This place is huge and gorgeous! Lots of things to do here: disc golf, fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking. Many great picture opportunities. There are restrooms and shelters, picnic tables and grills. Lots of camping space. A playground area. The suspension bridge is fun just walking across. Lots of wildlife and flowers. Beautiful views! Well worth checking out! For the Go players, there's at least one Pokestop and one gym. We had a very weak connection there, so not sure if there were more due to loading issues.

Been here 3 times and never have had a bad experience. *edit* just came back a 4th time. At site 88 and it's amazing with all the space. We haven't stayed at the spots where most the RV'S park at, but have had friends who have stayed there and their only complaint is it getting mushy along the treeline.

It was breathtaking, I drove through the hole park, the walking bridge was impressive. I especially liked the dam I will be returning, it was awesome and clean. It is a great place for a picnic.

I grew up just down the street as a kid and been going here for a long time but it's been at least 15 years .. the added many more electric sites which destroyed my favorite non electric site by putting a road through it. But they did add a new shower and bathroom building. The site worker was very nice and helpful. The swimming hole was a bit chunky but low water will do that and it's always been that way. But I had a total of 10 people on our site and we all had a good time.. I will always be back but it's worth a try if ur looking for a spot in the middle of no where

This is a nice little gem of a campground, well maintained and family friendly. Ron, the campground host, was friendly and helpful. The restrooms and showers were clean, well lit, convenient, and there are even laundry facilities available.

Water campsites are great! Beautiful water running through the park and the bridge is a bit wobbly but nice to have. Ice and firewood prices are steep and I'm sure the county knows it too. Spent almost $75 for ice and firewood alone, for 4 nights. On top of $110 just to camp with electric. $185 to camp in a tent for 4 nights!

This is for the 18 hole disc golf course. Course has a nice mix of open and wooded fairways. Lengths generally in the 250 to 375’ range. Concrete t pads. Some multiple toads on certain fairways. Take a picture of the course map to help guide. Hole to hole is pretty intuitive but could use next fairway signage. Course is set in mature forest, scenic with a river flowing by it. Course is pay to play $4/day or can buy annual pass. Overall a fun experience.

Definatly one of my favoritest parks ive spent my weekend camping at. The river is pretty and i like watching the fog roll over it. not abundant in fish and not too ideal for swimming, but definitely a place to go if you wanna be surrounded by nature, friendly people, and animals. I highly recommend this camping site for anyone looking for a getaway, they have clean showers and they spend extra money to buy nicer toilet paper and paper towel than most places do. super awesome prices and spots by the water, once your familiar with them you'll find your favorite one to rent.

The campsites were decent, but some were difficult to navigate with larger campers. Camper size should be indicated for each site. There is not a camp store as they use an honor system for ice and wood. The swimming area is overrun with algea and is not swimmable. The walking trail is not walkable as half the trail is ankle deep in mud and waist deep with weeds. A notice sign would have been nice to know ahead of time.

The swinging bridge is the main attraction for kids. And as it is getting older again since it was redone it is getting less trustworthy and more interesting again 🤣 stay safe out there!

Great county park and campground. Lots of field space for sports, picnic areas, playground, disc golf course, pond swimming hole (no dogs here), hiking trails, swinging bridge, fishing, crayfish catching, etc. Great place for families to camp with on site activities. Really well maintained grounds

Stayed in the campground for three nights. 15, 30, and 50 AMP electric only. No sewer or water. Dump site is nice and not lacking for what is needed for a dump site. Internal roads are narrow so drive slow, but they are black top. Sites 63 through 66 are nice and secluded compared to the northern half of the park, and are great for a group of people. Sites are covered in gravel. Overall happy with the site and location. Nice roads to walk, and sites to see. Many playgrounds for kids. Lots of shoreline for fishing. Onsite disc golf course. Also, there is an onsite Camp Host and Campground ranger. Firewood from outside the park is "Banned." They require firewood to be purchased on site, but the firewood they are selling is junk. All hardwood and soaking wet. As if the maple, oak, and ash was cut on site last week and thrown in the pile. $7 for a rack of wood, which is about 2-3 bundles. Oak is suffering from Oak wilt which brought on the firewood ban, but the park should at least dry the firewood in stacks for a year to get it somewhat dry. Oak needs 2-3 years to be in good shape. But this stuff sizzled and smoldered. Not a pleasant experience. The county should make changes.

It is one of the most beautiful campgrounds in Wisconsin. Great bathrooms with free showers. Laundry facilities on site. Reasonably priced firewood, ice, etc. Huge campsites as well. 20, 30, & 50 all service. No water or sewer hookups. Very nice playground as well.
