Roosevelt Park

Tourist attraction Park

👍👍 Roosevelt Park is pretty great. The playground right next to the parking lot is awesome. I really like the new style merry go round, it can't go "50" mph like the ones of my childhood, but it's extremely engaging. The baseball fields were full, and looked great. The Basketball court was in good co... People often mention park, playground, nice, dogs,

The playground is very small. I think its time to upgrade it. The baseball fields are very nice though.

Awesome that they added a fully fenced dog park! It's a great size (not huge, but not small). It does require registering your dog at Richfield City Hall but that is only $15 per year, and non residents can register and use the park too!

Roosevelt Park is pretty great. The playground right next to the parking lot is awesome. I really like the new style merry go round, it can't go "50" mph like the ones of my childhood, but it's extremely engaging. The baseball fields were full, and looked great. The Basketball court was in good condition, and was getting good use. The tennis courts look like fun. There is a pretty useful concessions stand right next to the playground. Didn't have to look for the bathroom while we were there, oops. I bet that there is one in the concessions stand though.

This is only about the dog park side— If your dog is aggressive, DON’T BRING THEM TO THE PARK! Our dog has been attacked twice and we’ve seen other dogs get attacked. Either be a better owner and monitor and socialize your dog OR DON’T COME

No dogs. Dog flu and heat probably.

Very possessive dogs here I was nervous the whole time, we did not stay long. The space is great

I very much appreciate having an off leash park in Richfield. And it's a nice one, too! Thank you!

Nice playground with a unique version of a Mary go round on tilt. Right now there are Porta potties. Baseball fields. The playground was pretty quiet on a Monday afternoon. Limited seating for parents. I'd bring a chair.

Some of our kids wanted to play tennis and another one or two wanted to play on a playground or climb trees. This park met your criteria. There's not a lot of shade, but we went mid morning so it wasn't too hot. The playground isn't the most exciting, but it worked for what we needed. I don't think we'd come here if we're looking for a playground only.

Roosevelt is a nice "Local"park. No Not big, but we like it and great when you don't have a ton of time. Get to know folks. Easy to get to for us.

Nice place. Wish the playground was bigger and appealed to more ages.

Our favorite dog park to take our large breed pup. People have always been nice and helpful, and the size and the fact that it's fully enclosed makes keeping our dog managed much easier than larger off leash areas. We are thankful for this local addition!

L Shaped dog park. Dog park fence has two sided gates for easy entry. 1/4 is fenced for small dogs. Other 3/4 is for med/large. Onsite poo bags and trash receptacles. There are tennis courts, basketball, and a play area for kids

Very large, fenced and double gated off leash dog park. My dogs had a blast there! My only suggestion is to have access to water. There were only a few others there and although we all brought water jugs, the dogs had it sloppy in short order.
