I ordered a couple of subs and both were completely wrong. So wrong it seems as though the person didn’t even look at the order and just made whatever they felt like at the time. They had absolutely no care in the world. It was the sloppiest work I’d ever seen. Just plain wrong. The toppings were wrong, the bread was wrong, they weren’t even made very well, like I said, they were absolutely thrown together with such disrespect it was laughable. I can’t think of a worse experience from a grocery store, I’d rather never go here in my life again, than have to order another sub in the future from here and have it wrong again. How hard is it to throw a sub together with the right ingredients and with the smallest ounce of care in the world? And for $10 a sub? I think that is a perfectly reasonable request from a customer to get food prepared properly. It’s just so unfathomably ridiculous the level of care that these people do not have working here. People are hungry, including me, and they want their food how they ask for it, not how the worker carelessly slops together a so-called sub. I had to drive all the way back with them to get a refund. What a ridiculous waste of time and energy even ordering and expecting it to be good. This location continues to either not have the food to prepare a sub, or just plain does it so wrong you’re sick to your stomach.

Normally the seafood department is superb. I think my photos speak for themselves. I'm glad he reweighed it before giving it back to me in this condition this time. The last three times I ordered salmon here steamed it came back partially broken off. Smaller than the piece I picked out before it was cooked. I always order an extremely big piece because I'm hungry. I literally felt bullied when it was handed back to me this way. When it was originally weighed it was 1.3 lbs. Edit: I thought long and hard before leaving this review because I hate leaving negative reviews, but I also need to stand up for myself. I feel like if I were a man I would not have been handed the fish in this condition. I work way too hard for my money to come home from a full-time job, too exhausted to cook for myself for this.

Thank you so much for making my daughter's 5th birthday party perfect by doing her Spongebob cake, because it was absolutely amazing! I specifically went to you because I've always had the best cakes there, but was still nervous that thr cake wouldn't turn out how it looked in the book, but it looked even better and it was delicious! My daughter and husband were absolutely blown away at how awesome it looked. Also everyone at the bakery was so sweet, from the time I made the order to picking it up and I just want to thank you for making my life a little easier while planning our daughters birthday party! We will ABSOLUTELY be back!

Love this location! Friendly and helpful staff, great selection of items to choose from! Make sure to take advantage of the BOGO deals that come out every Wednesday! Great sandwiches and the best chicken tenders at the deli!

This publix has all the essentials that you need to supply the average home. I went to the deli while I was here and requested a vegetarian falafel sandwich and they informed me that they did not have any. Please take note of this if you ever go to the deli. Other than that parking was pretty smooth, finding the groceries that we needed was an easy process and checking out was a breeze.

Absolutely love Publix. Fresh food, awesome bakery, vast selection and deli services. They also do wonders with catering for all ocassions. Nice employees and good pricing.

The store associates are very nice. However, the one star is related to their prices. They are not competitive in the slightest on their product pricing. There was a giant markup on everything. Go the extra block and go to Kroger or half a mile and go to Walmart. Jalapeños is over $2.20 a pound! Lol

I love this Publix! They have an amazing staff, always have items stocked and just enough lanes open. Sometimes I wish they had a little larger selection given the limited space, but overall it is great. Way better than Kroger next door!

Very clean, lots of space and shelves were stocked well. Very expensive market. The cashiers were very nice, an older black woman who loved her job and I conversed while I was checking out. She was a pleasure to talk to. She made check out a nice experience. I said what I said because a lot of young children work in supermarkets and have nasty attitudes. She made me want to come back another day while visiting South Carolina. They also cook food and sell platters. Food was good. Kids and my friend loved it. He is hard to please. This establishment impressed him big time. 👏

Love this store! Clean with big isles where you won’t bump into someone else’s cart because the isles are too small. You can pretty much find just about anything you need. Pleasant store attendants and helpful taking groceries to your car. Highly recommend!

Beautiful supermarket, laid out beautifully with everything I could ever want to buy. They even had religious books, something we never find in our supermarkets in Philadelphia. I liked this Publix, you will too.

The people are so pleasant! EVERYONE spoke and asked if I needed assistance. The store was neat, clean and orderly. They have a lot of BOGO offers however the prices are high! Three stars because I can't understand why 1 pack of chicken wings is $29 still...!

Love this location. You're greeted at the door by a customer service representative. The store is always clean, and items are easy to find. It's a plus that this location has self check out.

I just moved back to SC and had not shopped at Publix before. I love this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. I drive from Sumter a few times monthly to get groceries.

Publix is, in my opinion, the best! Always polite employees who put customers first. The vegetable and fruit sections are always in order and never in disarray. The store is always clean and shelves fronted. You never have to wait in line long as they are quick to open extra registers when lines get large. The pharmacy at this location is top-notch. I transferred my entire family scripts here. My career has me travel a lot, and Publix will not hesitate to transfer my scripts to another Publix closer to my location at that given moment, so I can pick it up when I most need it. If you need food, meds, deli-takeout, cold cuts, etc... Publix is your BEST choice.

Horrible experience, walked in at 8:15pm to order some prosciutto and was told the deli was close. I proceeded to the service desk to speak with a manager, after 15 minutes, one finally arrived. The manager stated the deli section should never close down early. The manager escorts me to the deli section where he proceeds to tell the gentleman, we should never close down early for customers. The young man told the manager he was not servicing me and to write him up. After 10 minutes of the back and forth, a lady comes from the back and takes my order. She slung my meat on the counter, and told me to have a good evening. Publix is to expensive, to have Walmart customer service. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with the Deli department. Management and staff members should never argue in front of customers completely unprofessional.

This is the best grocery store on Two Notch. It's clean, they have the most helpful and friendly employees (especially in the deli and bakery), and the best bread selection in the bakery area. The meat department is also great because they will get you what you need if it's not out in the case. I'm not a seafood person, but they have a fresh seafood counter that looks amazing.

Ordered cake to be picked up at 10 am, was not ready. Had to wait.Held the cake in an angel for my viewing and placed it in my cart. I placed it in my car securely where it would not move. When I got home with the cake it was not centered on the cake board. Front side of the cake was pressed against the box. No it did not slide because there was no icing on the board where it would have slid. It was decorated like that.Thanks alot for ruining my father's 80th birthday. I will never order another cake from you!

Publix grocery stores are high-end looks and services with acceptable prices. I love shopping here, not only for their great weekly sales but I also know that I will find fresh produce and the best bakery around. Try their White Mountain Bread (my favorite) or have a delicious sub made your way. I'm not a fan of grocery shopping, but if I have to, Publix would be my first choice.

In my opinion one of the best Publix I've been to, even while under construction. I go here often for lunch and they hardly ever disappoint. There's always something good even to replace what you may have been looking for. Their salads and subs are great, and the staff in the deli are always friendly. This is my definite go to spot

Huge shoutout to the catering department for pulling off a fairly large order in a just a couple days notice. Everything was great! Always clean with nice selection of everyday necessities. Wish they would add some sugar free options in the bakery section is only area where it is lacking. There are people watching their sugar intake and diabetics such as my husband.

Publix is one of my favorite places to shop for groceries. I can depend on this location to have the items in stock. The cashiers and baggers are friendly and efficient. This location always is sufficiently staffed to ensure you receive the best customer experience.

I shop at this Publix to purchase foood items in the British section. In most shopping visits, I find everything I need. However, I cannot always find the orange coloured Irn Bru carbonated beverage. Is there a reason why it is more difficult to get these sodas than it is other British food items? Please let me know. Thanks. This store is always pristine and clean, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Do not pre-order a sandwich here. I know that the staff is overloaded, and it isn't their fault, but the wait times are ridiculous. I placed an order an hour in advance for pick up at 1230 and I didn't get my sandwich until after 1 because it wasn't ready and I had to wait in their line. It wasn't until I was at the front of the line that they started my sandwich. If you prepaid then you're kinda held hostage unless you wanna count it as a loss. My whole lunch period is now over so I don't even have the time to eat my gd sandwich.

Experience is always great, employees are always nice and attentive, store clean and just a pleasant place to shop. I would like to acknowledge the management in this store. It appears that you work well to make this a good place to work and shop. “Cudos” to you all

FANTASTIC HOAGIES/SUBS/WRAPS! Made to order. Just like Subway but a lot better tasting, and much cheaper! Employees are very polite and overall really good people!

I totally understand the estimates for subs are not guaranteed but offering an online order option is not a benefit to customers if subs not ready in any sort of timely manner. 2 times they hadn't started my wrap. Today my wrap was made but never left prep station so when I'm asked if I checked pickup place. Yes. I did like I always do but I'm disappointed almost every time. And I love Publix and have been shopping at this location for 20 + years. Tighten up please.
