The two ladies at the front are very nice and polite. The negative review is for the schedule problems, being unprofessional, and not caring at all. Had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Daughtrey, get there little early and was told that someone else was scheduled at my appointment time after I was already scheduled. Instead of telling the other person who was scheduled after me to come back at a different time/date, I was the one who was sent home. Extremely unprofessional and shows how little they value their patients. That was an hour round trip. Waste of my time and gas money.

Dr. Nunez is amazing but the woman at the front desk is extremely rude she's violates patients privacy by talking extremely loud almost in a purposeful way. She has no interest in helping others I had to go to the supervisor twice. She will just turn you away if you don't make her job easy. All the other front desk ladies were willing to help. And seems like she has a reputation for being rude because I'm not the only one that has come to an unpleasant experience with her.

Came for an appointment in June because I was experiencing an arthritis flare up and dealing with severe depression and anxiety. I have been to get x-rays, had 2 appointments with behavior health, schedules for a mammogram, and a pap smear. Not once have I gotten any kind of help for the physical pain or any idea if there is anything they can do to help. Yesterday, Aug 10th, My therapist happened to know that "things are in the works" for my appointment on AUGUST 24TH!!!!! How long before I can get true help!!!! The only help I was offered was to go into a hospital to be evaluated?!?! Now the cops are being sent to my house everyday!?! This is real helpful, thanks for treating my anxieties while we're at it. Treating myself with Kratom cause unlike these people, IT ACTUALLY DOES SOMETHING TO HELP!!!!!

Closed for 'training', service is terrible. Does not require the experience or knowledge to properly diagnose and/or treat per diagnosis. It is the main provider for Tricare care, but so many times we've had to use an urgent care or ER that will properly use medical procedures and treatment required. I strongly urge whom ever is in charge of this place to restructure.

Arrived to clinic at 1300hrs. Information on front door stated that lab would be open at 1 pm. Doors locked. Waited till 1315 hrs, sign said immunization would be open at 1:15, door locked. Waited till 1340hrs, sign stated pharmacy would be open at 1:30, doors locked. Just wondering when are you open or is it just nice to have a government job.

In order to schedule an appointment the same day, I have to call at 7:00 am. There is only a recording that explains that I have to call during business hours from 8am to 5pm. Nobody ever answers the phone, on any day at 7:00am.

We just PCS’d here to Ft. Stewart and began going to this clinic. All 3 times I’ve had appointments, we’ve waited for over an hour. The first time was an hour, the second was 1.5 hours and my husband is currently waiting in the lobby and just got called back to the room 70 min. past my son’s appointment time, and still hasn’t actually been seen. Please, please, PLEASE hire an appropriate level of staff because this is an unacceptable level of care. My children are missing so much school because of what this state requires they have, and your clinic can’t keep appropriate appointment times. I also needed my children’s GA specific school forms and they didn’t give me their immunization records when we came the first time. The front desk told me that it was absolutely because my kids weren’t up-to-date on vaccines (aka ‘my fault, not theirs’). Nope, this wasn’t true. 2 out of my 3 were completely up-to-date and my oldest needed 1 vaccine, but I couldn’t even get this info. at the time. It took me 4 visits to this clinic just to get my middle son’s already completed immunization records. I have spent a month dealing with this, and the entire process is harder than any other clinic we have ever been to through Tricare. Extremely disappointed in the lack of quality of care!

It’s hard to imagine having a health care facility worst than the VA but this clinic is complete trash. I have been begging for an ultrasound for months . My referral never came through tricare . I have been calling the doctors office to set up an appointment but they need an order from the doctor . I am truly disgusted by the service and the health care providers here

This place has a high turnover of doctors and hope we get to keep our current one. It's really easy to schedule appointments online and get seen the same day. HUGE kudos to the lady that works in the lab. She was amazing and so nice.
