I ordered the boneless chicken in the secret sauce and honey garlic. I didn’t really care for the secret sauce, it was a weird flavor to me. The honey garlic was okay. The kimchi fried rice was really flavorful. I didn’t like my egg being running when I clearly requested well done. The honey garlic chicken was fried perfectly but I wish the secret sauce chicken was fried a bit longer. I still plan on exploring other flavors and food options, more likely during HH or lunch.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!, the worst bbq chicken I have tasted!!!!! It was overcooked. I usually eat at the one on Preston their chicken is always fresh, delicious, and hot!!!! I heard there was one located in my Richardson so I decided to go there. It felt like about 40 minutes' wait time, but I didn't complain because I thought it would be fresh. I was in rush to go and run an errand. When I had a minute to eat on my way I was so disappointed the food was so overcooked I was so disappointed 😞 I will not be back again !!!!!!! BBQ in Richardson please hire people who will present your brand with the best quality that you have entrusted them to do. Very disappointed customer

We for lunch yesterday with co-workers. There were 15 of us, so we were able to try several flavors & appetizers. The soy garlic, honey garlic, & secret sauce were definite favorites. The kimchi fries were also popular too. The portions are massive so we all had to go boxes. We will definitely be going back frequently.

Everything was good, except the cheesling fries (just not my favorite), but I loved everything else. I don't like radish, but oh, I love theirs! It's so good!! Rose fish cake thing was my favorite! Well, portion. It's definitely pricey, but you get what u pay for. I'll be ordering again maybe once a month. Since it's 45 minutes away.

Pleasant service and amazing food! The chicken was crispy and juicy. They have the best sweet potato fries I’ve tasted in a while. Definitely will be coming back!

They suck. The wings were too crunchy and over breaded. The staff asked dumb questions. Very dirty and smelly as well.

We usually order to gos and enjoy our movie night with Korean chicken. My favorite flavors are cheesling and secret sauce. Definetely try their radish!

Never come back I ate a lot of Korean BBQ Chicken chains and never had any issues about food and service. Andy H is a worst server ever since I went to this chain’s restaurant. Andy worn a long sleeve gray uniform. No greeting customer, no customer dining when we here and Andy let us seat near by restroom. We moved to booth seat and he came in said “ hey, next time ask before you move “ and leave. What’s the…..? There are plenty tables in restaurant and only us here why we can’t move. My friend said that table was by A/C and so cold so we move. Andy angry and walked away. He brought wrong orders and we called him for take it back . He took chicken back and no say anything. No refill water or even ask how was food 😡😡😡 I saw many bad reviews and I feel so bad for all customers waste time and money with this service. If you don’t like this job , you could find other job with your hobby and passion that you will have more motivation to work and make money. Customer service need a warm welcome and smile with customers that customers will return and support. This place could affect other places with bad reputation. Food was bad and sill pink inside, cheese power was smell bad like mold and I and my friend had diarrhea right after ate. I don’t think managers care about customer review and I will report to headquarters. We don’t want give any tip because no service but we have to give it as cultural tip. This place need to be focused on training employees, food, and customer services. Awesome sit-down restaurant environment with great service and incredible fried Chicken. 10/11/23 I got whole chicken with secret sauce. 😋
