Amazing customer service, staff were quick to greet me and offer help with finding the right boots. The woman who helped me was quick to call another store about the boots I was looking for, but in the end helped find a different pair. Everyone there was extremely nice and knowledgeable, the store itself was overwhelming in away with all the products but extremely clean and organized. 100% would recommend and go back myself

Came all the way from Toronto just to get a chance to shop here as there is no comparable store in the GTA. They were kind enough to let me stay and shop a bit past closing time. Staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of western boots, hats and more. Pricing is fair, store is very well stocked. Will definitely be back. Great store! I called a couple of times as I had some questions about the Canada West Moorby boots. I spoke with Kurt and Mick. Both exceptionally knowledgeable and very friendly. Ordered online on Sunday and they arrived today. Excellent experience all around! Next time I need a pair of boots, I'll be making the trip to Alliston so I can buy in person.

Just made my second purchase from Herbert’s and I’ll keep returning. Usually I don’t like ordering footwear online, especially boots but they are extremely helpful and offer sound sizing advice over the phone. Also I’ve found they are usually cheaper than other places. I just wish there was a store closer to home!

Every single worker was so genuine and helpful and had very good knowledge and tips on how to find the best boots. They have so much amazing leather products and is an amazing one stop western store!

Helpful staff. Lots of great purses, bags, shoes, etc to choose from! Worth the drive. Interesting shops to visit on main street Alliston as well.
