This Jack in the Box is hit or miss. I visit here often for lunch while at work and sometimes the tacos are awesome like they should be but about half the time you get something less than desired. The other day I got tacos and most of them were half filled at best. And if you order multiple tacos (I ordered 8 on this day) make sure you check how many hot sauce packets they give you at the drive thru. I didn't and even though I got 8 tacos, I only was given 3 saucr packets. I would hope for at least one per taco but mostly I don't want to pay for a taco and only get half of one. Kitchen needs to do better! They are rushing these too much and not caring enough about how they make the food. I remember you used to go to jack in the box and everything would be fresh and that's why the line took so long, now you get through the line faster but the food seems like it was made a half hour ago sometimes. Got to add a new update to this, went here today and got tacos again and they tasted awful. They had this charred taste that was like eating off an extremely dirty and burnt grill. I will update that the tacos have been filled with proper amounts of beef since my last review but I would have rather had half filled tacos that were edible. I'm sure someone just didn't clean the cooking surface well enough because I've visited here many times and never had tacos taste like this but today they were just gross. Burnt grill surface is not a good topping.

I drove by this location to pick up some food for my sister. I made sure all the food was in the bag before leaving , little did I know that the tacos I ordered for her had lettuce and nothing else. Who the hell does this by the time we noticed I had dropped off the food and left to work. Thank you for ruining her lunch.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST jack in box I've been to. Everyone I have gone to is so down hill and they always get my order wrong. Everyone here greeted me as I walked in, everyone was smiling, the food is freshly made, got my food fast, lots of drink choices and they arent stingy on their condiments. Definitly stopping here more often on my way home from work. Props to this jack in the box for excelling all the others and standing out.

This jack in the box has by far been the best I’ve been to in Texas! My fries were fresh and the drive thru guy was very polite to my husband. He offered something else if the item we wanted wasn’t in stock. 10/10 being a Monday morning at 1am !

Most all of Jack In the Box fast food places are the same cookie cutter however they do have a special that is affordable for every one where as many burger places charge more than a meal?

The cashiers at night are very rude. I go there several times a week after work which is very late. As soon as you pull up you are met with a bad attitude at the drive thru menu. They're mad that you came there so late... But yet they're open late. I got to the window.. The cashier handed me my food, said your welcome in a rude tone and slammed the window in my face. I literally did no have a chance to say thank you.

Nope. Just bit into my Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich to find a hair cooked into the egg and another hair just in the sandwich. I am disgusted and cannot believe that happened. This has been my last experience here. Will NOT be eating here again!
