    This place is absolute garbage. I placed an order for delivery at 12:16PM that was supposed to deliver by 12:46PM. I call at 115PM because I don’t have my order, someone answers at tells me they say on their end it should be delivered by 130PM. I wait until 145PM to call again, I get no answer. I drive over to Pizza Hut and their doors are locked and lights are off. I try calling again and get someone from customer service who tries to transfer me back to the store, which doesn’t answer. I call again 3x more times and customer service keeps transferring me to someone else and no can refund me for the pizza. While I’m doing this, a guy comes out of the Caribou with coffee and a snack and lets himself into Pizza Hut. I try to shout to get his attention but he either didn’t hear me or ignored me. I ran to the door and knocked on it, he saw me and kept walking away and didn’t answer the door. In the 15 minutes I’ve been here I’ve watched more than 5 people try to come get pizza with no success. I just want my money back at this point but I can’t seem to get anyone to do that. 0/5 stars if I could give it.

    Estimated delivery time was 35 minutes. Took over an hour and a half too be delivered less than 1 mile. Both pizzas had the wrong sauce, and they sent cinnamon sticks instead of bread sticks. Called pizza hut customer service and they said they would refund the order and that the store leadership would contact me within 3 business days. No call or email. No refund. Filed a complaint online after a week. Response was I would be contacted by store leadership. Another week has gone by and no refund or contact from store location leadership. Sad excuse for an establishment. Avoid at all cost.

    Probably one of the saddest excuses for a Pizza delivery possible. Ordered Pizza at 7:00pm after 45 minutes we received a text that our pizza was put on doordash for delivery and then taken off of doordash, so we called and they said they would get us the pizza as soon as their stores driver would get it to us within a half hour. 45 minutes later I call back and ask for an update on our pizza, the manager tells us that our bread sticks just came out of the oven and we also ask if our pizza will be fresh. The manager tells us that she will put a new one in the oven and that it will be fresh. At around 8:45 we go down to our apartments lobby to see if it was just left, nope still no pizza. At this point we try calling the store and get met with a busy tone, and then the call would disconnect. long story short a very kind doordash delivery driver picked up our order and to no fault of his own we received 2 cold pizzas and some gross cheesy bread. Both pizzas you can tell sat for well over an hour. I would give zero stars but I have to give at least one to post this.

    Wish there was an option to rate zero stars. Ordered a large order day before for a party..no communication, pizza never showed up! Went to the location and it was closed. There should not be an option to place an order online if the location is closed.

    Ordered at 6:29pm with an estimated wait time of 285-295 minutes and received order at 9:30pm. The restaurant I ordered from is a 15 minute walk from my home. If another store can prepare and deliver the order faster I should have the option to choose an alternate location. I should not have to consider a 30 minute round-trip walk in freezing snowy weather to be a better option than what should be a 4 minute drive to my location

    I placed an order at 10, and have been waiting over an hour and a half. The mobile app tracked the pizza and said it was here. It was never even delivered. I called Pizza Hut 3 times and no answer! My card has been charged as well. I’ll be calling tomorrow when it opens to make sure I get my $$ back.

    Absolutely the rudest people at this Pizza Hut. The guy shows up to deliver my pizza and he’s kicking my door like he’s the police and the sad thing is I have it on camera there’s a camera on my doorbell and there’s a camera directly behind him showing him beating on the door, like the cops, and then turns around and tries to charge me more money. After the fact, I already paid with my credit card stay away from this place.

    I think today just literally ruined my experience with this location…this was nice before, but today I placed an order at 6:20 and it said it’ll arrive between 40-50 minutes. Forty minutes later, no update. 50 minutes, still no update. 1 hour, no update that it’s on the way. 1 hour later, NONE. 1 AND A HALF HOURS LATER, NOT ON THE WAY. TWO HOURS LATER NOT ON THE WAY. NOW NEAR THREE HOURS LATER WITH THE STORE CLOSING AT 10PM WHEN ITS NOW 9PM AND I STILL GOT NOTHING! I felt I had my money and time wasted because I tried to call them about the delivery, but they never picked up the phone and I had to wait on a hungry empty stomach! This was the worst experience of my life!

    Despite always having some type of issue I continued to do business with them. The last straw was when I ordered delivery for my kids while I was not home. My total was 32.23 without tip, I do allow her to add tip, however this time she didn’t, somehow my total was updated to 37.23. I called the store to contest and the person I spoke with said there was a $5 tip. I explained that my daughter confirmed she did not tip. The lady said she would look for the slip and cal me name within 5 minutes, she didn’t. I ended up calling her back and she confirmed she couldn’t find the slip so she was goin to refund the $5. That was on 5/11/23. I still have not received it. I even submitted feedback, all I got was an email on the 20th saying they were further investigating and that they would follow up within 3 days. It’s the 26th. Still nothing.

    The delivery driver extorts money. When you try to be pleasant and kind in understanding how tough it is and they are nothing but rude and awful towards you and asking you for a larger than normal twenty percent tip. This location has become corrupt and will never receive my money again.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had at this Pizza Hut! I ordered 3 pizzas 1 personal pan that was supposed to have light sauce but didn't, 1 medium that was supposed to have light sauce and x cheese but didn't and 1 medium that was supposed to have regular sauce, x cheese but didn't and it was BURNT! IT TASTED HORRIBLE. Eating it was impossible. I would have taken a picture but it was so bad it went right into the garbage.

    The manager and staff were extremely kind and welcoming! Their speed of service was spectacular, the food was hot and delicious, and my order was completed before I arrived to pick it up.

    As with all of the other reviews on here, took an hour and a half for 3 mediums to be delivered close to the store. Timer on the app is flawed and needs to project accurate delivery times.

    Ordered at 10:33pm two large pizzas and a two liter of Pepsi . Told me 50-60 minutes not a soul delivered my food . Seen nothing but bad reviews and everything you see bad about this business establishment is dead on. I will be going to corporate with this .
