service. That was the first and last time we went there. We're looking for a decent nail salon.
